Magnum did amazing job on my 2021 VW Tiguan when someone had pulled out in front of us. I am very particular when it comes to people working on my car and my expectations were definitely exceed way beyond my expectations. Skyler Newman was one of the reasons that my expectations were exceeded. He went above and beyond to assure that I was kept in the loop with the status of my car along with making sure everything was correct when we picked it up on 7/12/2023. I can not say enough nice things about Skyler and Magnum Collision Repair Center. This shop will be our first choice in body work going forward. I have attached before and after pictures to show the amazing job that they did and I can't be any more impressed with the work and customer service that I received through this challenging process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had a 26 Enterprise rental truck destroy the left side of my 2023 GMC AT4x. The crew at Magnum treated it like it was their own truck. They set my timing expectations of the repair right away. Explaining what they were doing each step of the way. Fighting enterprise was not fun and CJ, Brad and the Magnum staff were spot on with helping the painful insurance process move along. These guys gave my truck the white glove treatment. And my truck is back to perfect. Wouldn t hesitate for a second recommending them - 5 stars

I brought my car to Magnum after an accident and am so glad that I did. CJ, Chris and Brian couldn t have been nicer and the service they provided was excellent from start to finish - quick yet thorough assessment, clear and prompt communication, and great coordination with my insurance company. It was clear in every interaction I had with each of them that they are committed to performing the highest quality work and providing excellent customer service. Based on the experience I had with them I would definitely go to them again with future auto body needs and I recommend them highly!

Brad and the staff at Magnum Collision are amazing. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle the throughout the process. The entire staff is very professional and I m absolutely pleased with the quality of work and how my car was returned back to me. Highly recommend and will continue to business with this company.

Brought my 2012 Audi TT RS for a rear end collision repair and CJ was awesome. He actually called me and texted me for updates! They always do incredible work and I would take my gem anywhere else. I've used Magum three times and I appreciate the down to Earth atmosphere. Thanks again, and now I have another Audi friend...Thanks again CJ!

2015 Subaru Forester XT front rubber bumper cover replaced Jan 2023 after hitting a shredded semi-truck tire on the interstate. Took a long time but the car looks better than when it rolled off the showroom floor. I get compliments on how good it looks.Aftermarket roof spoiler painted May 2023. I did the install myself. "Nice job! The color is exactly the same." and "Your paint guy does a great job man." are two actual comments I've received.Photos both attached. Amazing job! From the first moment of contact until I picked up the car, everyone was extremely nice, helpful, kept me up to date and made sure the car was finished to their high standards I suggest you go no where else than Magnum Collision. The result is beautiful and like the accident never happened. The car was detailed inside and out as a nice bonus on pick up day! Thank you CJ and the rest of the Magnum team!

I ve been using this shop exclusively for almost 20 years because of the level of work they did. I recently had my bmw z4 in for a simple rear bumper repair. My car came back with the radio not working. My service advisor acknowledged that the radio was working the day I brought the car in. The trunk had been flooded and the amplifier toasted from I assume parking the car outside and not closing the trunk. When I took the car back, a very rude manager, CJ, shrugged it all off and then showed me that they had removed my amplifier and even disassembled it. Worse, the amplifier was re-installed in a puddle of water. No one ever shared this information with me. The manager said he would look into it and get back to me the next day. It s now been over a month, I ve called repeated times and left messages with no return calls. I even left a voicemail for the owner, Adam and no one has ever called me back. Horrible customer service and I will never use them again. After being rear ended on I-75 south in stop and go traffic, we took our Porsche to Magnum for repairs. Brad Hemp was our contact person, and he was very professional handling the repairs on my car. He communicated every time the adjuster called them, or came out for any supplemental damage. Once the repairs were complete, my car looks beautiful once again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in a car accident a couple months ago and after reviewing several collision places I came upon Magnum. I was met with courteous customer service over the phone and spoke to a guy who no longer works for the company, but I dropped my car off hoping I was in good hands, as I never been through this process before and this was my first accident ever. My car was in the shop for 2 months, but I began to grow weary as there was lack of communication from the guy that was over my file, until about a month ago or so, I spoke to CJ, who is one of the new managers there. OMG he was attentive, hands on and very invested in the progress of my vehicle being fixed and also handling the pressures and push back I was receiving from the other insurance company of the driver who hit me. CJ is a breath of fresh air, he makes you feel protected and you ARE in great hands. The only reason why I didn't give them 5 stars is because I wish CJ came on board sooner!! These guys are amazing and would definitely recommend them to take care of your baby !!They repaired and repainted the hood of my wife s slc43 and looks good as new. It has the factory matte finish which they matched perfectly. They got the repair done sooner they they said and better than that it was cheaper than their quote. That never happens!!! Couldn t be happier and wouldn t think of going anywhere else !

Are you wanting your car fixed to the highest standards fast and without hassle? MAGNUM is THE place! One of the biggest challenges in dealing with a repair to your car is finding a place that actually delivers on promises without the delays or miscues that are all too common. But how do you find a trusted resource without all the guesswork? You look at what others are saying. That's how I personally found Magnum. Cars are my guilty pleasure. I've owned several exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren...) over the past few years and I'm a true pain in the rear when to comes to insisting on perfection.So, when I had a need, I started researching like crazy...asking around...reading reviews and yes, actually driving by the shops to see the real life place in action. I chose Magnum and let's just say this review is a long time coming. Their first exotic of mine was a Ferrari. I was doing a few upgrades. Work was immaculate! Needless to say, I came back for more...and more...and more....they have done personalization and / or repair work to just about every exotic I have owned since then. Each time, they have completely blown me away. From my initial call, to the quick and professional greeting the second you walk in the door, to the quality of the work AND the time frame to complete it all.....plus at delivery I'm treated like an APPRECIATED customer and actually thanked for my business. How's that for delivering a sentiment that seems to have been long since forgotten in today's business environment?-They APPRECIATE you. Absolutely blown away by this place. I actually feel like a friend when I show up. I have my small circle of shops that I use, each in their own niche, for my cars, and Magnum is my exclusive go to place for body/paint/upgrades. This may be the longest review in history but it just may be the most important one you will ever read about getting your car repaired or upgraded for the best price, highest quality for work and with the least amount of hassle. All too often, we only see reviews about bad experiences with businesses. In this case, I want to share my highest praise for Magnum. they are the business that the industry should look to for example.Here's pics of my Huracan with the Novitec carbon wing they just installed for me yesterday. Looks absolutely factory. Magnum actually makes you car look BETTER than OEM. Truly love this place. I wish I could give 20 stars!

I had a deep door ding and paint chip in my Range Rover. I visited a number of body shops. They all agreed because of where the chip was and the high metal flake in my paint, a portion of both doors had to be painted. It wasn t until I visited Magnum that I felt completely confident and comfortable to entrust my car to them. They took the time to carefully remove the trim pieces ensuring not to break any of them. Honestly, no one would ever look at the doors and believe there was paint work done. I hope I won t have to visit Magnum again but I will recommend them every time! Y all are truly talented craftsman. Thank you!!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from CJ at Magnum Collision. My car was repaired with incredible attention to detail. The results are nothing short of impressive. My car looks brand new, and you can tell that they take immense pride in their work. I'm truly grateful for their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Magnum to anyone in need of top-notch auto body repairs.

Talk about a company s fall from grace My entire family have been loyal customers for over 10 years with nothing but fantastic words for Magnum. However, this last repair was an absolute implosion on all levels of business. If you are looking for a shop where your contact is never available to speak, voicemails/emails are only responded too when it involves money, and rarely will you get an update on your vehicle then this is the shop for you. We learned after 3 MONTHS the vehicle was far from completion and shoddy repair work had been completed after it had been dropped off at a dealership for an electronic harness they claimed unfixable (with proof in hand we later learned this harness was damaged by MAGNUM). This is far from the status they claimed the vehicle was in. The entire repair should have only taken 1-2 weeks! For example, shop poorly repaired a SAFETY ITEM with butt connectors and did not perform repairs that were paid for by my insurance company just to name a few. Additionally, no one could provide me with answers and a manager was never available until we refused to pay the remaining balance. Instead of working with their customers to resolve issues they would rather differ fault and strong arm you to get the remainder of your money. I have plenty of saved emails, pictures, and voicemails displaying this horrible excuse of a business. PLEASE AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! There are several other deficiencies throughout this experience I can expand upon if desired. I have attached photos of the vehicle upon pick up at the dealership. Instead of admitting fault, Magnum has claimed I am responsible for the pictured damages. I have proof of photo legitimacy as each photo is time stamped and I have a Toyota receipt showing pickup date/time. Please feel free to contact me directly for additional info/proof or a reference to a great collision repair shop who finished our work properly in 2 DAYS.

From the moment I walked in Jon Elias took very good care of my situation until completion. There were 2 very clear products that Magnum holds in high regard, professional experience and the final product of your vehicle. As I had to deal with insurance, rental, fear of my beautiful car never being the same, Jon kicked all those fears to the curb. Within minutes we walked around the car to inspect the damage, sharing exactly what was likely going to be needed for the repair - while at the same time quickly spotting issues with the insurance companies repair quote. Seeing that my insurance company priced out a few large re-manufactured parts to go back on my car (because its cheaper for them), Jon explained "we don't do that here, you will get OEM back on your car - we're going to take care of you don't worry". Making sure that the value, parts integrity, and simple look and feel of my car would be restored helped me relax; I was very confident that Jon would take care of everything. Enterprise is also located in this shop to getting back on the road was very easy, return as well. Now waiting on insurance to adjust their price was lengthy but Jon fought that as often as he could, so I didn't. The day came to see the finished product and it looked as it did when I drove it off the showroom floor. Detailed, clay bared, shampooed carpet + trunk, even the engine bay!! Crazy clean!!For ANY body work of any kind, I strongly recommend Magnum. I am very happy BMW pointed me their way. Thanks again guys!

I am extremely pleased with the handling of my repairs to my car with Magnum. Although the repairs took a little longer than expected, due to the insurance dragging their feet. CJ was very persistent in making sure my car was returned back to me in a like new condition and to make sure that the insurance company was doing what they were legally obligated to do. And for that a special thanks goes to CJ and the rest of the Magnum Collision group.

They took three months to repair my car. I had to keep calling to get any status updates, amd the tech assigned to my car was firedWhen I picked up my car and drove it home, it had to be brought back due to a massive electronics failure. It turns out a sensor wasn't plugged in! Also, some trim fell off and Magnum has said they would order it and call me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. Guess who hasn't called? After Covid, Magnum just fell off a cliff. I used to recommend them highly, but now I would say go just about anywhere else because not only are they still slow, but they don't do the quality of work they used to.

SHORT Version:* They repaired 2 of my cars for me, and I would not go anywhere else.* There are the BEST!* More expensive than the average bodyshop? YES* Attention to every detail? YES* Do they make your car look and feel brand new? YES* Does it typically take a bit longer than other bodyshops? YES* Do they let the Insurance company push them around to cut corners? NOLONG Version:I'm a perfectionist and needed to find the very best body shop to work on my exotic sports car, after my wife had an accident with it. We asked around (a lot) and several high-end dealerships recommended Magnum.We took it there, they were very nice; they have us an estimate for roughly $11K. This seemed reasonable given the car. However, the insurance adjuster's estimate came in at $1200, which everyone, even my insurance agent, thought this was a total joke.After 6 weeks of back and forth with the insurance company, armed with industry repair standard documentation which Magnum folks provided me, we were able to prove to the insurance company that ever bit of what magnum was recommending, was necessary and the correct way to repair my car. Effectively, the insurance company wanted to cut corners all over the place, but ended up covering the entire repair cost, plus additional supplements.Yes, it took while, but it was WORTH IT!! My car came out looking like it did on the showroom floor. I was pumping gas one day after the repair, and someone stopped and asked if my [15-year old exotic car] was Brand New! That's how good it looked!Last month, a teenage driver side swiped my 2015 S550. I didn't hesitate. I took it Magnum; Repair estimate $18K. Her insurance paid: ALL of it!!Here's something to help you decide:If you are on a tight budget, don't really care about quality, or trying to pocket some of the insurance money, this is not the place for you.If you want factory-grade quality, with attention to every detail for your car, then there's no better place out there than Magnum.

I love the services I've been receiving since started going to this shop almost 3 years ago.Here recently I had to return back to the shop and my car was there for six months till my insurance company deemed it as a total lost. I was devastated.CJ the shop owner was very much informative and stayed in communication with me and also help me fight battles with my insurance company.I've never received bad services from him nor his staff. I went to Magnum Collision for an estimate for a complete vehicle repaint this past week. I met with CJ, who assessed the vehicle and went over what the work would entail in detail. Through his experience, he was able to point out issues with the current paint condition I was not aware of and made some very wise suggestions for improvements I could make that made a lot more economic sense than repainting the entire vehicle. I really appreciated CJ's honest opinion and he helped guide us toward a better solution for our vehicle. I would definitely consider Magnum again in the future for autobody and paint repair.

I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experiences with Magnum Repair Shop, as it has been nothing short of a nightmare. A few years ago, I made the mistake of taking my car to this shop upon my insurance company's recommendation, and I deeply regretted it.After a tree fell on my car during a storm, I entrusted Magnum with the repairs, only to face a series of disappointments. The process dragged on for over a month, and the level of customer service I received was nothing short of terrible. The staff, especially the girl at the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional.Regrettably, my ordeal with Magnum didn't end there. Years later, when my car was involved in another accident while parked, I sought repairs from a different shop. It was then that I learned the extent of Magnum's incompetence. The repair work they had done previously was shockingly subpar. The parking sensors had been carelessly painted over. Additionally, a crack near the sunroof had not been properly addressed, resulting in water leakage during rainy weather.The evidence of their shoddy craftsmanship was further evident in the overspray found on the top rack of my car, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care during the repairs.To add insult to injury, my car was returned with a completely dead battery, a clear sign of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.I cannot stress this enough: avoid Magnum Repair Shop at all costs. Their subpar repairs, poor customer service, and overall lack of professionalism have caused me immense frustration and financial loss. Spare yourself from similar distress and seek reputable repair services elsewhere.

I don't usually find it necessary to write negative reviews but when you've had the worst customer service experience of your life, you want to warn other people. Brought my wife's car in for bodywork, pleasant experience... was told the car would take 1 month to turn around. No problem. The car was there for over 2 months. That wasn't even the major issue. In the 2 months they had the car I called 10X to check on the status of the car, no one ever returned a message or call... I always had to hunt these people down to find out the status of the repair. Tristian was my case manager, avoid at all costs. Less than helpful. In order to get the car back because I couldn't leave it with them any longer I picked up the car and was told that work wasn't 100% complete and I still needed a door gasket that they would order and call me when it had arrived to bring the car back to install. It's been 2 months since I picked the car up, guess who's never given me a call? These people have no customer service skills and they don't care about you or doing a thorough job. I haven't even bothered to try and go back to get the gasket installed because I don't want to hear their lies or excuses. Go to any other auto body shop in Atlanta, you will probably have a better experience than here.Service: Body & Trim

I worked with Cory over at Magnum and the experience and service was great. He kept me up to date on the regular and worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of. When I got my vehicle back it was immaculate. Not only did the crew repair my rear side panel and bumper damage but it came back detailed and beautiful inside and out. I would totally recommend anyone to them. There are apparently very few shops in Atlanta that are Land Rover certified. So if you are looking for a good place to get yours repaired.. Great Service! Pedro and the team at Magnum did a great job painting the calipers on my Tesla Model X. All I gave them was a picture off the Internet and they were able to match the exact color. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. My only regret is I can't give them 10 stars!

My experience with Magnum Collision was excellent. I was hit by another vehicle from behind, and they were my choice for the repair. Everyone I worked with and spoke with was extremely polite and professional. C.J. was the lead man on my repair. He was spot on about the time the repair would need and up front about the cost, both factors which I depended upon for scheduling my life during this time. I picked up my car this last Thursday, and I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle. The work they did was clean. All vehicle operation systems work very well.
