I had such a wonderful experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! It was my first time coming here and I definitely will be a repeat customer.The manager, Shelby, was wonderful and was very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. I came in needing to get my breaks checked she was informative, and professional, and was able to assist me with all of my needs. While I was in the store, Shelby was the only person working in the front and handled the influx of people and phone calls with amazing grace

Used their online system to make a reservation to get my tires replaced and an oil change. The guys were able to take my car right back. I selected the wrong tires online and accidentally told them the wrong tires to change but the guy at the front desk was quick to help me get things corrected. A+ customer service.

Took my care in to have it looked at, the service manager richard explained to me very clearly what work i needed done. He was polite and very professional. I ended up getting my brakes done for a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

Went in today looking for why my car was shaking. The young lady who turned out to be the manager was so very helpful. She showed me that not only were 3 of my tires were separated but my alignment was way off. She got my tires replaced and car aligned in a timely manner. She helped me get this done within my budget and that made it possible for me to get good tires instead of the basic cheap ones. I will recommend this store and Shelby to any one needing to get tires or any work done.

Great service from Mavis Tire..Tim did a great job for me on fixing my flat & I recommend everyone to come here to get tires & brakes, shocks, batteries! I guarantee you will not be disappointed, the workers here are fantastic! Love this place!!

Horrible experience with this company. I had my car towed to Mavis Tires & Brakes located at 2713 Chastain Meadows Parkway in Marietta Georgia on Friday January 26, 2024. Before hand I contacted the store & I spoke with Shelby and I stated I needed brakes for my car, a bulb for the head light & a standard oil change. I came with the tow truck driver. I was quoted the price for the work 1100.00 dollars. I was later contacted by Shelby an was told they needed 309.00 dollars for the calipers. I agreed which bought the charges for the repairs to 1409.00. I called the store on Sunday February 28, 2024 and spoke with Tim and I told him that my brakes were making a whistling sound and that I needed to bring my car back to them. Tim told me that they did not have a mechanic and I could take my car to any Mavis location. On Monday February 5, 2024 my car ran hot and I saw fluids leaking from the radiator. Prior to bringing my car to Mavis my car was not running hot or leaking any fluids. I contacted Corporate & spoke with the regional manager Zachery. The regional manager had my car towed to another Mavis location. I contacted the store 2 days later for the status of MY CAR. I was told by the assistant manager Sir that patch work was done on my car and he needed further instructions from Zachery as how to proceed. I never received word again from anyone else including Corporate. My car essentially just sat until I had my car towed back to me on Monday February 12, 2024.I was charged for work I did not authorize such as wind shield wipers 25.00 & Brake System flush 99.99 & Power Steering flush 79.00. As of this writing my lost has been substantial 1409.00 & a car that is inoperable. I just wanted my car repaired for the money that was paid to this repair shop which should be refunded. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE WHEN CHOOSING REPAIR SHOPS. READ REVIEWS & CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAUS!!!

This place is absolutely incredible. My experience was top-notch. Customer service was 10 out of 10 and the work was done professionally. I can t recommend this location enough! Tim, the manager was very polite and helpful. It means a lot to see the manager actually being hands-on with the work and helping out the customers. Brandon worked the front desk and he did amazing!!

I call Shelby because Walmart tire could not get the lugnut off my tire. She told me to bring my car over to her right away. When I got there. The guys jump on it right away. I should have brought my car to them I'm the first place. They will get my business for now on. GREAT JOB MAVIS.

To whom it may concern. This is my first time visit to Mavis. My experience in this location was superb. Shelby is extremely customer friendly with a smile. She gave me many options to choose from. Help me understand the need for those changes. Tim is the other associate who also is very helpful and I feel very comfortable with both. Thank you Shelby and Tim for all your help. Definitely I will be back definitely I will recommend your place to my colleagues and my kids.

I tell you what I ve had such terrible experiences with most tire places I go but this one was everything I needed and more.. Shelby helped me with getting new tires with no frustrations. I felt comfortable with the outcome and not overwhelmed by the choices thanks to her expert advice!!! Definitely will be returning to this store!! Thank you Shelby for all your help and keeping my family safe with a new set perfect for my vehicle!!!

Discovered a nail in my passenger front tire. Took it to this Mavis store location and promptly got the tire patched. Very courteous store manager. In and out in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend this store for Your car care. I Would definitely utilize our service in the future.

We have been coming to mavis for years now. came here a day after thanksgiving from another location for brake pads and tire replacement and wow what a big difference. Tim was so attentive and honest with what need to be done and what does not need to be replaced, which is unheard of. He not only saved us money but gained another loyal customer! Highly recommend to come here for all your auto needs! Entire staff is very good and efficient.

The folks at Mavis did a great job with my tire change! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They were super quick and professional. I was afraid that they were closed, but they stay open late on Thursdays (open until 8:30 PM). What a blessing it was to be able to get my tires changed even though most places are closed at that time! It was just by chance that I came on Thursday. Thank you Mavis!

They suck at balancing. Instead of properly balancing my tire, they slapped on 13 ounces of weights. There was no attempt to move the tire on the wheel of line up the DOT # with the valve stem to better balance the tire. I worked at NTB for 5 years, and I'd get fired if I did this bad of a job balancing a tire.

Shelby & Tim were Extremely Professional and kind. They got my car in and out very quickly for my appointment and helped me understand everything that was going on. I will definitely return for service on all of my other vehicles. 10/10 recommend this location. THANK YOU MAVIS

Today I m giving five stars to Daniel, Scott, Darryll and Bruce for their wonderful customer service. In addition, Bruce went above and beyond by advising me on another issue with my vehicle that was not properly done. They all were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Please come here for your tire needs. I would definitely recommend this location.

This is by far the best service I ve had in a while I was rushing to work and to drop my kids off at school and noticed smoke coming from my hood I pulled in at this Mavis in panic mode and I was greeted by Shelby and she assured me she would help me out my thermostat housing busted open she ordered the parts and had her mechanic on the job asap she even helped me keep my kids calm while I waited and the problem was fixed quickly I was able to make it to work and get my kids to school in a timely manner kudos to Shelby she s an amazing manager keep up the GREAT work!!! 10/10 highly recommend this store

Exceptional customer service, professionalism and problem solving skills is what I experienced when I went to Mavis for a tire change. The manager Shelby was superb and they got me back on the road in a heartbeat . Definitely a 10/10

Best tire shop around, just needed a valve stem on a spare vehicle. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The gentleman behind the counter unloaded and loaded my tire back into my truck when done. Will be going back in the future for any needs. Rare to see that kind of service these days.

Mavis tire did a great job getting me in and out quickly! They changed my oil and rotated my tires. Very friendly employees. Shelby, the manager is super friendly and very knowledgeable! Will definitely recommend this location!

Went in to get two rear tires replaced two days ago. Shelby was very nice and also gave me a reasonable fee for the service.However, once I got the car back, ride definitely did not feel as smooth as it was before. But decided to give it a day to see if the tires need some time to break in.Just to be on the safe side I went back this morning and inquired about it and found out that one of my directional tires was mounted inside out which affects the hydroplaning resistance.I understand that anyone can make mistake, but also just wish that the mechanic double check on their work which could directly affect person s safety. This just horrified me since I had to drive in the rain last night, and thank God I am okay, but seems like this mistake could have turned into a bigger problem.Also I would not have posted this review, since I do understand things can happen, if I was given a simple apology, but that was also not there. (It was different person today in the front - not Shelby).*Update*Shelby called and apologized for the incident.
