I had a good experience at Mavis today. I stopped by to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it. I also had a long standing need for new brakes. They were able to get to my vehicle quickly. They installed new brakes and took care of my tire.Thank you

I had an exceptional experience at Mavis Tire after traveling from out of town with a tire leaking air. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve and replaced it with efficiency and care. Their service was outstanding, and I make it a point to visit them for any tire needs whenever I'm in town. Highly recommend their services for reliable and swift assistance!

Had a couple of hiccups. Overall, they did a great job recommending and replacing the suitable tires for me. The service was quick and great. The manager, Sarah, was super helpful.Love their free air service!

Don t know what I would do without this place! Had a super time crunch and only had 50 minutes for two tires. Israel and Sarah got me in and out and were so kind and patient with my rambunctious 3-year old. She was peeking through the window watching them install the tires and they made sure to wave and engage with her. I ll definitely be coming back!Thanks Sarah and Israel again!

Got oil change and tire rotation done in dec 23. After the service was done they did not reset the code and now it is showing service due again. This is not the first. Couple different issues in the previous services. Would hesitate to recommend this place .

They were extremely friendly, and were kind to give a good discount to replace my breaker fluid as well as change my oil. Especially costumer service was exceptional. Recommend.

This tire place has poor service . The employees talked casual conversations about 15 minutes before starting to repair a nail removal from my tire. They had broken equipment and only 1 person working in the tire service area. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to repair my tire. I was the first customer. I will not come here again.

For the second on a row In five days they told me it s gonna take an hour and I m still here after 2.5 hours. They knew to stop lying about wait time. I have better stuff to do than sitting here on my phone if they tell us the hones words

Came here 12/14/23 to get a frozen lug with rounded edges removed from one of the wheels. I couldn't make it budge and my lug wrench could no longer grip it. The staff was more than happy to remove the lug free of charge. Took no time at all. They were very helpful and I highly recommend this Mavis. Eric

I am not going another tire shop!I had my TPMS sensor showing low tire pressure and I stopped by for them to check a month ago. They quickly found out that it was a nail. They had it removed and patched it.This morning I noticed pressure warning came back on and I knew where to go. Turns out it was another nail and they quickly patched it at no cost for me !!!I would understand if the previous patch was leaking and they wouldn't charge for a re-patch but just because I was there not long ago they did it for completely free.

I went to go get my tires check and one had a nail, Ali was very helpful and quickly provided me with a fix. Ali gave me amazing customer service and did provided me with a perfect fix.

I had a terrible experience when I called the East Cobb location and spoke to Josh, so much that I never wanted to bring my business back to Mavis. Luckily, Chris at the East Piedmont location turned that right around. His customer service was exceptional. I will be back!

Thought I had a slow leak in tire from sensor reading. Stopped by to have them look at it. They got me in immediately and checked everything out. Unable to find a leak, nothing to repair. No charge for their time. They were professional and pleasant. Will return if I have any issues especially after trying Goodyear who had a three hour wait and Jiffylube who rudely said they weren t a tire shop despite the fact that they had tires and signs that said tires. Mavis is now top of my list.

The most incompetent service I have ever received. Save your sanity and do not go here. We came here for new tires and an alignment when we normally go to discount tire but since they don't do alignments we thought we should just get it all knocked out in one place, huge mistake. They replaced the tires, and the next morning the tpms light came on. They had put the tires on at 45psi when the psi for my car is 30. Also the tires were missing their valve caps. Hoping adjusting the air would make the tpms light go off, but it didn't. We had to take it back and they said 2 of the tpms sensors had low battery. Even though they were completely fine before they touched them with the new tires. We agreed for them to replace them to get this over with, but when I went to pick up my car I turned it on and the flat tire light was constantly flashing and another valve cap from my tire was missing. I went back inside and they said to drive it for 25 miles and the light would go off. It didn't go off, was just constantly flashing. An easy Google told us that the flashing light meant the tpms sensors weren't connected to the car. We took it to another Mavis location and they rolled their eyes when we told them this location told us to drive it for 25 miles and it'll go off. The other Mavis location in Buford took a look at it and connected the sensors to the car in 10 minutes and the light went off. Having to take my car here and back 3 times was such a waste of time and the incompetence of this location was just astounding. Will never visit this location again. The 4.9 stars review is baffling to me.

Came in today for an oil & filter change as well as a tire rotation. I dealt with Ty and he was great to deal with. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and back on the road to do some more work. The waiting area was clean and organized - most importantly it was kept nice and cool on this hot day. Thanks for having great people at this location!

Last week on Dec. 16th I found a nail on my tire and it was low on tire pressure. I took it over to Mavis at east Piedmont and was warmly greeted with a friendly smile by Ali. He was able to have the technician, put a patch on it right away without an appointment. . We can t say enough about the great service and would highly recommend this shop for your tire and car service needs.

Came in to get brakes done on my Lexus. Went to 3 different shops before I found this location. They re the only place that told me Yes that they can do it same day without appointment. Ty the manager was so cool and made me feel at ease. I just moved to Marietta from Macon so I m glad I found a home shop for both of my vehicles. : )

Had a nail in tire causing slow leak. Were able to fix without appt in 1hour. Excellent and prompt service. Definitely recommend.Chris will take care of you.

I had a flat tire. Turns out it wasn t a nail, it was an Allen Key. Mavis was able to fix my tire and get me back on the road the same day. Really just a few hours.

I was very thankful a coworker recommended Mavis after my tire blew out on me. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and the representative worked with me to figure out the best tire and rotation combo for my budget. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return when I'm ready to buy my full set. Thank you, guys!
