True to the reviews, the Mavis Tires & Brakes at East Cobb gets a top score from me! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by Kelvin who kindly provided the information and quotes I needed to replace a couple of tires on my car in addition to an alignment. The price was fair. (I had shopped around for several quotes around the area, and Mavis fell in the mid range). There is a nice, good size waiting room with chairs, a table, a TV streaming Roku, a water cooler, and restrooms for the clients. The total wait time for services was 2 hours. Thanks Drew, Kelvin and crew for the great price and services!

I recommend coming to this locating in Marietta I had a flat tire and they got me right good customer service and hospitality and very great team work. Now I m back on the road riding smooth.

I have serviced my vehicles at this location on multiple occasions. The staff have always been respectful, welcoming and very honest. As a busy mom requiring sometimes a simple tire pressure check they have done so even when they are busy. I recommend this location with out reservation.

Amazing experience. Thanks to the manager Isreal for the speedy service and friendly attitude. He quoted the best price in town for brake repair. Jennifer took care of our check out quickly. Will definitely come back for future automobile needs.

Had to call in due to some issues with the car that needed immediate assistance, Jennifer has been really kind, patient and helpful in answering all my questions from the time in I dropped my car off and till I picked it back up.The staff were highly skilled and knowledgeable in their work.Definitely would recommend this location in particular apart from the others.

Drew and Mr. Kelvin is the man. Please see them when at Mavis tires and brakes on East Cobb drive. They are awesome. I will send anyone to them because the customer service is superb.

Unfortunately I had a nail in my tire at the end of my day on the way home from work. I was short on time and stressed out about it. The staff at Mavis was so nice and willing to help I was blown away and relieved. The manager went out of his way to speed up the repair of my tire. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend this business and especially this location!!

I took my car to Mavis, and I have got to say Kevin was by far the best part of the experience. My car is the Lexus gs350f and it always has complications when it comes to tires but this was the first time where I just didn t feel the stress Kevin was always one step ahead. Communication was 10/10 service 10/10 I was running behind and he stayed late so I could pick up my car you just don t see this kind of customer service these days to say above and beyond would be saying the least this man took it sky high in customer satisfaction and I m a Mavis customer for life now! Thank you guys so much and Kevin you the man!

Only gone there for tires.......Always had courteous and competent assistance. Been there 2 times for flat tires, today near closing time. They graciously stayed late to replace my damaged tire. Price is very reasonable. Fyi-no problem 2 years later w prior tire replacement.

Kelvin for the win. Took care of my brakes and guys in the shop were very good making sure it drove well when done. They made same changes in staffing today and the regional manager was there. I overheard him talking to Kelvin saying "you know, my priority is customer experience. That's the key and the rest comes after that". They had a great relationship of trust with each other.Renovations under way inside to make the service and waiting area nicer

I have had the pleasure of doing business at this location with Ali, and each and every time I receive excellent service and customer care. I wouldn t go anywhere else for tires. Ali just repaired a nail in one of my tires yesterday and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks Ali!

I came to this location and met with Israel. He was nothing but honest, up-front and professional with me. Couldn t meet a nicer guy.In short, he could ve sold me a new tire, charged me for some miscellaneous ski, but he did what he did and gave me a hand-shake.Come see Isreal. He s legit, and most importantly, honest with me. I ll definitely come back.

Outstanding Service from Shop Manager Isreal I recently visited Mavis for a flat tire replacement and was incredibly impressed by the service provided by Shop Manager Isreal. Despite a minor miscommunication about the tire specifications, Isreal promptly addressed my concerns and agreed to order the correct tire with the exact speed rating needed. The replacement was done swiftly, and Isreal s commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional service and professionalism.

Robert took great care of us today. They were slammed and still made time for me. Got an Oil Change and wipers done at a great rate. They have a nice inside are to hang out while you wait. Friendly staff.

The management went over and beyond for us! My SUV got a screw in the tire and was actively leaking on a Saturday while I was traveling on a business trip. After visiting two other shops locally that couldn't help me.... I called Mavis and they found my preferred brand of hard to find sizes (295 35 /21) and got the tires ordered and shipped same day. Since I was leaving town the next morning. A few hours later the shop learned the distribution center DID NOT ship as they said they would and said it would be Tuesday. Instead of waiting, the shop manager drove his PERSONAL car 2 hour round trip to go pick up the tires and bring them back to Mavis for install. I had no idea what had happened and by the time I got back to Mavis at the end of day after borrowing a car from a friend, they had the new tires installed and aligned without any extra cost for pickup of the tires. These guys will take care of you!!

These guys were awful. Took forever to service my Truck, didnt call me with a quote for how much they were going to charge or the work they were going to do, and when I picked up my Truck they used the most expensive parts possible. The worst part was that they literally installed my brake pads backwards and they were squeaking again almost immediately. Took it to another shop and they charged me half of what Mavis charged for the same job. 1000% would not recommend.

It was a pretty decent place. We were helping a woman out getting her a tire, it was probably around 7 pm and they still told us to go ahead and come they would wait on us. Nice ppl overall

Mavis Tires on 1405 East Cobb Dr is a gem! My husband booked the night before for replacement tires and we showed up the next morning to drop off. Everything was clear, quick and easy! Greg was super helpful and gave us a great deal on the alignment! They were finished in a couple hours and he said if they had the tires in stock it would have been less than an hour! If you need a trusted, local place that does great work- give this store a call- you will not be disappointed! I am glad we found somewhere near our home that we can bring our cars. I highly recommend using this business- you won t be disappointed!

This is the second time I ve tried to go to Mavis and have been really disappointed. Both times it was an emergency and I really needed help. The first time they just were not able to help because they said that they were too booked up (even though I had a flat tire). The second time, the website and their voicemail said that they were open on Sunday, I drove there with my spare on and they were closed. Just a reminder that I will continue to take my business to Discount Tire in the future.

Every time I visit this location everyone is friendly and willing to help. So far I have not had to wait for and extended period of time for my car to finish.
