I m so thankful I found this tire shop. All week my tire kept running out of air so I went to them. Purchase a used tire. They asked me which tire it was and immediately took care of me quickly! After pulling off I had to call back because my tire pressure light was still on because I told them the wrong tire!!it was actually the tire of the opposite site. They told me to come back and they fixed the issue for a small additional fee but I m so glad they were so understanding! I would definitely go back and recommend them to others!

I ve been coming to Martinez for over 4 years. I bring all my cars to him. He has the best prices and always takes care of me and my family. He does great work and stands by his tires. He s a honest businessman and will look out for you. He even helped me with brakes at a great price that have lasted longer than other shops. I ll keep coming back. Give them a try. Any bad review here I m sure was just a honest misunderstanding or unrealistic expectations from the customer. They re legit and I ll be back for years to come.

He knowingly sold me a bad tire that needed to be plugged and didn't tell me about the no warranty policy until after the fact. My tire was on a flat a few hours after leaving his shop. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The only place I bring my car. Great fast service and I always get the best deal on my Continental tires. Just found out he does brakes too so I'll be bringing my Lexus through since he offers a lifetime warranty. Glad I found this place. It's next to the Dairy Queen on 362 Cobb Pkwy South

I ve been going to Martinez Wheels & Tires for years and never had a bad experience! Today the dealership was charging me $250 for a new tire because mine had a nail in it. I decided to take my business to Martinez and I am so glad I did. When I called to see how much it would be, the owner said to bring it in and he would check it out. He ended up repairing it instead of selling me a new tire. Martinez is always so honest and respectful.

I have one year knowing Martinez. Since I am an uber driver, I drive lots of mileage. I have to come several times to do general services to my car. Also, he has changed the tires with the best prices. He is an honest and friendly person. He will find the way to help you no matter you are in a budget. I recommend him. It is the best place to repair/buy tires or do general services in town.

I went to 3 different tire shops and nobody had my tire size. Thank God Martinez had my tire size . Great service and fast.

Martinez & his helper were both really cool! Enjoyed my time there. I needed 3 new tires and they worked on 3 different cars including mine & I was in & out in no time. Really easy going & trustworthy. Definitely recommend & I ll WILL be coming back for more services. Thanks Martinez!!

Went in for a slow leak in the back tire. They fixed it very quickly for a great price. Good service, and very nice. I will be returning in the future for any tire needs.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! He is unprofessional and very dishonest as you can tell by the other reviews. I went here to get service done and he charged me $300 before hand. Not even 5 minutes later he told me the service didn t need to be done and all I needed was new tires. I brought new tires from him not even two weeks before so I didn t understand why I would need new tires and I had just brought some. I asked for a refund he said my bank would send it to me. My bank said Martinez completed the transaction and it took me over a month to get the funds back. I went back to Martinez out of convenience because it s close to my house when I arrived he started snapping and going off on me and refused to work on my car. This is not a stand up or honest guy. You can tell by his replies in the reviews that he is very childish and unprofessional. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. He doesn t sell good tires,he will over charge you and he s rude.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life! Such good, honest, respectful folks with great great service and quality tires. I got a HARD TO FIND rear tire like --brand new-- changed, inflated, mounted on the rim, tested, and installed for $40 and in under 15 minutes total time since I pulled up to when I'm writing this review. THE BEST SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED EVER!!

For the last 2 years I have brought my cars to Martinez and no problems. He never has recommended "extra services" like other places and for those repairs that are needed he has always been honest as to whether they could wait or if they needed to be done ASAP and why. He is always willing to explain the what and hows when it comes to car repairs. I highly recommend him for any car problems and if he can't fix he will refer to someone that can and also give you good info so you know what to expect.

I had a screw in my tire and shopped around to get the price of a new tire. Last Friday, I went to two different places and I was told "yes" you need a new tire after investigation. So on Monday, I decided to call around a few more shops to get the price of a new tire again. I found Martinez, online, who had the most & best reviews. He had the cheapest quote ($70) for the tire I "thought" I needed according to what I was told at the past few shops I visited. Over the phone, he told me I may not need a new tire. He told me to come on by, and since I work 3 miles from him, I decided to stop by soon after hanging up. He checked it out and stated I did NOT need a new tire, just a simple plug for $10!I am glad this guy was honest and very reasonable compared to the other two men I encountered at the other shops that told me they "couldn't" plug my tire. I don't know, but maybe b/c I am a woman, they tried me. He enlightened me on the importance of rotating my tires and how often. He told me what other services they provide. I told him I wish I'd met him a week earlier before my son got ripped off at another tire shop in Marietta! He told me they do oil changes and rotating tires for $35 which is a great price. He has my business from now on! I will tell my family & friends about him.

Needed to get tires for my 2018 Chevy Silverado and have been looking around for affordable pricing. Was referred to Martinez and he gave me a great deal for New Tires. The replacement didn't take long at all, it was around 30-45 mins. Great service and pricing. If you need somewhere local to Marietta

Mr. Martinez was very professional, got the tune up in my truck and tires done in great time. I told him about an issue I noticed in the truck and got it fixed for me at a very good price!. He also told me what to do to prevent it from happening again to avoid other issues and save money in the long run. I appreciate that advise!!!**safety first he said!!!I highly recommend this shop. thanks

Martinez is very helpful and professional. I have been doing all my brakes repairs , Tires replacements or repairs and oil changes since he opened his business . He is always ready to help .His prices are very reasonable also.Great customer services and quick and professional job .Super happy with his service.

Went out of my way to get to this place, it was highly recommended yet I was tempted to settle for something closer. SO glad I didn't settle! They totally went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I asked for something and they suggested a more affordable alternative. Who does that? This shop is professional, honest and well worth your visit. Michelle at customer service is a gem. The deals on tiers look amazing looking forward to replacing mine soon. Give them a call for a quick and friendly estimate, I felt no pressure at all.

I have to give RAVE views. I was on my way home to get my wallet (SW ATL) and I ended up hitting something and needed a new tire. Martinez was nice enough to let someone pay over the phone and replaced my tire. Greatly appreciate the grace, professionalism and customer service provided.

I love Martinez!!! Awesome customer service. Great husband & wife team. Anytime I have a car question or need service I call him to find out if it's something they do and he tells me straight up what's up. He's honest & fair! If he can do the job for you he surely will.

Great customer service. Didn't complicate anything, was attentive and funny. I got a flat and went to Martinez's to buy a "new" used tire. He had a good amount of tires available and the prices were great. I would recommend Martinez Wheels & Tires and will be a return customer for future services.

Martinez and his assistant changed the alternator for my car at a lower price than the mechanic shops around. They went above and beyond when providing their service, as usual. If you take the time to truly compare their service with other providers in the area you'll realize this is not a grateful comment only, it is a fact: this place is cheaper and these guys will give you great customer service as well.

I look them up, called for a price on used tires and got a great deal! Very courteous, helpful, attentive. Ask about other services they provide got an answer right away...Oil change, brake service, tire rotation.Great! Will definitely recommend Martinez Wheels and tires shop!! Junior and Joe did wonderful work and so helpful.

I just got here for a short work trip and right away had a nail/screw in my tire. They were close to closing and got me in right away. What a great group of guys!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Martinez is the best. Fair pricing. Good guy, he won't take advantage of you. He did my whole brake system cheaper than most mechanics. Martinez is family.

They got my girlfriend's car a good quality used tire for $40 out the door. It was about 6ish and my girlfriend had a flat tire. I had to go pick her up after work and they were open. I called and they quoted a great price. They offered some cheaper tires with less life on them, but for $5 more I got one that had significantly more life left. They were upfront about pricing and we're eager to help out. Would definitely go there when I need a tire installed quickly and for a decent price. They did ask for me to do a review, but i waited a couple weeks before posting this so that I can be sure the tire was good.

I had my tires mounted and balanced in a reasonable price. They did a very good job and services. My car run smoothly. Martinez put extra work on my car with no extra cost. I would recommend this car shop!
