I needed a little body work done on my car and when I say that Dennis is the BEST he is the absolute BEST!!! Very knowledgeable! This is my first time using them and he was with me every step of the way. He made my life less stressful and the cost was more than fair compared to another astronomical quote I was given. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes and the staff was very nice extremely helpful! Thanks again Dennis you are the bomb for com!!!! I would highly recommend!

Dropped my 2023 4Runner off after a deer jumped out and had it towed to Marietta Toyota.I signed the paperwork and made EXPLICIT note to save the 4 Raptor lights I had installed so I can reinstall them once the repairs were finished. Estimate went well and everything went smooth with insurance. I was called and told it would be ready thurs/fri of that week or early next week. Wasn't ready until 2 weeks after that call, which was the smallest concern. I called once a week to check the status. After that 2 weeks they said "It's ready for pickup, we gave you a call", when they didn't. They were nice enough to stay open a few minutes late because I wanted to pick it up that day. Once I signed for it I walked around and did a brief inspection in the dark. I found several issues and wanted to leave it there, but they closed and shut the lights before I could talk to them. It looked like they left the whole grille with the raptor lights in the trunk which was fine.-The collision was on the Front Left side and had the front left fender squeak and not installed solidly.-The post underneath still had scratch marks like there was no attempt to repair.-The left turn signal was inoperable due to a bad bulb, which should have been seen if they tested it upon completion.-The washer fluid didn't dispense due to misinstallation.-These were the issues I reported to Dennis.I went back and spoke to Dennis the next day when I went back and he said to bring it back Monday. He seemed apologetic and motivated to fix the issues. Brought back Monday and did an inspection with Dennis and he made sure that it would be finished that day, and it was, Dennis Is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. Surely, he can't QC every vehicle that leaves the shop and was willing to help and replaced the engine cover because mine must have been left around the shop during repairs and got scratched up. I went to install the lights and Instead of UNPLUGGING the clip that was 3 inches away they cut them off so I would need to replace the wiring harness. If a customer specifically says he wants to keep the lights and you cut the wiring harness for any reasons and realize its an automotive clip harness wouldn't you call and tell the customer? The horn they replaced it with sounds like it came off a 2003 Camry. My Hyundai Elantra has a louder horn. I didn't go back after the Horn and the lights because it would take too much time and energy. I would rather just take the loss with the lights and replace the horn myself but wanted to share my overall experience.-unable to upload videos of initial problems after first pickup.

I have been a customer of Marietta Toyota over 35 years. I have used the collision center before and been pleased. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before I took my car there. BIG MISTAKE!!! I had a dent in my trunk and other cosmetic problems. The man that did the estimates was very efficient and wrote estimates for three areas. I decided to only do two and told the man which two I wanted to do. I called later that day to reserve a rental car and the day I was bringing my car in. I brought my car in and told a lady in the office I only wanted two areas done and made sure she knew which twoI got a call the next day asking me which two areas I wanted completed. I advised the lady the two I wanted completed and asked what had been completed on my car since they had had the car a day and a half. I was told the areasI looked up how long those areas took on the internet and called another Toyota collision center and found that the two areas had been completed should only take 6 hours not 12I received a call on Monday morning at ten that my car was ready. It should have been ready Friday. I was charged for the rental car for Saturday and Sunday.I received a call from Candace at about an hour and a half after I picked up my car who wanted to explain why I was called TuesdayShe said that three establishments were in my folder and she wanted to know if I wanted all three done. Again, I had told two people I only wanted two done and which two I wanted done. Obviously there is a problem in communication between employeesCandace s goal was to understand why I was displeased , but really wanted to soothe things over so I would not write a negative review.After talking with Candace I am convinced there are problems in communication in the collision center Candace is the only person at the collision center that I had a negative experience with !Danyel is a definite asset to the service center and interacted with me in a positive wayI wil continue to use the service center because the service center has always been efficient

I took my 4Runner in for a nick and scratch repair. Dennis could not have been nicer. He repaired the nicks on Thursday and told me to bring it back Friday and he would put the door film back on. He did absolutely that. Dennis is an absolute gem and pleasure to do business with.

I so appreciate Marietta Toyota Collision. The last place you want to be is getting your car repaired for an accident. I ve sadly been hit in the last year twice and my experience at MTC has been nothing but wonderful. Danyel and Dennis are fantastic to walk you through the process and keep you updated on progress of the repairs and working with insurance. I so appreciate all they do! I hope to not have to be back but if I do I know where to go!

I had a positive experience with Mr. Dennis and his team. Also with the front desk staff Shelby. They took care of my Corolla s bumper. Their service was excellent. I have no other comment other than to say thank you to Mr Dennis. He was friendly and professional.

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had with a auto repair center. I was quoted an estimated time frame and price. All details were discussed and agreed upon. This repair was going through insurance and already set in the system. I even coordinated that the parts were ordered before dropping off my vehicle. All that was needed was the repair work.The incompetence of front desk staff and management was worse than you could ever imagine. I was quoted 2 weeks. It took a total of 7 weeks to finally get my vehicle back. Endless phone calls, emails, and site visits did not resolve the problem. Missed repairs and never ending communication problems continued to plague this process. I could not even take my vehicle back because it was dismantled on the floor.I even reached out to higher management to help me fix the issue on multiple occasions. Not once did they call me back or offer a solution to my lack of transportation.I had to have my insurance company fight on my behalf to get any type of movement in the process.While the repairs done were done well, I will never return to this facility again and prompt others to never use this location.Services: Body & Trim, Vehicle maintenance

I just want to highlight some bolts points:1. There is a lack of visibility in the service delivery process.2. Long waiting time(without any explanation)My personal preference is to have clear information about the time and cost involved in the process.However, I have never been able to get well information from you.

The dealership is has great customer service but I needed to replace a broken window (passenger side) and the collision center told me it d take a two days to get that window replaced and tinted. They didn t give me any update so I had to call every single time after the two days period and chase them to get my car. They replaced the window but didn t get it tinted because the tinting service which is across the street was closed that Wednesday. So I have to reschedule another time just to get my window tinted. Why tell me it d take two days for the whole thing

Had collision work on a 2016 nissan altima. The paint job was a good match but still have some gaps and lifting that I have pointed out. I am now going to have to take to another collision shop to have it tacked down where the fender and door meet. After a month in repairs I expected more I guess. The job wasnt bad but next time I would prefer to take to a Nissan body shop.

This was my second positive experience with the collision , they go above and beyond to make sure I was happy, they informed me when my vehicle was getting sent out for inspection of vehicle for damages, everyone was professional and they know how to provide excellent customer service.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I brought in my car after an accident, estimated a week to fix the issue. My car was there for SIX weeks. They don't communicate with you! I couldn't get ahold of them for weeks at a time! I had to call multiple times a day, different areas in the center, and finally discuss through my insurance claim adjustor. They never reached out to notify each time they coincidentally "found" another issue, stating the car had to stay longer. After picking up the car over a month and a half later, there were issues with the car never there when I dropped it off. We had to bring the car BACK for them to fix what they messed up.I would NEVER recommend this center to anyone or return for any services. The center was so difficult to deal with. 0 out of 5 stars.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Vehicle maintenance

My insurance company sent me in to this body shop as one of their preferred shops to get a simple repair ESTIMATE for my vehicle top being damaged. I was told when I left that the estimate would be completed by the end of the day because it was unable to be completed when I was there. Fast forward 2 weeks later, my insurance company has yet to receive an estimate from this shop for my vehicle. I would call daily to check on a simple estimate and i would get every excuse in the world as to why it was not completed. Needless to say I had to end up going to a different body shop that wrote the estimate the same day while i stood in their body shop. Horrible service!!Service: Body & Trim

Thr staff that i encountered gave me the best customer service. From Dennis who fit me in for a quote, to the young lady who works the front office who was so sweet and professional. I had an excellent experience at the Marietta Toyota Collision Center. They were honest, professional, efficient, and left my Camry looking like new. The portion of the repair I paid for also ended up costing less than initially quoted. The shuttle service was also very convenient. Thank you Vince, Mike, Alex, and others for making this a great experience!

Had a 7 am appointment.2 1/2 hours later i left only to find out all they did was balance my tires? Really?Totally unacceptable, 45 minutes to an hour is all i should of been there.He joked saying he lost my keys, i think he really did and he wasnt joking, just didn't tell me, and left me sitting there for 2 1/2 hours and making me late for work!

LONG BUT NECESSARY REVIEW. I decided to go with Marietta Toyota Collision because I've had great experiences with the Marietta Toyota Service Center since moving to Marietta, but it seems that not all parts of Marietta Toyota are equal. I was already stressed enough by the fact that I was in a car accident and needed a repair, but going through this repair shop added onto my stress. I dropped my car off last Wednesday with the impression from Geico that repairs would only take 2-3 days, because it was minor damage. I rented a car from Enterprise for that time as well, thinking it would be a short rental. I finally got my car back today (the next Wednesday). There was NO communication throughout the entire process. The only time I received an update on my car was when I personally called and it took 10 minutes every time because I had to get transferred around to different people before I finally got to the guy who could give me an update. Based on what Geico said, I was hoping I'd get my car back on Friday. I called the Collision Center Friday and they said Tuesday. I called Tuesday and they said Wednesday. I had to keep calling Enterprise to extend my car rental. Between all the calls to the Collision Center for updates and then back to Enterprise to extend my rental, I probably wasted an hour of my personal time. I understand repairs can take time and parts need to be ordered, etc, but at least communicate with the customer so they know what to expect, especially if they are renting a car! Such a frustrating and stressful experience on top of an already frustrating situation to be in. This repair center needs better management, it seems very disorganized and chaotic and that in return makes the customer feel the same way.I am giving it 2 stars because now that I've finally gotten my car back, it looks nice and I don't see problems with the repair, but it was not worth the experience! I will not go here for any future repairs, and now I'm questioning the quality of Marietta Toyota as a whole. Save your time and money and go to a repair shop that cares more about about you as a customer.

One of the best Collision Centers I've had the pleasure (minus the displeasure of the accident) of working with! The manager, Chuck, is as stand-up of a guy as they come. Moreover, the entire team is very friendly and helpful. I wrecked my 2020 Toyota Supra, and they worked very diligently with me to see that everyone was resolved. I can't recommend them enough! Knock on wood, you won't need their services, but in the event it happens, you won't find a better Collision Center.Tell your friends and family!

It Slays Me that every time I'd call to check on my car I'd get the runaround about what they are doing to my car if ( and that a Big if) they answer the phone. No One Will Ever Call You Back and keep you informed about what's going on with your ride. I was already stressed about the accident now ever more Stress about this facility.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !!! If so you must prepare yourself for The collision center to have your Car 4-5 months from your auto accident date it s sad if it was 0 stars I would ve selected it they tell you lies each time you check on your vehicle. I was told my vehicle would be ready this week I come too the building yesterday & they say it s going to be 2-3 more weeks remind you that they ve had my car since Nov 15,2021 this would be going on 11 weeks for a back bumper it s ridiculous It seems like they re thinking It s not they car so why should they rush I have the 2022 Honda Civic Touring - DeQuan WilliamsServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Vehicle maintenance

Please do not take your car here! It took them two and a half weeks to provide me with a quote and the number they gave was laughably high. As soon as I received the quote from Marietta Toyota, I took my car to an independent body shop and they fixed my truck for $1,500 less than the original quote.I also have been taking my car to their service center for almost 6 years and I will no longer take it there because of my interaction with the body shop. Overall they seem to be overpriced, dishonest and untrustworthy.

We had parking lot fender bender, under 5 mph. The rear bumper cover on the 2017 Toyota was torn and popped off. The car was taken to Marietta Toyota Collision for an estimate. The price came back at $1,200. I thought that seemed high but figured it was a dealership and it will be done right so we will pay a little more. The day they started the work we got a call that there was "hidden damage" and the price would go up another $1,300. I had a conversation with the "estimator" and I was told that their documents state the original price did not include hidden damage..... It was a bumper cover that was knocked off at under 5 MPH how much hidden damage could it be.... I requested the work to stop and we would take the car elsewhere.... I was then told work had begun and we would be responsible for that work plus restock on all parts. ... I struggle to believe that a seasoned body shop estimator can miss a fender bender by more than 100%....I can't imagine how much they would miss major damage.... I will never do business with Marietta Toyota body shop or their car dealership again.

Very friendly and responsive people. It did not take long to get an estimate on the repair which I believe is a fair price. I am waiting on a part to finish repair. I would recommend Marietta Toyota for your body shop repairs.

Being involved in an accident is hard. Working through the insurance process is also a challenge. I'm grateful for the Marietta Toyota Collison team who helped navigate a stressful situation and had the expertise to make a difference. The quality of the work is excellent and the I feel like I am driving a "new" car. Not only was my vehicle returned with all of the damages taken care of, but it was also clean and spotless - something that is very much appreciated during this COVID-19 season. Thank you!

It took too long to get my car back but that might have been insurance issue. Vince is wonderful. Always gave us up to date info. The work done on my car was superb!!

This has been by far the worse experience I have had with an collision shop. For starters, the staff don t answer the phone and don t return phone calls. If you send an email as the voicemail suggests you should, then you don t get a response. They have been holding my car hostage for nearly 2 months.

Vince and the team are Amazing! Vince has been taking care of my car for about 8yrs and I wouldn't go anywhere else if you paid me. I'm so thankful for Vince and Toyota the yrs of quality service I get. If you need any type of body work, Don't hesitate this is the place.

Well its a long story but the service provided by the Marietta toyota collision center was not at all good.. They will trick you in paying more once they get ur car.I had dropped of a toyota corolla here and these people had provided me the estimate for 1800$ as i was paying out of my pockets.. when I dropped off the car the next day i got a call from these people saying that they have found some more internal damages with my headlights and it would cost my 3300$ now which is almost double of the estimate provided. Well over the call the person who was working on my car said that while doing the process the headlights break and I would have to pay in order to fix the headlights.. Well it was actually intact and working when i gave my car to these people. Now the headlights are loose cuz the have broken couple of brackets inside and i have the screws with me in my car cuz they cannot put it back as they were broken. I told them that I don't want to fix it and i want have my car back as it was cuz I couldn't afford 3300$ but they said that they can't put it back cuz they have already ripped it apart. So i said just keep it like that i ll take it from there.. Next day i get a call again saying that they have put the car back together and it would be $176 to open the car and put it back again. But I didn't respond to the call cuz already they messed up our mood on a vacation.I reached at the location on Saturday when i wasn't aware that they are closed and what I find out that my car isn't locked up. All the doors were open. Thats again being a little irresponsible cuz somebody can easily break into the car. I called the manager cuz we wanted to discuss about all this things but he didn't show up saying that he didn't wanted to argue with us over this issue and they could do $100 instead of $176. We just paid them and walked out as we were getting late to go somewhere. So i am out $100 (their charges to open the car up) and $120 (spent on uber rides as they were closed Saturday and Sunday). And i am stuck with the car being broken even more. And when we paid the amount the lady at the counter threw the keys and the bill instead of handing over to us respectfully. I found that a little rude. But again nothing we can do. We didn't wanted to fight with them nor we raised our voices cuz we are already frustrated with the car that we have purchased a month ago and its already damaged.I would have rather taken it to a local body shop and have it fixed. Theres a lesson when the insurance is paying for the repairs go by these people but if you are paying out of ur pockets never use them.. My mistake that we used them thinking that toyota would be the best place to have the car fixed and my car would be ready by the time i will come back as i was out of town and will save me a lil time.. but am gonna have to pay more money as i will have to take it to the other body shop and they will keep the car for 4 days as well may be a week who knows.Irresponsible, rude and bad customer service..Update- i got the car fixed for $800.. Beware of these people..

I brought my car in for repairs. I was hit in the front end. They called me a week later saying my car was completed. I came to pickup my car and my hood was on crooked and wasn't even closing properly. A week later after I pick up my car, I turn on my AC and it's is blowing hot air. I had to come back yet again. They fixed it as far as I know.... We will see if that is all that was done half way
