If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I brought my car in at 9am for an alignment through the RAW wheels store in Marietta.When I walked in for service yesterday at 9am, I checked in with the manager Sarah. She was dismissive and unprofessional from the beginning. Around 5pm Sarah notified me they just got around to working on my car and I had a broken tie rod and she would call me back with a repair fee. No one ever called me back with an update and the store was closed by 7.I checked on my car and these shoddy mechanics left my car outside the garage with my doors unlocked where it could have been vandalized or stolen!If they couldn t or didn t want to complete the work, they should have let me know so I can go somewhere else. This location has terrible reviews and I see why. The manager Sarah needs to be fired. Her attitude is awful at best and I lost a day of work due to their negligence and incompetence. I will be following up with their corporate office.

Had a tire going flat and just made it to Pep Boys.Perfect time in the afternoon to purchase a new tire, and soon back on the road.They sent me a complimentary check of tires, brakes, etc!!!Lovely experience, they took care of everything! I only had to hand them my car keys and they took over from there. In no time I was out of there.The tracker is nice to have to know when your car is close to being ready to roll again!A nice experience! Will be back! Thanks! PEP BOYS!

This is the WORST place ever! We broke our car here to get a tire put on. 1.) They stripped the stud and 2.) trying to make us pay $214.00 for them to fix the tire stud that they broke! I told them to drop my car and I will take it down the street. The guy and lady in the store said they can t allow us to take the car because it s a liability. They also said they can call Cobb county to come and determine if the car is safe to drive( Like what? I didn t know Cobb County are mechanics and don t they have crime to fight). The lady later says they were sued for the same reason. I told them that s why you let people sign liability forms so if you have to go to court you have proof to back up what you are saying. They refuse to provide us with a liability form stating they have to call the police. The man drop the car down and told my husband I didn t know you were calling someone up here I could ve worked something out with you. These people are untrained, unprofessional individuals. I would NEVER come back here or recommend anyone coming here. And let me add they also lied and said they spoke with Car Advice who stated they couldn t let the car leave from the property. Car Advice is closed on the weekends. I brought that to their attention and they stated oh we sent it through another system and they declined releasing the car. FYI: the car service was prepaid prior to coming. The rep name is Everett

Sending a huge thank you to Sara. She was truly kind to me, a woman who only knows the rules of the road (barely) & nothing about car maintenance. Sara got me the help & answers I needed when I was stressing over the work needed on my car. I got a call exactly when she said she would ring me the following day. Thank you for your time & attention Sara. You been great. Will return if I have any trouble in the future as I trust the job will get done.

Great price on the tires. I didn't have an appointment, but was seen right away, and the work was done very quickly. Sara was SUPER helpful; she kept the door open after closing so I could pick my car up. AND, I was given a 10% discount due to my military service. Pep Boys is now my new spot for tire work!

So accommodating! Smiling, friendly faces when I walked in the shop. I just moved to Atlanta and had been to at least 9 shops that couldn't help me. The team was awesome in handling my unique situation with my rims/tires and allowed me to ship to store when I didn't have any other option. Great customer service and fair prices means I will definitely be back for my routine services!

This location always does it right--and this experience comes after 4 previous experiences with other repair shops that didn't/couldn't do repair jobs correctly. I highly recommend the Marietta team for their accuracy, service and friendliness. This was my second great experience this location.

I went in for a oil change & low tire pressure. Long story short 1 day after they said they "fixed" everything, the tire pressure light came on again for the same tire that had problems & now that tire Is flat & 2 days later the oil change light came on as if the oil was never changed. Was told to reach out via email to explain the problem. & to this day nothing has been done or fixed. Never again

Generally the service is pleasing at this location however I recently encountered unprofessionalism with the workers. A representative at the desk called me to discuss the details of my car without knowing I was sitting in the main lobby. After I declined a more expensive service I heard the same desk representative speak very unkindly of me and complain about my decision. A customer shouldn t be badmouthed for the entire office to hear simply because you don t agree or because you re having a bad day.

Had an appointment today at 8 am. The lady who helped me was so very delightful. The service cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend anyone needing service on their vehicle to go here.

Sara was amazing!!! I was in Atlanta out of town with a car problem. She was kind, understanding and got the parts I needed sent in and helped me get back on the road. I would recommend this store and Sara!!!!

They did a great job! I came in with a flat tire and they were able to repair it immediately for me before I headed to work. They kept me updated and informed the entire time. I definitely will come back to this location in the future. They also were very friendly. Thank you guys!

Came in for 4 new tires and I had made a mistake on my reservation but Taran and Clarissa were so amazingly helpful and kind!! They worked with my situation and truly made the service and experience amazing. Will definitely keep coming back as a customer!! Thank you!!

I love this location I have always had great service for tires brakes and rotors. I normally get the buy 3 get one free tire deal but today I got all 4 brake pads replaced for a really good price. I used the 50$ off coupon. The CSR Carlissa was a great help she did an amazing job assisting me checking me out and having everything done within 1-2 hours. This is why I come to Pep Boys always received great service.

Get rid of Everett. When I came in for an appointment I had I walked to the front and greeted the man at the desk (Everett) and was immediately put on hold so he can finish texting. After 5 minutes of waiting for him to finish his business he asked how I could be assisted and I told him I had an appointment and I just needed new tires for my rims. Which I brought in by themselves. He told me that they wouldn t honor my appointment and it probably didn t get done today. I felt like it should ve been a quick job and I had an appointment but I didn t dispute and asked if we could push for 7pm because I couldn t get home without it getting done. It felt like he wanted any excuse to get me turned away and found a negative in every part of our transaction. After waiting for an hour in the lobby they sent him on break and the total customer experience and atmosphere changed. Everyone there had great attitudes and they checked on me to see what I was waiting on. After they confirmed that they had my rims they followed up by telling me it wouldn t be long and had me out in 30 minutes after. I believe that my overall experience would ve been perfect if it hadn t been for how I was greeted in the beginning.

Not sure where to to begin. Had a 1 o'clock appointment for a mount and installation job. I brought my own tires purchased through Ebay and the installation service was prepaid through the fleet company I ordered from with Ebay. When I arrived at 1 the clerk says it takes hours to get approval from the fleet companies. I called Car Advise to make sure we could move this along and not take a long time. The clerk submits the work order for approval and after 40 minutes no approval. I call CA and learn she submitted wrong and they called her to fix it and walk her through it. The CA agent remained on the call with me until the approval finalized. I went back to the clerk at the counter to see if the approval was received and she said yes and my paperwork has been sent to the garage so they can get to me when they finish what's on the rack. This was 1:58 that I was told this. At 430 I'm still waiting and notice my car hasn't moved. Go back to the counter and a different clerk goes to the garage to see what is happening and I hear them talking about approval. He comes in and says there is no approval yet. I responded it was an approval at 158. He goes to the original clerks terminal and pulls it up and taps some keys. He says oh the approval hadn't processed. So I continue to stand there He goes back to garage and comes back to say its gonna be about 30 minutes before we get to u. At 507 they pull my car around and I wasn't finished until 710. I arrived at 1 for my 1 oclock appointment and approval was received within an hour and would have gotten it sooner had the clerk submitted it correctly. There was just a half a** acknowledgement of the fact I was there for 6 hours for a simple tire installation with my own tires. This is by far the worst experience ever. I lost billable hours and would never return there.

Still having problems that were not resolved Someone was supposed to contact me months ago to rectify this My vehicle is still not fixed but haven t heard from anyone. Someone can email me here or call @ six788threefour33four2Bad experience! Dropped Vehicle off on Sunday evening for a 9AM Monday online Appointment but they didn t touch my vehicle until late Tuesday afternoon. Repairs were not completed until late Thursday afternoon. Way overpriced for this repair. I called around and got estimates for hundreds of dollars less than I was charged but by then it was too late and I needed my vehicle back. Staff was ok but they are obviously understaffed and overbooked. Now I have my vehicle back and still have an issue that was not resolved and the work they did seems very loose and janky but I don t have the time to take it back up right now after they already had my vehicle almost all week. Plus I m sure if I did take it back they ll find something else to charge me too much for. I don t have the time or money to ever deal with this company again. Wish they would make it right but I m not going to hold my breath.

Only go here if you are rich and desperate.1. They only order parts on their catalog. (Which is okay) however all the parts are over priced. They get parts from AutoZone but will NOT use the cheaper products. A part that was originally $200 is now $400.2. They have horrible phone customer service. The service they provided is good. However, when I was asking questions they hurried me off the phone. Told me they didn't not have time to handle me because they were too busy in the shop and hung up.3. It will ALWAYS take longer than they say. A repair that they say will take a few hours....you will not get your car back until 2 days later.4. When asked questions the staff is uneducated about their services. They get flustered and quickly try and walk away.5. They will not answer the phone unless you call SEVERAL times. It took me 4 times and then I was rushed off the phone.6. When I got a call back the manager was oblivious. I asked simple questions about labor and cost of parts and she talked to me like I was dumb. I am female as well and do not appreciate being talked down to. She kept telling me the same thing again and again slower each time. I understood what she was saying and was trying to ask a follow up question.Please just avoid this place at all times if you can.

excellent service! note: make an appointment. They honor appointments over walk-ins. The guys were friendly, helpful, answered all of my questions and I was able to pay with my virtual credit card. I had a coupon that was also honored! The brake service was within my budget and I did shop around first. It was the coupon and the appointment that made me choose Pep Boys and it was the customer service that gives them my patronage as my preferred car service provider going forward. Thanks fellas! I appreciate ya!

Service was performed in a timely manner. Excellent communication regarding the status was provided. Technician and Service representatives were professional, informative and polite. Services were done at a reasonable price. My oil change services were efficiently handled. I highly recommend this Pep Boys location to handle your car service needs!

I walked in today around 1:50pm - 2pm . No one waiting in lobby but one person . Everett was telling another couple that their vehicle more than likely will not be seen today and it s best they come tomorrow noon . He acted like he didn t want to service the vehicle . I told him my situation that I needed the tires only rotated and he immediately said it would not be done today. James , very sweet , very nice . Asked me how he could help me . I explained the situation he was able to print me paperwork that Everett said he could not provide me with . Which means I was lied to which , James confirmed. James was very understanding and did not decline my service . Everett s attitude completely changed once he saw me talking to James . Everett , then tried to confront me in the lobby saying he apologize for the misunderstanding but I explained to him no apology was needed when everyone can see that he was clearly declining people services . I understand your manager talked to you but there was no reason to come talk to me , he didn t want to help me in the first place . The apology isn t sincere you only felt the need to say something to save your job . The cameras record everything so Pepe boys can replay everything . The business is missing out on a lot of money due to him being at the front . I due plan on calling corporate .

Sara is the manager who is someone my husband trust and she did a great job in identifying issues with my car. This shop is farther from where we live, but Sara is someone is worth the distance. Great job Sara.

We came in today to have a leaking tire diagnosed and the technician discovered we had a nail puncture. Pep Boys removed the nail, patched the leak and had us ready to go in minimal time. The technicians were honest and patched the tire when feasible instead of telling us we needed to purchase a new tire when some other shops may have chosen to do so when it wasn't really necessary. We really appreciate the honesty and integrity to treat customers fairly. Highly recommended!

At least they're good at something!!The store manger is useless, weird and unprofessional, he should be fired long time ago!!!!!!I have a 2007 Nissan 350Z , with 125,000 miles on it.I went to this location on 09/05/2017 to have a Pennzoil full synthetic oil change, I had a coupon for $49.99,they said you know what, we will give you a better coupon for total of $39.57 including tax!WHAT A GOOD DEAL!! So definitely I agreed and gave my keys to JOHNNY WILLIS then asked him very clear simple question: Is this $39.57 oil change a full synthetic oil? He answered with a big smile YES SIR.I waited form 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm until my car is done, all that for a normal oil change, I had no appointment so I'm fine with it. having nothing to do in the waiting room except drinking some coffee (after a long day in college) and watching my car while they are applying service on it.The guy who worked on my car is so funny, he didn't know where is my oil tank to open the led, I promise it took him 10 mins to find out, then h left the car up and instead of taking off the bottom cover for the whole engine, he bind it from the corner and start working on the car! I was shocked and went to talk to him so he reply as they don't have to take it all out and this way is easier!!! So I shut up and go back to waiting room where I can keep watching him.Then suddenly while he is working under the car, releasing the oil bult, high pressured oil everywhere on his face, his shirt, arms and for sure on the engine cover that he refused to take off! So now I have oil between the engine and the bottom engine cover!!Which later on everyone pass by the car tells me that there's a burning oil smell coming out of my engine!!!He start filling the the engine with the new oil, I can see him dropping everywhere on the engine and on the car's body!! Anyway it was like I'm watching horror movie, imagine someone abusing your baby in front of you and you can't do anything about it.Finally they're done by 7:00 pm, I paid for the horrible service then took my car directly to a car wash.The very next day, sitting in my car in the break between my classes, looking at the oil change reminder sticker!!! What !!!They marked the sticker as HIGH MILEAGE OIL and my next oil change should be in 3000 miles!!!!I grabbed my car's paperwork and the oil change receipt!! It's true!I asked for a pennzoil full synthetic oil, they gave me the pennzoil high mileage oil instead! So I called the store right away and spoke to the MF ( Jeff ) and explained everything to him so he replies as oh no we gave you full synthetic!! then he's like no we don't carry a pennzoil full synthetic oil in our store but the one you got is a synthetic blend high mileage, I told him that I asked for full synthetic and that what I have been putting in my car for the past two years, The MF replies to me: don't worry, the car will make it until your next oil change in 3000 miles then by that time put full synthetic!!!!!!!!!!!!He didn't even apologize to me and offer anything to help me.I called customer care of pep boys and explained everything to them, having all proves that I have a high mileage oil not full synthetic in my engine, customer care said someone will call you in 24 hrs, after two day I called again and explained the whole story again to them, explained that there's a white thick smoke coming out of my exhaust which is not normal! I think my engine is gonna blow up but looks like nobody care about us even though we're a very loyal customers for year!I mean we were because I'll never have any business with pep boys anymore!They are liars, unprofessional and just trying to make money any possible way, even by fooling and stealing off their own customers!#CorruptedPepBoysStore
