The only good experience here was one of the techs who was well spoken and had good energy(Kai). Whoever that is who works the front desk with the glasses, thumbs down. Not personable, lack communication skills when dealing with customers. I was here almost a hour for an oil change with only one car in bay. I d suggest going to the location around the corner. This is why this company keeps failing. As a previous manager for the location in union city, I suggest downsizing and focus on quality of quantity.

The people are great, friendly and get the job done. I was very impressed with everything and they got things done. I will definately be going back to them in the future for more oil changes. I couldnt have asked for a better place. Thanks again for everything.

I m used to going to take5 so maybe this is where they differ, but I saw a sign for $25 off oil changes so I stopped here. Normally you stay in your car but they wanted me to go out. Second, it took a very long time where as take 5 is 10 minutes. I got asked if I wanted my tires rotated, but then they said oh never mind we don t have a lift option here . Which was strange to ask if you don t have that capability. Then I got asked if I wanted my air filters changed. When I asked to see the new air filter to compare to mine they said oh we actually don t carry these so we can t change it . Also strange to ask this if you don t offer it? And then I pay, didn t get an oil update sticker for my car and they didn t reset my oil life either. All in all weird experience, maybe they re brand new? But this is not what I was used to.

Do not lie to your customers and tell them to learn how to read an owners manual. I've previously had issues at the Wade green Jiffy Lube. In Kennesaw, denying me service against the American disability act. Telling me my service dog wasn't allowed to wait with me in their lobby.The first 3 years of my life outside of high school saw me working at Tires Plus starting out as an oil change technician. I know more than your average customer. When I tell you to give me a conventional oil change like I've had every oil change for 200,000 miles and you tell me you can't do that after having me wait 45 minutes and asking me 3 times don't waste my time hoping for an upset. There was somebody in medical scrubs in the Bay. The entire time talking with the guy that was working on a vehicle. Doing a brake change absolutely wasting his time. And that customer's time because your employees would rather have friendly chats with either customers or their friends instead of working.Then to top it off as I tell you to pull my car out of your Bay you want me to tell me to learn to read an owners manual? I looked up with nissan and in my own owners manual to see that my car accepts conventional 5w30. Don't lie to me and act like you're in the right. Abominable service and a waste of my time. I charge $220 an hour professionally. Ridiculous.

Not the first time I've had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube. And it happens at different locations. when my Fleet manager and I both look up information that contradicts what the store manager is telling me and service records for my vehicle in an attempt to upsell service I'm gonna call you out on it. When you then tell me to tell my manager to learn to read the owners manual of the vehicle, which again contradicts the store manager's upsell to synthetic oil from conventional you've crossed a line.If you're going to lie to people to bully them into upgrading their service so that your store makes more money or honestly I don't care what the point of it was I'm gonna contact your corporate office.Jiffy Lube will never see me return for service.

Took my fleet vehicle in and had papers/part for personal vehicle on passenger seat that I picked up prior to visit. After service was completed, my passenger seat was clean. Why did they move my items in my passenger seat & put some in the glovebox? Where is my part/receipt? I do have a digital receipt since I bought the part online and picked up from a dealer prior to my visit. They have some explaining to do as I need my part ASAP. Update: Apparently the part with my name on the bag fell out of the passenger seat but No one called or explained anything.

Got an emission test here on a Sunday. Glad they were open. Taylor was very accommodating and greeted me as soon as I pulled up. The tech was on it and out the door I was. Glad to have come here and will recommend JL Cobb Pkwy.

One star is very generous. Where is Antoinette???? She had this location running like a sewing machine. I visited last week Friday and what a change from my last visit. Brent, not sure if he is the new manager, needs a refresher on people skills. His whole approach is subpar. I have been coming to this location for months without a hitch my car runs fine, now he wants to try to educate me with his unsolicited attempt on how I need to take care of my vehicle and then overcharge me on top of it. He is very condescending and it s a ripple effect with most of the staff. There was a young lady who was assisting me as well and she was very nice but the rest of the team need a refresher as well.I ended up going to your Mableton location and they were stellar. Professional, courteous, efficient with every single customer that was there during my visit. Please bring Antoinette back to this Cobb County location or have her train the new manager. No one should have to go through what I experienced EVER!!

Worse place to get work done, avoid at all costs!!! Should've known not to bring it here when they told me their phone wasn't working and they could only call you, boy was I mistaken. Took my car in because the check engine light was flashing and my car was shaking. I told them me and a friend that works on cars diagnosed it could be fuel pump issue. They told me they'd take a look and see. They called me later that day and said it was old coils and spark plugs and I gave them the go ahead to just do whatever it takes to fix the issue. Then they told me it'd be ready by the next day. Next day comes it's still not ready and they still don't know what's wrong with it. They blamed it on my car being an older model and the computer telling them just a simple code but not the actual issue. I leave that day and they told me they'd call me back. I never got a call that day so I had to come into the store again to see what was up. My car was in the same place sitting and they told me they were waiting on a part to come in. I just decided to take it and take the loss for new coils and sparks and maintenance and take it somewhere else. Tried to charge me over $500 with the issue still not being fixed! Never going there again. Stay away from the one on Cobb down the street from the Walmart and AutoZone across from the Air Force base!!!!

Great service, they had to get an air filter from somewhere else because my car is pretty new. It didn t take long at all. They also give 20% off military discount which is a plus.

This establishment charged by friend over $300 for a new battery , knowing good and well it doesn't cost that much. They saw the fact that she knew nothing about cars and took ADVANTAGE OF THAT!!! So sad!!! Bad business !!!

Took my car here to get a tune up idc the books. Yep. Messed up my catalytic converter. My car was fine for there took awhile to start. Manager needs to regulate this off the book behavior. Was asked to wait inside office apposed to staying in jeep. Different but Kool. Asked if I needed to reset my oil sensor only to be told I already did by pumping your gas pedal 3times. NOPE that's not how it works on my Jeep. Definitely my first and last time there. Didn't even tell me how many miles between oil changes. No useful information was given.hood wasn't even shut all the way. Oil dripped on my bumper. Oil on my carpet and mat even oil finger prints on my door.WILL NOT BE BACK. YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR!!!!

They replaced all of my brake pads and rotors on the spot. The team went to get the parts and hit me with a steep yet market-reasonable price. They did great. The manager was kind. Good location!

Came here after Precision auto next door, completely jacked up my oil pan after a routine oil change that went badly wrong!Let me say that these guys here are super professional they work very quickly to resolve it and the price wasn t bad at all. They got me out of there within less than 30 minutes.I plan to go there for all my future oil changes because clearly they know exactly what to do and are experts. Excellent service highly recommend!!

Top notch! Very friendly staff that got me out in 30 minutes. I m glad they took my GSA fleet card and got my emissions test done quickly. I had called multiple places to use the card and nobody would do it.

This is the best place to service my car seriously. I have been coming here for almost two years and I have had a great experience here. The staff here are very respectful and very nice over all. The district manager/store manager is just the best. He always makes me feel very welcomed and special. The customer service here is awesome. When ever I have an issue with my car I always feel nervous but when I come to this location they make my anxiety go away. Keep up the great job everyone. Antoinette, Migo, Abigail, CSA Yalonda were just spectacular! I ve been to multiple Jiffy Lubes and this experience by far was the best! They re customer friendly, knowledgeable, and trust worthy. I recently went to another place to get my breaks done and I was taken for big time. I went to 2 Walmarts Auto Care Center and they turned me away cause they didn t have enough staff! Not the issue with this Jiffy Lube. I called them 10 minutes before they were about to close and the staff told me I could come! True service, sympathy, and sincerity!!!
