KW has been working on the vehicles in our family for 20 years or so! He's the best! He's honest, and does an amazing job! My husband had a fly wheel that had gone bad 3 times before he came into the family. I had him take it to KW when it needed the fly wheel again. KW not only fixed it, but he found that the part was plastic, and another vehicle had the same part in metal! So he replaced it with metal, and it never had a problem again! I would recommend him to everyone I know!

My family has been going to KW for over 25 years now. Most honest mechanic you will ever meet and he makes sure to get you the best deal that you can get. My starter went out yesterday. I called him up and in less than 2 hours he was able to squeeze me in and get my car fixed no problem. I recommend him to all of my friends.

I've been using KW is my mechanic for years. He is the best!!! he probably wouldn't like me saying this but he works on other things than Volvos. The wife and I had a Volvo, gave it to our oldest! We still have a van a car, and a Truck! He works on those as well

A friend recommended KW to us for our older model Volvo. We've only been once, but his honesty was so refreshing. Never felt for a instance that I was being played. Thought we needed a NEW tail light. KW suggested a USED one and saved us a bunch of money. Love this place. I will definitely be back.

I first met Ken probably 15 years ago, when I had my kids driving Volvos as their first cars. He was then working at a Volvo shop. When he left many of his customers followed him, including me. He has always treated me fairly and does great work. I recommend his shop KW Imports to everyone. He s honest and you can talk to him, unlike the dealers where you car is shuttled off to a place unknown. He ll give you the straight scoop. He has even found used parts and installed them, when I had old cars and didn t want to put more into them than they were worth. He s done complete a wiring harness and replaced transmissions and rear seal for me, as well as smaller jobs. I haven t found anyone who knows more about cars.

I went here for a new alternator. KW was honest, straightforward, and he fixed my car while I waited on site! So much faster than I imagined. Since I don't have another car to use while this one is in a shop, I was so grateful he could turn it around to me so quickly.

KW is the man. Hands down. He's honest, fair and won't gouge you with unnecessary repairs or recommendations. He's worked on my mom's Volvo, my dad's Nissan and my sister's Honda... I just hope he can work his magic on my Camaro but either way he's top notch!

Kw is a very rude person. He Insulted me in front of other customers. My husband and I have dealt with him for a few years when he fixed our cars, even sending our family to him but kw was very unprofessional by what he has said to me and my father and also to another relative. Best and Honest MECHANIC in the business. If he doesn't have the answer he will tell he doesn't , he will say this is what I recommend. Makes you feel better than any dealership ever. I service my volvo and toyota with KW.
