This place deserves more than 5 stars. Eric helped my mother when she came in and was very, very helpful and welcoming. She took her car to several tire shops before coming here and no one seemed to find the problem the was having with her car. She came here and they immediately told her what needed to be fixed. Thank you all so much!

Lawrence and Eric are absolutely amazing!! Very nice and polite and helped me understand the issues with my car. They took great care of me and I will definitely use them for all of my future car needs!!

Toni came out to my car as soon as I pulled up and introduced herself to me. She asked me what I needed and wrote down all the pertinent information. When I walked in, Eric took that information and asked what I was looking for in terms of brand and cost. He also helped me with the lights on my car. They had the tires in stock and my car was ready within 4 hours. I would definitely recommend Mavis Tires to friends and family.

A very odd thing that happened was I had a tree branch stuck in the underbelly of my car. This happened on April 10, 2024, when Sandy Springs had a bad thunderstorm and there were branches and leaves, debris, all over the roads. I tried to get it out myself but it was all the way in the middle of the car and the underbelly and then I thought driving might dislodge the branch but reversing or turning the car did not dislodge the branch. So I brought it to Mavis on Johnson Ferry Road and Eric the manager was very kind and accommodating and they lifted the car and pulled the branch out. It was about 3 and 1/2 ft long. They did not charge me anything. Very grateful to Mavis for performing the service of dislodging tree branch from underneath my car!!!

Love the can do attitude at this location! Literally got me tires and did oil change in under an hour and helped figure out a way to get the best deal on the tires for me. Great customer service!!

I have came to Mavis Tire two times and got the best experience and the best customer service from Eric Smith. He was amazing and the most helpful tires salesman I ve ever came across. I will be recommending Mavis services to everyone that I know!!

Great place! I went here for the first time to fix a punctured tire. You can reserve an appointment online, and the staff were helpful and courteous. I had the tire in my trunk, and they removed it, fixed it, and when done they put it back in my trunk. Plus, they are open Sundays! I will definitely return here.

Where do I even begin with this place, I took my wife's car to get four tires installed, the techs there take over two hours to mount and balance 4 tires. They charge an additional 5 dollars per tire for stem rebuild kit that they never do since vehicles come with tire pressure sensors. Some are built on the sensor and can't be replaced. They cross thread two lug nuts on my wife car and the only way I can get them out was to break them off and to top it off, they broke the tpms sensor and decided that they were just going to put a regular stem in there in place. If you value your car, go somewhere else

Had a slow leak on a new car and tire needed replacement. Even though I got the dealership to replace it these guys diagnosed it for me free of charge. Good folks to do business with and would definitely recommend stopping in here if you need some tires or a leak fixed. Drew and Eric were very helpful! Thank you, gentlemen!

amazing service every time i come!i come from downtown just for their service. i got an oil change and a new tire and they had me done in less than an hour! they really helped me stay within my budget and and even added some discounts to my total! definitely recommend them! (Edit: don t think they filled my oil all the way, my oil was completely empty three months later after only driving about 2.5k miles which I guess 3 months is long enough but it doesn t seem long enough considering I was charged $90 and I hadn t even driven 3k but �\_( )_/�)

Look no further! Fast, friendly, efficient! My call was answered by Eric promptly, and the service was spectacular! I was in and out for an oil change and alignment with NO APPOINTMENT in just an HOUR!

I just had a seamless experience at Mavis Tires on Johnson Ferry Rd in Atlanta ! I came in and Drew assisted me w/ an oil change and a few other services that I needed. He got me in and out w/ a minimal wait time and thorough explanation. I will definitely be back !

I had a tire that was leaking and a 2 and a half hour drive left to get home to east Tennessee. Not only was everyone here knowledgeable and helpful, they had a pair of tires put on and all my tires rotated in less then an hour. Great customer service, great prices, great business.

When my battery died at the bp next door, the Mavis employees immediately sprung in to help. They were able to jump me then hook me up with a new battery all very quickly!!! I definitely recommend checking them out!!!

I m a general critic of customer service today across all businesses but store manager Eric and the staff at this location are exceptional. It s not hard to be friendly, helpful, and honest but so many get it wrong. These guys do a fantastic job and have made it easy to earn my business!

This place was amazing!!!! I needed a tire and they were only open for another hour and a half, they took my car added more services because i needed them even though it made it go past 6:00 which was closing time! Eric was amazing, so sweet and professional and works with you as best as possible and made me want to come back for any and all other services!!!! great service; fast too and great people!!!

They lie and make up issues with your car just to make money. Told me I needed shocks and struts, almost $2000 job. I took my car to the dealership and there were zero issues. Don't trust this company Eric and Lawrence lie right ght to your face

Quick and easy to deal with. Staff was kind and helpful. Explained the problems with my brakes and gave me an estimate before they started. It took about an hour but my brakes don t make a griding sound any more!

Mavis on Johnson Ferry did a great job on my car, Drew s customer service was great and the team was very helpful! My car was still up past closing and they finished the job ! Definitely recommend coming to this Mavis !

Mavis tires Did a fantastic job helping me. I had a flat tire and put enough air in to make it to the store. They found no leaks at all. To be safe they added a new valve stem free of charge. Great job and customer support! It gave me peace of mind.

Andrew was a great help today! I ve been having trouble with my sensors and tires and he fixed me all up in about 5 minutes! He s such a nice guy, quick, efficient, and super friendly! I would recommend him to anybody! Come check them out! He made my day!
