Josh and his coworkers were great to work with! Josh is always pleasant and very trustworthy! He took care of my daughter when she needed immediate attention, without hesitation. We have always received excellent service at Midtown Tire!

Midtown Tire always takes great care of me when I come in. The staff are friendly and responsive, and my car service is always done on time. I appreciate them because I never feel taken advantage of. They actually make getting an oil change a pleasant experience! Thank you!

I am always impressed with the professionalism, even in the way they answer the phone. They make you feel like you are a VIP no matter the size of the job they are doing for you. I love the reports that they send via text/email. The work is done properly and is almost always completed before the quoted time.

my experience with Midtown Tire has always been very pleasant Josh the manager there is just the nicest thing and Joey and Raymond are just outstanding. They took care of my car and brought it right up to the door for me and it just was very pleasant. they even made me a cuppa coffee you can t you can t beat that. I ve been going there for several years and I ve yet to be disappointed

Very clean environmentFriendly staff. Raymond was extremely helpful. He was customer focused and kept me informed with detailed information. I was on a tight deadline and he assured me that the repairs would be done timely, and they were. Expectations were exceeded!

Guys stayed late and tried three times to fix the issue rather than simply tell me it couldn't be fixed and needed a new tire. When i do need a new tire i will be going back to Midtown Tire on Sandy Plains Rd.

I came in for an oil change and ended up spending the entire day wondering what was going on is no one called to keep me updated on the success of my vehicle. they looked over all my systems. However, I was told to separate things from two separate people about the work that needed to be done.I was leaving town the following day & I m driving my truck and after it being fixed and it s noisy, the engine has a noise that it never had before so overall not too happy.

I needed the tires on my wife's Tesla rotated so I called to see if they could do it. Made an appointment, dropped it off and then bam! it was done. The customer service is great. All in all this is where I'll get her tire rotations done at in the future.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I've always had positive experiences with the crew at Midtown Tire. They are fantastic at setting expectations on cost, timing, and effort involved with any work and are more than fair with every transaction I've had at the Sandy Plains location. Talk to Josh and save yourself time and probably money.

Clean atmosphere, super friendly staff. They do a complimentary overview of your vehicle with no pressures to "fix" anything other than why you're there initially.

It was my first visit there and I was treated great! They took my truck back on time and it was ready in about the time I was told. The waiting area was clean and very comfortable with light snacks, cold water, and keurig coffee.The cost was exactly what I was quoted and the staff was very nice. I will definitely continue to use their services!

Amazing service! Josh and David were great! I arrived with a nail in my tire and needed a quick fix. This team got me set with a new tire and back on the road efficiently. Are these reviews real? Struggling to believe them. We took our car in for rear brake pads @$189. After 2.5 hours we were told rotators were necessary an up tick of $600. We didn t believe them. Took the car to our dealership, new rear brake pads installed, rotators were NOT necessary. Trust this company if you must, suggest being skeptical along with challenging every recommendation. Such a shame, we like supporting local businesses and there are many who deserve support. This one not at all.12/22 Update: Original Rotators still working fine!Still working fine!
