Spectacularly great service on my 20 year old Toyota Tundra which needed attention to engine transmission and brakes. They got it all done in a day and it runs like new. Hope it is good for another 20!

Really great guys took my truck to them to have the transmission fix turns out it was the reverse band that broke they fix it and it drives like new. If you use them talk to mark Palmer. I will definitely be using this guy again in the future.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Just called to get a price to rebuild my transmission. Very competitive pricing, came highly recommend by my usual mechanic. I gave 4 stars because he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Every time I visited Palmer's Transmission Services, they went way beyond anything I expected. Courteous, Honest, Professional, and Fair. I visited several places before them and they mainly were concerned about their outrageous prices. Not Palmer's, each person showed genuine concern for me, my safety, what I needed at present, what services I could wait and do later. All of the others quoted me prices, before ever even checking my vehicle. I want to personally Thank Jim Womack, for his great customer service and expertise. I want to thank Mark Palmer for his staff and his kindness he showed me from Day One. You will not find a business more honest and with more integrity than Palmer's Transmission Services. Great service prices are high of course I only wanted to pay $100 for the transmission to be rebuilt....lol but that's not the going rate anyway. Overall I'm satisfied and my work can is running like a TOP

They did a great job on my truck transmission and transfer case. Mark knows what works and put better parts than stock in my unit. So far it has performed beautifully! Going back for a recheck today. They also replace a front wheel bearing in my wifes car, it's now back to being like new at 20 year old! Palmers was recommended to me by a friend who has been going there for many years, it was great advice!

The work is good, the price is up to you if u wanna paid 2500 for a rebuild and one year guaranteed.

Excellent Service to this lady who is at the mercy of the auto mechanic industry. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating with even driving me over to my office about 1/2 mile away. I appreciate being treated with care and concern for my mechanical problem.

These guys have done work for me and my family over the last 10 to 12 yrs .The only problem I wasnt really their fault but they paid the tow bill and fixed the problemThey are great people great prices

They kept my nephews truck for a month, charged $2269. To work on the transmission, and it still had to get re-towed back the next day where he broke down driving it home and we got changed another $565. To put on a fuel pump.
