Great place - I get suspension work and alignments. I have so much respect for the knowledgeable staff here, I trust their work and word!Many thanks to Ash for your patience explaining the work I needed today - my car is driving great!

These folks saved me. I was passing through on my way to FL from MI, when one of my front wheels locked up and started smoking. It was after 3pm by now, and they got the parts to replace my break line, break pads, caliper...and got me back on the road by time they closed at 5pm. Incredible service.

I have been very pleased with the care and the results of my vehicles that the staff there at Master Automotive has taken care of. I have and will continue to recommend these guys to anyone. I'm a former mechanic , changed careers, I blew my engine up and these guys worked with me and fixed it. It's not an easy car to work on either so I'm very pleased and happy. It's my only car so I really needed it fixed.

The best mechanic shop in Marietta! They actually care about your pockets. They will not let you waste money on work you don t need. They will give you wonderful service time. They are mechanics so you won t be getting Chikfila Customer service but they are VERY NICE!! Don t be entitled if you come and don t act like a YouTube professional and you ll get a wonderful service. The earlier the better. The price for alignment and shock replacement is wonderful. Won t beat alignment prices in the area.

I brought my daughter s car to have some work done oil, turbo, gasket seal etc. She started having problems again and took elsewhere and they said that she was having the same problem. So they never fixed it.

Competent and polite staff. Took my car to get checked for an unusual sound it was making after having my rims and tires replaced at another shop. Despite the place being busy they fit me in for a diagnostic check and an oil change. Was only charged for the oil change and was very reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

I've never seen such and honest business in my life 2 times I went in with trouble ends up I didn't need a thing and they could have easily stuck me but were very honest I highly recommend!

Thank you Larry and to all the Gentlemen who worked on my car. I am extremely GRATEFUL for your work. My car drives GREAT They are good at finding the issue and educating you. They answer ALL questions. Got my outer tire rods done, full alignment and an oil change. Price was wonderful for all the work that done on car

I would highly reccomend this repair shop as they are budget friendly, efficient, and very informative. I brought a car by to get checked out before I purchased it, pre-purchase inspection. They were able to squeeze me in on the spot and provided me with great information about my vehicle and many tips on maintenance. I will be using Masters for all my automotive needs going forward.

Great service car broke down on a Sunday night, was able to drop my vehicle off and key in the drop box. I called 1st thing in the morning they had already started diagnosing my vehicle Amazing service and fair prices.

I can't give this place 5 stars because I've only had alignments done here. Prices for alignment are competitive in Marietta based on service. Didn't have to wait long either for each visit.

Josh was amazing! I found him and the rest of the team Knowledgeable and very accommodating. I had my all my shocks, rudders and brake pads replaced on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The experience was A+ from start to finish and the pricing was extremely reasonable!

They were very accommodating and they did not charge me for service of diagnosing my check engine light even though they couldn't charge my warranty company! Above and beyond! I will go here again

I needed several repairs done to my car. Josh explained in vivid detail what caused the damage. He also recommended service ideas to prevent future damage on my vehicle. He was patient, professional, and thorough. Also, the labor and parts were reasonably priced and my car was repaired sooner than expected. Josh and the other Technician's were professional, courteous and skilled at their craft. I required specific work on my vehicle to include parts, they did excellent work, good price and short time frame to complete the work! Great experience! Just had an oil change, and it's much less expensive than other places I've been to (I have to get synthetic). The service was super quick, and Arashk even topped off all my fluids because I mentioned that I was about to take the car on a 15-hour road trip! Highly recommend!

These guys were very understanding and helpful. My car had a few things wrong with it but they were nice and patient with me and helped find the best option. After they fixed a few things for fair prices they recommended me to the Mazda dealership when they couldn t figure out what else was wrong instead of leaving me high and dry.

Josh at Masters Automotive is one of a kind. He took my stressful situation with my car pleasant. He honed on my car issue and showed excellent communication helping me to understand what the issue was. First and foremost I don't ever really do reviews on places but I had to on this one. Very professional, I let them know the problems I was having with my vehicle and gave me the truth on what needed to be done. They communicated with me continuously to ensure that my experience was great. Also, thank me for choosing them to service my car. Guest waiting room had a comfortable couch, TV, coffee, water and a vending machine. Only thing I will say as business get better for them there going to need a secretary to handle there volume.

Professional, fair and reasonable repair costs on my BMW. Josh conducted a thorough analysis of the error codes and recommended doing what was most critical. I highly recommend this auto shop who has honest mechanics working for the best interest of the customer.

Anytime I have an issue with any car of mine I make sure that I bring itto Masters Automotive. They go above and beyond to make sure mycar is taking care of. One time nobody could figure out what was goingon with my car not even the dealership , Josh their mechanic didn'tstop at anything to figure out what it was. Not only did he figure it outbut it rides like I just bought it off the lot. Masters did a fantastic job with my car, cheaper than any other automotive shop I could find. Joe's super nice and explained all of the work it needed (even pointing out some stuff that it didn't need that dealer claimed it did). Definitely would recommend Masters for any work big or small!

Take my GMC and Mazda to Joe. Work is always done quickly and price is fair. If there ever is an issue I believe Masters will make it right. So glad to have found a local mechanic who treats customers fairly.
