Let me start off by saying that Crystal and Jeff were absolutely amazing. I really hate that They are going to be associated with this bad review. however, the state in which my vehicle was returned to me is unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, inside of my car, and every single nook and cranny I had to call Red tail aviation detail to come and rectify the situation. My daughter is asthmatic, and she had a really bad flareup as soon as she hopped in the back seat. In addition to that my tent was also damaged during the repair. Jeff was working to get the tent company out to repair the damage. However, they still have not come and it s been over a week. Additionally, there is some overspray on the trim, which I know is an easy fix, but also some of the trimming inside of the vehicle was not properly re-installed. In particular the middle console, which you will see in the pictures. the quality of service and the way in which my car was returned to me is unacceptable.

Got to say this was the worse experience working with a body shop. Got into a fender bender. Was recommended to this place by State Farm. Took the Lexus to a Lexus Certified shop. They fixed the car and after receiving the car noticed they crashed the front end of my car without letting me about it, assuming I would not know. The rear taillights signals did not operate and a piece of plastic underbody was hanging down from the car. Took it back and they took full responsibility. After a week later, got it back drove It off to find out the blinkers were still not working and they did not fix the under panelling. Came back again to fix the issue. After fixing the front end, Paint is poor, there is peeling on the edge of the front edge fender. I was told they would text/call me to fix the issue. I never heard a call back from Greg. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place if you're bringing in a $70,000 car. Also the exhaust tips are aligned correctly.

Great work. The repairs look brand new. However, I wasn t happy that I had no sound on my radio after the repairs. I m trying to get that resolved but it doesn t seem like they care much about it.

Crystal was my contact at the shop. I received updates frequently by text, and I was able to reach her at all times with any questions. The repair work was perfect, and the vehicle looked like new when I picked it up. The car was ready on time, and the repair shop facilitated the easy pickup and drop-off of my rental car. In addition, the car was detailed prior to my pickup, extremely clean inside and out. A perfect experience!

Unfortunately they had our car for 5 months, not by any fault of theirs (back orders).However, they let us know each step of the way as we got closer to getting parts and to finalization of repairs. They let us know the minute the car was ready for delivery.

I can t say enough great things about Crystal and her entire staff. They are very friendly and professional which was welcome during the stressful process of dealing with a wreck. They kept me informed throughout the process and were always available to answer questions. They also did a tremendous job repairing the entire left side of my Infiniti q60. I was concerned it would never look the same and they no longer make the car now. So I am so grateful for everyone there for the great job in repairing my car to look beautiful again. Thanks so much. Quality of paint is not great. Trash was found in the paint in three different spots and we were only doing a rear bumper. Bolt holding the bumper was so loose that I was tightening it with my hands. Estimate was highly inflated with shop time and was not warranted. The estimate team needs training on actual time used vs estimated time for repairs. This "certified shop" needs to be checked on. Find another team for your work. The amount of money you will save can take you on a nice vacation. I promise.

This is the first time I have had to take my 2019 Acura MDX-AWD to Nalley's Collision shop, and I wished I hadn't. All though they did a good job repairing the minor damage I had during a motor vehicle accident they left the inside of my car dirty with clumps of grease all over the steering, driver seat, which is still embedded and also along the driver's door side plate. Just absolutely unbelievable. I emailed Tyler Leist, which is a waste of time since he doesn't respond to your calls or email, so I spoke with his Shop Manager, Mark. We came to the conclusion that I will bring the vehicle back at my convenience so his staff can clean it up. Well, that was a waste of my time. All they did was slapped some water on the outside when the problem is/was on the interior of the vehicle. I was so angry and frustrated I just decided not to deal with these folks going forward. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to Nalley as long as I live. All future services, repair and purchases will be conducted at Ed Voyles.

Poor dealership quality after car had been repaired during insurance claim. Had to bring vehicle back and to be told they didn't cause issue. But they replaced passenger window and now window does not go back up. Window was fine prior to body shop repairs. If you replaced window why wouldn't you ensure during your quality control to ensure window power mechanisms worked????

Update, they took care of my concerns and replaced my front grill with a new one. Everything looks new and flawless.I took my Lexus IS to Nalley Collision Center to repair minor damage to the driver's side, from a parking lot hit-and-run. They had my car for a month after I picked my car up. I noticed my front bumper was damaged, at the bottom by something with heat. I took my car back to Nalley Collision so they could see the damage. They are claiming they only removed my front bumper. It appears when they put the front bumper back on they use a heat gun. All I have to say is my before pictures on the lot during drop off and Nalley Collision intake pictures don t show heat gun damage to my bottom frontbumper.

Poor communication skills. I had to initiate all communication during the month my vehicle was there. When I called to confirm pick two days prior to the finish date I was told oh it s ready. No telling how long it had been ready. Also .Dropped vehicle off w half a tank of gas. When I picked it up the gauge read 0 miles to E . Was in shop for a bumper replacement the car shouldn t have been driven much at all. When I questioned about the gas they said I must have a gas leak. Nope no leak. Just seemed very strange that it was completely empty. I never let my gas tank get low. Also had to replace the battery two days after picking the car up, key fob still not working. For an accident that wasn t my fault I ended up w costs that shouldn t have happened. The repaired bumper looks fine but the overall experience wasn t good.

Greg & Crystal are amazing! They kept me posted during the entire process! I had accident damage in the front and back! Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also worked with me through a very crazy schedule. I hope I never need them again, but If I do, I know I am in good hands! They made my baby look brand new! Thanks guys!!

I was rear ended and left my car with Nalley to be estimated. About a week after it was left, Greg, my estimator, called and told me that the insurance company was going to declare it a complete loss. He then gave me excellent, thorough, step by step and detailed information on the best way to get the best price for my car from the insurance company without getting taken for a ride. It felt like a family friend was looking out for me and I was incredibly thankful. Highly recommend this location as they seem to be honest, trustworthy, and care about their customers. If their repairs are anything like their customer service and follow up don t use this place. I contacted them on 2 separate occasions for assistance with repairing my side view mirror. The first time was more cosmetic and I submitted a request for quote, but never received a response at all. The second time same mirror was damaged more severely. I contacted for and received an estimate for repair. I called back to schedule and was told they would check on the availability of parts and give me a call back. TO THIS VERY DAY I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK AND I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT 4-5 messages with no response back. I initiated this request on 9/4, received my quote on 9/5, called to schedule 9/6 and haven t not heard a word, gotten an email or anything. I guess I should be glad they are not calling me back. It is probably for my best interest!!!

Kendrick North is one of the best service advisors I have ever worked with. He is able to talk with you through the diagnostic process to ensure that you understand what is needed. To be educated and have a full understanding is important to me. Tore up front lower grill of my Lexus on a rock when turning around in a tight driveway. Estimate from Mark on a Friday and he immediately ordered parts. Dropped off car Monday morning and had it back Tuesday, with all the intricate parts replaced. Tiny scratch on paint touched up. #goodasnew. Great customer service.

I had my car repaired here and the first issue was insurance fraud and the second issue was the fact that I found 2 straight razors in the back where my 2 girls ride (ages 4 and 5).

My vehicle was ready ahead of time but, my notification was unclear. I ended up using the rental car for an additional 8 days from the unclear notification. The way that I found out about the completed repair was that the rental company called to inquire. I believe that was intentional so that the rental company could continue to charge my credit card. I expected that the rental company would have called me immediately once they were notified. Also, I notice during the inspection that a repair was not completed but was noted on the estimate and intake of my vehicle. I reported this to the counter and the agent stated that the inspector would call me and get back to me about the issue. It's been a week and I still have not received any contact. Though this may seem like a negative review, Nalley has great customer service and what they do repair is professional. It is my hope that I am contacted and all issues are resolved.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Painting

The customer service at this place is good. I came in to get a part checked. I got a quote for the part and the fix, and it totaled to $650. The labor for $120 and the part for $490. I was taken by surprise for the repair so I went online and found the part for $120. The receptionist and the person who helped were kind and professional. It's hard to imagine you pay 4 times the market cost for a part, then get hit by a labor fee of two hours, when the part could simply be pushed back in 15 to 30 minutes. As I said the service is great but something like this error means a big deal for everyone and anyone who wants an expert opinion, and when the topic is this must cash, you need to get it right the first time. The mechanic didn't push service, so it felt like an honest mistake.

Joy and her manager Mark were very professional and great to work with. My car had a lot of damage (over $10,800) and a very difficult to resolve wiring repair. My car was hit by another driver and their insurance company recommended me using Nalley Collision Center and I am very glad they did. My car was repaired on time, looked great and they kept me updated throughout the process. I even had a small unrelated issue with my headlight and they took the time to show me what was going on and was able to fix it quickly. I would absolutely use them again.Service: Body & Trim

Great customer service. Quality seems exceptional. No complaints thus far. If you have a light interior, you may have to clean driver's side exposed to the employees of the collision repair shop moving your vehicle back and forth. I was impressed with the customer service and the quality of the body work that was performed on my vehicle. From the start Joy was a pleasure to work with. When I came in for the original estimate, she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Joy kept me apprised during the entire process and provided me with key supplemental estimates. This made the process easy and allowed me to keep my insurance company and the appraisal company in synch. When my car was finished, I was pleasantly surprised with the body work and the quality of the paint job. My car is black, and the paint job was immaculate. I would highly recommend Nalley Collision Center Marietta to anyone who values their vehicle and will only settle for quality workmanship. Kudos to Joy and the entire team at Nalley Collision Center Marietta for a job well done!
