They need to look at your car before they can give you an estimate but the estimate they give you will be accurate. They use the highest quality parts and they make sure everything is done right! I will continue to bring my car back! Competitive pricing, quality parts, and experienced labor.

Giving out a one star and vicious words against such a reputable shop and a master mechanic makes me want to give this review. Of course a shop can not give out an estimate without seeing the car. That s the integrity of this shop.Meister Lee has been servicing our family s auto repair and maintenance for 20+ years, ranging from German(Audi A6,A8, Porsche Macan) and Japanese(Toyota Sienna, Acura MDX). Solid technical know-how, careful and thoughtful, and trying to save me money on many, many occasions. That s the reason I drive across town (from Gwinnett) to let this shop handle my auto repair and maintenance needs. The Emissions Test station has a tranquil and clean waiting area; displayed poster and handout materials relative to Georgia's 2020 Clean Air Force are available. Naomi's inspection was thorough and timely.

The woman on the phone does not appear to care about my business. I've called 3 separate times in 2023 and and each time she makes a greater effort to NOT look at the car lol. I don't know, maybe the sound of my voice bring her back to a traumatic past Going to give Precision Tune Auto Care a try, Darryl seems much more willing to help.

Called today to check on regular maintenance service oil change fluid break check and tire rotation. Lady on phone sound not interested and said she will need to check car in order to quote price and service durationStopped by here lady is not there. A guy was seating there Said don't know when she will co.e back 30 min or an hour he can't check cause he is busy.Hmm did not feel like they wanted business felt very sad with loosing time on having to drive here just to get quote and duration for regular service and no response

The best and honest place ever! It s my parents. But I have to say my dad is a quality man. His shop is clean. He takes pride in his work and the quality of the work, and this is why he doesn t have a bunch of employees because he cares. My mom runs the front end, probably gives you an Emission inspection, but she has over 25 years of knowledge on cars. My dad has maintained my car since 2003, and I have a Honda Accord. Every 2500 miles oil change. I own a hair salon and have sent friend s and client s to them and they have all been pleased. I hear so much about shady mechanics and I hate it. What I can say is that is far from the experience you would get here. Find out for yourself :)

i will take my cars to NO ONE but Mr and Mrs Lee! Every car I've owned - whether it be for inspection or questions, have gone to this body shop. Every car, every emission! Fast and friendly services prompt me to go no place else since moving to GA in 1997 start coming in 1999---4 cars later, still coming. I love the service! Why change it! (all of my cars were foreign...)

We visited Lee Meister's for a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle we were considering purchasing. They worked us in on a Saturday (we did call ahead the day before), were quick, and extremely helpful. John pointed out some things we should be cautious about in our purchase and Lee was super courteous and helpful with additional advice. The service shop was immaculate and I could tell John takes pride in his work. I wish we had such a honest straight-forward mechanic near our home! We highly recommend them!

you tell them to fix the struts which are broken according to them and they give you shocks and charge you $300 and the car is still messed up. They got the nerve to say "want to do engine work" but you cannot fix struts successfully so no way i would let you damage my engine. Beware!!! They some tricky so n so"s. I had some engine part to be replaced for my BMW . I tried couple of shops but nobody ready to touch. But these people finished in an hour and for half of the price what BMW dealer quoted. They may charge bit extra for economy cars comparing to other chains. But they are good luxury especially if you are owning a luxury european model cars.

OMG holy freaking smokes, these are the seriously the best people ever, I would never go anywhere else. Here's the story my wife, kids and i were stranded in Atlanta, we called them, they took us in, fixed are car at the last minute, replaced the radiator, stayed late on a holiday weekend till about 10 pm at night to get us back on the road to Kentucky. if I lived in Atlanta I wouldn't let another soul touch my car. John is an old wizard on the car, very thorough and completely accurate. God bless them and they have my vote for life, thanks again Nicole and John!!

DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!They Charged me $100 just to tell me that they dont know what's wrong with my car and told me to take my car to the DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!I COULDNT BELIEVE MY EARS!!!!!This shop is ran by 2 elderly people that dont know what they are talking about.. this place is always empty and I see why.NEVER GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!!!

This is the only shop to take you car if you Are looking for an honest mechanic. They only fix what needs to be repaired and at a fair price. Many blessings to Mr. and Mrs. Lee!

Very expensive. The will charge you just too look at the car and afterward they can't even give you a quote on how much it could be. The lady working there makes you feel like you are been scammed.

Been coming here for 10 years and always get great service. They are a very honest family and do a thorough job, never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Usually done in a few hrs

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the service cost are very reasonable. A must see - The garage is as clean as can be. You could eat off the floor.

The lady working there was very rude. Was trying to quote 50$ for which I got it done for 20$ in another place. When I told her It wouldn't cost so much she is asking me to replace it myself.

They don t know anything, basically simply charging . Almost paid whole lot of money but car got worst.Never recommend this place
