Was thoroughly impressed with the guys helping me with my battery ordeal on the Rav4. Great conversation and great service. Will be back for my parts needs for sure. A+ over there.

Everybody there is always very friendly and willing to help you figure out what's wrong with your car. I had a bad battery but before they sold it to me they saw that I would need to pair it with my car with a scanner that I didn't have. This meant that I didn't buy the battery from them but they were very helpful and I would go back for any other needs that I have.

I have had a terrible experience with NAPA in the past two times that I have been at this location. I hope that isn t just because I am ann Indian woman. The first time, it was raining heavily. I bought wipers because ours were malfunctioning. After that, I asked an associate if they can help us with putting up the wipers. He outright refused. Luckily, a fellow customer helped me when it was POURING. Do the employees have no heart? They kept on watching me while brutally laughing at me because they didn t have anything else to do. Furthermore, the second time -today- I realized 3 things. 1. They helped an American woman with her wipers- which they didn t do with me. 2. They completely support Magic Mike s even though Honest1 is right next door. Because my car s battery was dead, he literally told me to tow to Triple A, and go to Magic Mike s. 3. I will never trust NAPA again and I definitely don t recommend NAPA.

I bought 4 wiper blades from this store location on September 17th and it cost be ~$80 dollars. It seemed expensive, but since I hadn't bought one in years, I assumed that was fair price. A week later I saw wiper blades at another store (Michelin brand) for half the price. Since I hadn't opened the box, I went to the store to return. But they wouldn't take the product back without receipt. Even though I told the associate at the desk that I can tell him the exact date of purchase and the precise dollar amount of my transaction, they wouldn't accept the return without receipt. That was so disappointing! Napa has forever lost a customer.

I purchased this Decal & Adhesive remover while making a online purchase. The store indicated that it was in stock. I received a email notification a half hour later stating that it was ready for pickup. I'm glad that this store keeps it's inventory up to date. Easy purchase and good service.I'm using the spray solvent to remove Out of State Registration letters and numbers on my boat.

Rarely need to stop here but today was a great visit to just pick up a headlight bulb. The place was clean and organized. The employee quickly looked up the part and came over and got it for me and I was in and out in a couple minutes. Friendly conversation and kept up good Covid protections while still taking care of business.

Easy to find, park, clean store and staff was courteous. I know for a fact that this store's been renovated it's super clean and lots of products on the shelf. And being NAPA they have all the real auto parts I need fix my car. Nice to know that the parts guy knew what he was talking about too.

Very helpful employees. I went to get some antifreeze (coolant) and oil but I wasn't sure why the cap to my reservoir for coolant said to use special factory recommended coolant and not to mix coolants. I asked the employee and he looked up my car info and said that there is a special G05 coolant that is recommended for my car. And they carried the special coolant. And it's actually not neon green like traditional antifreeze.

Helpful, even though I waited on the phone for nearly 30 mins to speak to someone just to see if a part was in stock. Unfortunately I got tired of waiting and walked 3/4 of a mile from my disabled vehicle and hoped they had it which they did.

The employees are usually helpful. The selection is decent. The prices are good though. My pictures with the semis in the lot are when they were filming a commercial.

Tom helped me out of a jam trying to find a tool. He gave me a few options and got me the right tool for my application. And the store looks amazing, definitely not the way I remembered a NAPA looking. I'll be back.

I first went to advance Auto to get some spark plugs the lady there sent me to Napa I don't know why she said she had the product in stock but she sent me to Napa.

I asked the google guy what was wrong with my car and he told me. Then I went and saw Harrison at Napa and he confirmed it, got me the right part for my truck and even helped me put it on. I went in making a silly joke about Napa Know How and I will tell you, they really did. Harrison was awesome and I thank you for having him available to me!!!
