Everyone was nice, but I had the coupon for the 29.99 oil change. I said oil change only. At the end, I end up paying 71.00 dollars. They told me tire rotation and balance is included with oil change after the fact.( Didn't know that.) Just saying that's false advertisement 29.99 oil change and end up paying 71 dollar. Will not be going back, just cause didnt like that, they weren't up front with me about the price. Thank God I had it.. But what if I didn't. Don't like that type of business.

Great service today 3/1/2024. Spoke with Wayne about my car and exhaust leak. Midas worked with me on my budget, safety and repair needs. Wayne took the time listen and provide options that fixed my car problems. Quick and efficient service. The Midas Touch well done at this location.

I agree to some other reviews here to visit the other Midas location in the city.Stood waiting for someone to arrive at front desk for 10 minutes and when they arrived, I was ignored and he began attending to a customer who came later. The gentleman pointed it out luckily. The manager/front desk person s tone changed based on his customer.Oil change over the weekend takes 4 hours even if you book a 2-hour slot prior. Who has that kind of time?

Super honest and great at what they do. Not only do they give both of my cars TLC when needed, but they also put a smile on my face every time I go in. Wayne and Matt always take care of me. I am a super loyal person and will be moving to Woodstock soon, but I ll likely still make the drive to this store because I trust the people and I know they have my car s best interest at heart. Most people dread having to get car maintenance done. Luckily, I found this store and I met Wayne and Matt, therefore, I am not one of those people.

I m so glad I came to them! Wayne had pointed out some issues with my car that I would have never known had he not told me and they were fast, efficient and so nice! Would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a fast and efficient oil change!

They will rip you off! I went to ask for changing a tire sensor and the guy at front desk told me it will cost $250 appox due to labor costs, tire rotation and many other stuff that I did not ask for. I went to pep boys and they were so nice about it and they would charge me $89 :)It s crazy how price changes when people is honest haha

You are WARNED! The $29.00 would change is a complete scam. They will advise you when calling they will take care of you but that is a LIE!! A $29.00 oil change turn into $98.00, with one of the EMPLOYEE going outside to engage in a physical altercation with me.

I had a wonderful experience here. Wayne helped me get checked in, took a look at what I needed, and gave me honest feedback on what my car needed at the time of service. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and very personable too. I would highly recommend taking your car here!

I came in this establishment to get a tire and Jennifer at front desk was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful I really appreciate the whole staff for helping me and doing and awesome job. I really appreciate the service I got.

The service has been nothing short of excellent each time I have been to see the guys. Very welcoming, thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. The work is completed as expected and they have a quick turnaround.

Came for service for my brakes. I called ahead and spoke to Wayne. His customer service skills are 10/10. He walked me through all of my options and I didn t feel like I was getting beat over the head like some other places I called. I came in the same day and had my full service complete within 3 hours. They let me know of all concerns and had me do authorizations while remaining transparent in pricing. The entire service was stellar. The dad jokes get Wayne an 11/10

Been to this location a couple of times. One for a complex headlight replacement that no other shop could figure out and one for an oil change. These guys had me in and out QUICK and did a perfect job both times. Wayne has excellent customer service and is a trustworthy guy. This place compared to others I went to is a 10/10. Very respectful, knowledgeable, family friendly. Gives honest advice even if it means they lose some money. They also do just about EVERYTHING. Barksdale family recommends Midas!

Matt & Mike are superstars! I d give them twenty stars if I could. Traveling through from Texas & had the start of a catastrophic brake failure. They fixed it super quick in the same day. Thank you so much for saving our vacation!!

I GENUINELY do not know what I would have done without Wayne and Midas staff. Incredibly kind, genuinely concerned for me and my situation. Gave me options, worked with me every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times and was incredibly straight forward. THANK YOU!!!! :D

Wayne and the staff are phenomenal! I was in a time crunch but could not go any longer neglecting my BONE DRY car! There s a nice promo going on for synthetic so I hopped on it! My car needed a little extra attention but pleasantly surprised that it didn t break the bank!
