Always an awesome experience. I ve bought several motorcycles with them, all seamless. Most recently, they set me up with a 24 Rancher. I walked in some time around 2:00 PM and was greeted by Ray, the GM. Ray s a great dude, he helped make the process pleasant and efficient.To make a much longer story short (ish), I ll sum it up with each person that made my experience great.Avery: He was great to hang out with as we finalized our deal. His explanation of service plans, the Rancher s functionality, etc etc etc was very thorough. Guy is killing it and is a great reflection of sincerity in business.James: James quickly explained my options and helped me to find the right light and mount. It works beautifully. He ll be the guy I go back to for my winch.Devon: Despite the fact that it was later in the day, Devon jumped right on the light install and I was able to pick up the Rancher with light installed and ready for work. He was very helpful and explained in detail service intervals along with knowledgeably answering any questions I had. I appreciate his efforts!All in all, great experience and great team at Mountain Motorsports. Appreciate you guys!

Lynn gave us a quote over the phone, we asked him to have both of our new Polaris 450 HO Sportsman ready and he did.. Everyone there was excellent, helpful and super accommodating! We will definitely recommend and come back to do business with them again! Thank you!

I had a little bit of a rough warranty experience with the manufacturer after only owning the bike 54days and 21.8hrs. Thanks to SJ (service manager) and Kieran (advisor), we were able to resolve my concern and I'm happy. I purchased my bike here and will be purchasing from them in the future as well. Shout out to my sales guy Austin!

Don't do it, it's a trap! Best Star wars voice. I mean, what happened? "Let's stop in to waste some time, cash check or card" Franko did his due diligence and had he not stepped up and told us the specs and features we would have walked out of another store without another bike. I love my new Jetski that I purchased from Mountain Motorsports. Mr. Ivan was a great help in being able to get me into my new family toy. It runs like a champ and I really appreciate the extra mile that Mr. Ivan took for me when he didn t have to assist me in such a generous way that he did. I highly recommend Mountain motorsports of Marietta Georgia. The dealership is 2+ hours away from my home, however they will be my #1 choice for future purchases. They had the best price and the customer service is second to none.Matt, Garret and Derek were outstanding helping me with my new Honda Pioneer 1000-5. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and had everything I requested to accessorize the SxS. I had to go back a few days after the purchase for the roof and windshield. After getting home, I discovered the windshield was incorrect. I let them know and they are shipping me the correct one at their expense since I live so far away.Now that is outstanding customer service. I hate to drive 2+ hours one way but am very happy with the decision to give these guys my business.Thank you Mountain Motorsports! I am recommending you guys to everyone I know.

Bought my first bike ever today and Matt was extremely helpful through the whole process. Their whole team is very knowledgeable and friendly. They re not very pushy about wanting you to buy which goes a long way for me. Drove 2 hours to there and so glad I made the trip! Will definitely buy any new bike I ever get from them again!

You can never say enough great positive things about people who treat you right from the time you walk into their doors. If you haven't shopped, stopped, or inquired at Mountain Motorsports of Marietta you are doing a huge injustice to the excellent experience of professionalism, expertise, and a family like environment working with this group of knowledgeable and get it done staff. Morris you are so appreciated for finding the right bike for me and staying diligent to make me a happy customer. Chris (finance manager) you and Morris are a team made in heaven, thank you for getting me a steal of a deal. My future endeavors will include Mountain Motorsports Marietta.

First of all, Elisabeth was a real treat to work with! Second of all...ALL of the other people working there were so nice, friendly and helpful the experience was much more than expected! Mountain MotorSport is a good place to buy motorcycles. They have a really good selection of bikes to choose from. Every time I go in, they are selling out of all their inventory lol. My wife recently bought a motorcycle from them and the sales Guy Austin was really friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped and guided us through the buying process while still letting us make decisions. It was an awesome experience. It s a great place with awesome people from all departments. Josh Polete is the general manager, Real knowledgeable and experienced. If you need anything to be done, he will help you and make things go smoothly. He is kind and understanding, he got our little problem situated with ease. Thanks Mountain Motorsports Marietta, looking forward for more business.I recommend this place

I want to give praises to Ray for his over the top service. He fixed a problem with my UTV keys. The lady in the service department needs a refresher course on customer service. She cost me a month of time by giving wrong information. Thanks so much RAY!!! Keep up the good work.

I would like to share my recent experience with Mountain Motorsports in Mariettta: It was outstanding!! Ivan was so kind and patient with answering all my questions and then when it was time to talk bussiness he waisted no time. We sealed the deal quickly and the whole deal took no time at all, including the finance manager . I got my Xsr700 and couldn't be happier. Overall they have great selection of motorcycles and the atmosphere is chill. The staff is excellent, down to earth folks. I will definitely be considering my next bike from their location when time comes. Thank you Ivan and the whole team of Mountain Motorsports.

Morris was our Sales person. He was the reason that I bought my Can Am from you. He was like my best friend from the moment that I met him. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me even when we kept him late. Avery was our finance person. He was Great! He explained everything in detail to us and helped us make the right decisions. We also kept him after closing but he didn't mind at all. We recommend these guys for anyone interested in Can Ams or motorcycles.

I stopped in for an unexpected flat tire repair while traveling from Florida to Indiana.It was the end of the day with only about an hour left on the clock.The service department stayed after and got it done.The showroom was huge, beautiful, and stocked with plenty of toys!Thank you to Devon and the Service department at Mountain Motorsports.

I currently reside in Covington GA and I previously would bring my bike (Ryker) to the MMS Conyers GA which is 15 minutes from my home. I have had very poor experiences at that location, my last experience, I had a battery changed and their was a recall on the gauge. An associate crashed my bike accidentally and MMS repaired as they should but they didn t feel the need to compensate me in anyway, I didn t feel they felt it was important at all.I ride with a group and some that live out near me would take their bikes to MMS in Marietta GA for the better service and experience. For the past several months, I have been coming to the MMS Marietta location and I can t be more pleased. The service mgr SJ is phenomenal and his team Taylor and Marlow are engaging and respectful, they always take good care of me. I have also observed the staff in sales and it s night and day from Conyers staff, they actually acknowledge customers, approach to see if you have been helped. You can see the difference in demeanor with the staff, today I meet the GM Josh and he fits the build of the culture within the business.

The Yamaha XSR 900 has been my dream bike since it came out I ve been looking for years and could not find one in the state of Georgia. When I saw the mountain motorsports had one I came the next day I was greeted at the door and I spotted the bike And went straight to it my sales rep. Austin was amazing. He was knowledgeable patient and took his time to really understand how I wanted to structure the deal. The service department was amazing and gave me a lot of insight and tips on how to enjoy my bike. The finance department, Chris. Was was amazing, professional and lighthearted. We laughed. We learned and he followed through and structured a great deal for an amazing motorcycle. I would recommend mountain motorsports in Marietta to any, and everyone. I bought my first bike from wow, motorcycles, right down the road to come full circle and buy my dream bike And mountain motorsports and receive excellent service. They are my preferred dealership of choice for any and everyone and I ve been riding motorcycles for 20 years and know a lot of people that trust my judgment. Mountain Motorsports Marietta location, is a great place to shop for a motorcycle! Lynn Moore made my first motorcycle purchase very smooth! He was very friendly and even his dog (I m sorry I forgot his name) greeted me! Lol!! I m one of those customers that hate to be sold something. Lynn did the total opposite. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see and told me exactly what I needed to know. Thank you Lynn for the outstanding customer service sir!!

Bought a 2023 GSX-R 600 with the help of Matt Seal. Best experience i could have asked for when buying my first vehicle ever. The dude was very kind and patient, and walked me through everything and answered every question i had. my vehicle at the time had a slew of problems and was about to die so i needed to get something easy that would also bring me joy, as i have a passion for the automotive hobbie. However my struggle was that i was fairly young with little credit under my belt. But Matt worked over a period of almost a month to find me financing as well as going to great lengths to get me the motorcycle i dreamed of, having it shipped from another dealer across georgia. He got the bike and gave me the heads up that i was good to go not long after my head gasket on my car blew. i could not have asked for a better experience with a dealership as well as the employees. very impressionable people who care more about your dreams than the money they make and i would definitely recommend that anybody, especially people who are struggling or first time buyers, to buy through this dealership.

Avoid this mms at all costs! We have had not one but TWO bad experiences. They told us a price they would give us for a trade in. He told us a cash amount and a trade in amount. We were looking at trading then when we decided not to purchase a new atv then Lynn a salesman automatically dropped our trade in price $1,000. He got hateful and rude when we decided not to do anything and walked out.

I ve been all of the places trying to find the bike I want. And the folks at Mountain Motorsport made it happen. Everyone there are extremely nice but if you want the best experience ask for Josh Nicholson he will try his best to take care of you. Thank you to everyone that works at mountain Motorsport

Took my 2022 ski I purchased from Roswell Mountain Motorsports to Marietta location in for routine beginning of summer basic service and inspection and everything was just poor quality work overall. If i didn t have the paid for warranty i d just do all the work myself. Thought paying for the service would save me time wrenching and more time enjoying my leisure weekend toy. Wrong. I picked up ski and first thing I notice is my trailer pin is bent up from them moving it around improperly with forklift I was told. No big deal, no sweat as they bent it back straight right away. Then I get to water and drop in and my steering cable was left disconnected. Very poor quality control, wish their technicians took pride in their work, but that s hard to come by now adays. Luckily I had tools and was able to get the cable back in and in place, but this type of mistake is what loses customers. Imagine an average joe that has no idea about tools or skis or what to look for going out to water and dropping it in with no steering capabilities. Unacceptable and poor quality control at this location, hopefully they learn from this and take the extra precautions to double check everything before returning customers vehicles, Couldn t ever imagine bringing any street bike or dirtbike here for service, careless technician worked on my ski. Hope there s better ones here and they re not all hacks.

Loved my experience here, they know what they are doing. Made the experience enjoyable. Purchased a Polaris Ranger SP 570 Crew, and a Ranger 1000 Crew Premium Pursuit.
