My wife and I moved to Marietta 6 months ago after living somewhere for 20 years. And finding a new place to take our cars isn t always the most fun, as we didn t know anyone or anywhere in specific. We chose Jett because of the reviews and after a few services I can say we have found a place we trust. Great service and the people working there are always very nice.

The reviews are more than accurate. Their care and customer service is mind blowing. I've been to 2 auto centers in the past week leaving with nothing but more questions and a "sick" car. They diagnosed the problem in about 3 hours and delivered the bad news with tender care and grace. Everyone I spoke to today deserves 10/10. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank y'all enough.

The people at Jett are the best around. Truly good (amazing) people. My family has been taking our vehicles to Jett for nearly 20 years. They're honest, talented, helpful and will work with you to do what they can to solve every problem you have. We are all so lucky to have Jett AutoCare as part of our community. How many good.. Great.. Awesome service things can you say ? These folks are absolutely what an HONEST shop is. They have friendly Knowledgeable techs. If you have an issue just stop in and speak to Derrick he will gladly offer a solution and great price. My company has been a loyal Customer for over 15 years and i also use them on my personal vehicles.

Took my car in after hearing sounds of a weak suspension and having the dealership inspect. Paul an his team were honest about what was needed and not needed. They can be fairly busy. Replaced sub-frame within 4 days. Great customer service that kept me updated and even cleared a payment mistake quickly. NOTE: Read the signs! Extra fee for card transactions. I'll be back.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I highly recommend them!!! Just finished getting my oil change at and I must say I had a great experience. Derrick provided me with great customer service, patiently explaining the difference in oils I could chose. I chose the VIP Synthetic!! When the service was done he explained what they checked and told they would send me a reminder, along w/sticker they put in the window for when to come back. I met the owner Gary he was very friendly and welcoming as well!!

Turned into my parking lot and realized I had a tire loosing air. Drove directly to Jett (1.5 miles) and Paul confirmed a razor had sliced my tire so it would need to be replaced. So the doughnut was put on and a tire was ordered. The next morning I drove up and they had the new tire on, the doughnut replaced and I was gone within 1 hour. Thank you Jett!Service: Tires

Jett AutoCare is the best small town auto service shop around. Reasonable prices, friendly service and an honest team of customer service staff and technicians. They remember your name and foresee service needs so you re not surprised by a larger repair need 3-6 months out.If you re looking for a business to go steady with, this is the place. We are about to celebrate six years together.

Gary, Shane and the rest are the best. I have been taking my vehicles here for over two decades. Never, have I encountered an issue that they could not address. It is a hard working, shop that does, honest, trustworthy and efficient work - not some corporate franchise always angling for an up sale. This place is a real gem and an echo of old Marietta.

I have been a customer of Jett Shell Service station and Jett Auto Care for over 15 years. They perform all my vehicle preventative maintenance, tire services, emissions tests and major repairs, as necessary. Gary Jett, owner is a true gentleman, customer focused and highly knowledgeable regarding vehicle service and he runs a "tight ship." Gary respects his customers and his employees ... the service staff are skilled, dedicated and friendly.I encourage everyone to support small business owners and this "full service" gas station and repair shop. Keep up the great work Gary!

I have used Jett for a long time, both of my vehicles receive expert, quality care and service from this business. I buy my tires from no where else. The owner Gary and his right hand man, Paul are the most courteous and professional, which a concentration on the customer, specifically, the value of their hard earned money. You won't regret a fraction of your time or money spent here. -hard working mom and sole supporter of 4 kids under 10.

5 Star rating doesn't do justice to Jett Auto at both locations. I was having tires installed on my auto and while I was waiting a lot was going on. They were very busy. I noticed no matter how busy they were everyone that came in for gas or service or a problem with their auto Gary takes time to talk to them as if they were the only customer. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. I live in Newnan Ga. south of Atlanta 54 miles one way. Gary is a one of a kind. Excellent customer service. Should be a rating of 10 Stars. Thank you very much for your service. Thanks Johnny Bearden

Jett Auto Care services my company's vehicles and they do a great job. I am personally very impressed with their work ethic and honesty in all they do. I have dealt with them for 5 years. They remind me of a service station I worked at in 1980! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I won't have anyone else work on my vehicles! Gary, Paul, and the rest of the staff are honest, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They always do great work. They're up front about financial concerns and mindful of MY time, as well as their own. Hands down, the best auto shop and staff in Georgia. What a shame Google stops at only five stars!

We have been doing business with Gary Jett for over 20 years. He is professional, trustworthy, personable, and exceedingly kind. 13 years ago my car broke down in AL when my kids were 1 and 2. My first call was to Gary Jett- he helped take care of everything even though we were 3 hrs from home. From the big stuff to routine auto care, we trust Jett Auto Care!

We have using Jett for at least 10 years! Gary is fantastic and has helped us so many times. Jett Auto saved us so much money before we sold my husband's car. We have even brought cars we are purchasing to them to check them out first. I trust them with all our vehicles.

I noticed my vehicle made a terrible noise while driving. It sounded like an airplane!! I've been getting emissions tests there. I work close by, so I decided to drop it off. I was met with the kindest gentlemen and after some diagnostics, I ended up with bad wheel hubs. I'm so happy I entrusted them with my vehicle. I left it with them and picked it up the next day. I am riding so quietly now. Thank you Jett Autocare! You guys definitely have my business. Oil change next!!

I cannot overstate the integrity and consideration demonstrated by the people at Jett enough. I have been a loyal customer for years because they consistently deliver timely, high-quality services at a reasonable price. However, this time around, they went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank Shane, Gary, and the rest of the crew enough. I recently bought a used truck which ended up requiring much more attention than I anticipated. Beyond rudimentary repairs, I was facing the anxiety of a serious internal issue but the guys here provided a methodic diagnosis to exhaust all possibilities instead of taking the opportunity to assign me a costly (and possibly unnecessary) repair. Their time invested and expertise would have easily been worth several hundred dollars but, I can say that their top priority was to find a solution and spare my wallet! The owner's son even gave me a ride home one afternoon so I wouldn't have to wait around for an Uber! Says a lot about these folks. A good mechanic is hard to find and I cannot recommend them enough.Thanks again, guys!

My experience was excellent as always. This trip was an oil change and new wiper blades but they also check everything including the air in your tires. Friendly people and great svc.

The only place I'll ever take my car. The folks here are super nice, honest and fast. I have recommended these good folks to friends and family and they have all become customers for life. I can't reccomend Jett enough, especially when it's so hard to find a good place for Auto Care.

my family and I have been taking our cars to Jett Auto Care for the past 30 years. This establishment is well run and never fails to provide excellent service. If you are new to the area or are in need of a good honest service station I highly recommend taking your car here.

5 stars all the way, I would give more if I could. They really know what they are doing at this place. As a single mom, I don't have money to waste. I went to 3 different shops about this 1 issue and Shane fixed it for me in no time when one other place said 4 hours labor and another wanted almost $600. The repair was very reasonable and he even educated me on what caused it so it won't happen again. When I pulled off I just yelled "thank you Jesus", with my windows rolled up of course... They have earned my trust in every way and I will be back for my oil changes and other maintenance. Thank Yall!

Gary & John saved us from buying a used car with engine problems. They were straight-forward with the issues found, explained the size of potential problems, and provided good advice. We had such a great experience that we've reduced our search area so we have Jett inspect them.

Gary (the owner) is a true gentleman. He is an honest man who runs his company with integrity and compassion. I truly appreciate him and his team of technicians. I entrust the care of my vehicle to him without any apprehension and believe that when I drop my car off for repair or service that he will keep his word to take care of it. This was a $1400 dollar mistake!!! I had a clutch put in a 2011 forte . Before I had the repair done I asked the mechanic if they were comfortable with working on this brand of car he stated that it was no problem and that they put lots of clutches on all brands of cars so I okeyed the work BIG MISTAKE !!! When I came to pick up the car the pedal was going to the floor 1st bad sign he told me to just drive it and it would build up pressure so I did. I need my car so I took it mistake #2 on my way home the check engine light comes on an it won't go in second gear correctly so I call an tell them an they say bring it back. They get the check engine light reset an tell me that they drove the car an didn't see anything wrong with the shifting an that I wasn't driving it correctly . I've had the car for three yrs with no issues now I can't drive??? So I took it back a third time an they said that it was shifting incorrectly and I needed a new transmission but it wasn't there fault . keep in mind I never had and issue before taking it to them mistake #3 which was probably mistake #1 was paying first !!! I don't recommend this place for serious repairs !!! David Lee

Jett is a very honest place. They tell me what's wrong with my car. Tell me to ask someone else if I want and then they fix my car. They are a little pricey. They should be giving a discount to loyal customers that bring their car for everything

I first learned about Jett Autocare from a friend who recommended them. My only regret is not coming to them sooner. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Unlike lots of other places, you can trust the judgement and work of Jett Autocare.
