I had a breakdown on I75 and autoclub towed me to KLM on a Friday afternoon. The team there was exceptional! Parts were not easily available and they kept me informed the entire time. The shop was full and the tech worked in the parking lot in the rain to get me out of there. Work was amazing and price very reasonable. Brought my Tundra in for post - purchase inspection. They got me in and out in stated time. Walked thru the inspection, offered insight, explained some things about the truck. Very friendly. My wife found the shop and she was really impressed. Recommend without reservation!

I brought my car in for a starter and oil gasket and it came out with a head gasket problem that I didn t have before. The valve cover gasket was replaced last year. The leak is still there and the leak I assumed was supposed to be fixed. I got my spark plugs cleaned out and they're new too. They were filled with antifreeze. Antifreeze isn't leaking anywhere. Not at all. Since the other mechanic dryed out the plugs it's good except oil is leaking like crazy and it wasn't even leaking that bad before I brought it. I only needed a starter and the oil leaking to stop. But I'm done with this conversation and I'm done with this company. I feel your mechanic doesn't know what to do and I was over charged.

KLM is always my 1st go to place for car needs whenever my issue is not covered under dealer warranty. My family and I are always treated with kindness and respect and they keep us in the loop every step of the way. These guys have done a good amount of work on a used car we bought and have got it running pretty close to perfect. They are always fast and do honest and excellent work. The next time we have an issue, these are my goto mechanics.I'm adding to this...Every time we go there I am happy with the service we get. I always recommend them to people looking for a good mechanic. KLM is my go-to and I'm really glad we found them. If you are looking for someone good and honest... look no further. Good experience! They could have been a little more forthcoming with explaining everything and pricing options, but they did wash my car which was really really nice. I think they re good people!

I've been a customer of KLM since 2004 when their location was in Mableton, and I will continue to be. The only thing that has changed is the location, and it's still worth the extra little drive. KLM is not only my mechanic, but my mom and my sister as well. KLM is our family's go-to repair shop. Side note: They also provide other resources for other services that they don't provide.

I was very pleased with the service provided by KLM.My 2001 F150 SuperCrew (273, 400 miles) would not crank at all. As I did all I could, I had it towed to their location.Unfortunately, after Luis and three other mechanics examined it, they also were unable to get the proper diagnosis as the truck would not turn over.Needless to say, KLM could simply have told me my engine was blown and would need a new one. But they did not. They called and said no one could figure this out, and never once even suggested it. Of course, I could have opted for a new engine as a last resort but there was no guarantee it would start anyway.That said, I had it towed back home and was able to still use it as a down payment for a new pick up.If you re looking for a reputable repair shop, why not give them a try?

I discovered KLM Auto Center based on their positive reviews from other sites and I m glad I did. After inspecting my vehicle it required several thousand dollars in much needed repairs, and they did a fantastic job handling it. Their customer service was reliable, friendly, and I feel certain kept the cost lower than competitors. They had excellent communication letting me know in advance via itemized statement the cost of each repair every step of the way and were patient enough to give me time to arrange funds. I would use them again and recommend others to give them your business. Scott was very professional. He found the leak under my car and diagnosed it and corrected the problem. I have always left KLM with complete satisfaction. The staff is very efficient.

This is the place you should go to for ALL your vehicle needs. The customer service is exemplary! I was able to see this in person during my last visit. There was a customer that was not satisfied with the price of the work that had been completed. I'm not sure how because they make sure to give you all prices up front BEFORE they work on your vehicle. So basically she was just trying not to pay the quoted price, which is very sad. But Luis stepped up to the plate and spoke to her and made sure the customer was satisfied. The customer is NOT always right!! All the staff are knowledgeable and explain any issues in great detail and don't deserve to be shortchanged.

Great experience. I went for my emissions testing. It's the best deal around at $15 cash or $17 credit card. Hamid was very efficient wore a mask and had hand sanitizer too. I was in and out in no time. Thank you!

This is probably the best experience I ve ever had with an auto body shop, not only did they fix my car, they made me feel at home here, I was out of town and my brakes completely went out, they have the friendliest staff!!!! They were so quick to get my car back to running so we could get back home. I highly recommend this place ! THANK YOU LUIS AND STAFF!Service: Auto brake repair

Great quick service and repairs on my wife s car. I didn t have an appointment and the guys still took it in and got it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Only thing that could have been better was a bit more communication about where they were in the process, but the guys were super helpful and will definitely be coming back!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I would recommend these guys for sure! Everyone was so kind and offered communication about findings, work performed and cost at every turn. It was refreshing to not have to call and ask what was going on. My repair took longer than it should have because I couldn t leave my car over night. They would do some work, then made sure I could drive it home and back the next day. It took 3 days, but I didn t mind at all because they made the effort to work with my schedule. Who does that anymore? I was lucky enough to not be in a huge hurry. If I had to have it done ASAP, they would have.I felt as though they were completely honest (I m not very trusting with mechanics) and they even washed the exterior of my car for me upon completion of the job. They are well worth the trip. I work in Marietta, but live in Jasper and I will be bringing my car to them for maintenance and repairs.Thanks guys! I arrived at KLM yesterday when they opened at 8am. Louis greeted me with a smile and was ready to help. I explained the issue with my car. He went to research the issue and within 5 minutes he was back to let me know how long it would take and gave me a reasonable price. Within 2.5 hours I received notification that the repair was completed. When I left with my, now repaired vehicle, I told Louis KLM is my new repair shop. Thanks KLM!

These guys are awesome! My car wouldn't start so I wasn't sure if I need a new battery, starter or alternator. They started by replacing the battery and that fixed the issue. They easily could have just told me I need a new starter or alternator and I never would have known the difference. They are honest and timely. They managed to fix my issue before my Uber driver showed up. They really are the best!

Always felt comfortable with staff from a trustworthy standpoint. Previously noticed things such as a tire rotation was $20. Ouch. Made an appt 2 days prior. At 8am. Got in about 8:10am, was seen and car pulled in about an hour later, understood, most peeps don't value a businesses time.Anyway was give an estimate of about $899 w labor. Called my usual mechanic and got an estimate of about $550 w labor which tells me they obviously use a party that has a more expensive part. However KLM only charged me $31 out the door when I was mentally prepared too pay $100+ hr which is standard in today's inflationary times. Between test drive, up on lift and diagnosis was roughly 30 minutes.Update: 11/15/23-Called out of blue and they were able to fit me in, do my brake job, tire rotation and get me out the same day. From 3 to 4 stars. Thx guys, probably my 5th+ visit will return

1/25/24 - As always, great service and a job well done. I only trust my car with Luis and the team at KLM.10/14 - My family and friends now use KLM for their auto service needs. Again, KLM is an extension of the family. Love this place.Older - The Service: I took my car in for an alternator issue (under warranty) and they did an extension check and found an additional problem that would have cost me $2500 in the months to come. Both issues were repaired in a timely manner and I paid just one deductible. The Staff: Luis was knowledgeable and pretty cool, it felt like I was dealing with a friend. Kudos to KLM Auto Center, I will definitely recommend this place.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

The quality of work & professionalism at KLM Auto is outstanding. I was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly. I was kept informed on the status of my repairs & the cost was reasonable. I definitely will be back for any future auto care!
