I needed an oil change for the first time on my BMW X1 and decided to come to Grease Monkey because it seemed more financially reasonable than the dealership as well as more convenient for me. I am so glad I decided to come here because I received excellent service and did not have to wait long at all. I would definitely recommend coming here for anything pertaining to your car because they will not try and oversell to you or waste your time!!

Always a great experience at this Grease Monkey location, it is my go-to for oil changes. Fast, friendly service and the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time they took to explain the services they suggested and why they suggested. Looking forward to continuing to be a patron here. Highly recommended

Got my emissions done so fast I couldn t believe it! They were all really friendly and only charges $20 when most places charge $25. Had my oil changed there too, never a problem and will use them again!

Customer service is amazing! The staff is extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable! It s actually a pleasure getting an oil change here! I usually have my little one with me and I love that we don t have to exit the vehicle and it s such a fast process! Thank you staff at the Roswell Rd & E Piedmont Location! You all sincerely rock!

Everyone was super fast and so respectful. Did not try to upsell me or tell me about a bunch of things wrong with my car when they knew it was in perfect shape like other mechanic shops. Very affordable as well for being so fast. Definitely coming again when needed!

I feel very much at ease with Grease Monkey changing my the oil on my car. I have never had an issue after leaving their establishment like I have experienced with other places.Grease Monkey is affordable and they are especially attentive to the women with their first Wednesday of the month ladies day coupon. However, they sent coupons often. They re fast and the best. If you visit their store on Ponce say hi to Dee Dee! She will make your day!

In n out like lightning (15 minutes, tops)... they did exactly what was requested and listed out potential issue(s) and dates when additional service would be recommended (based on mileage). Costs were inline with most everywhere I've been and what others I know are paying elsewhere. A bunch of real friendly, stand up people that are right up front - they're accountable with everything, no hidden agenda. Don't hesitate to do you business here (2525 Roswell Road location)!

Not sure what happened. My engine light was on, they said they needed to do a flush (under 80k miles on the car) and said the oil was empty.A week later my light comes on, and my new mechanic said it was BONE empty. No leaks detected, nothing. I paid over $200 for a flush and a bunch of oil so I m really confused. Service was great tho.

I went there today for a maintenance check and oil change on my lunch break. I had three services completed in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional. I sat in my car the entire time (there was a waiting room, but I preferred waiting in my car) and they worked on vehicle the entire 20 minutes. The prices were great, much better than other services I've been too. Highly recommend.

The staff at this particular location has been so helpful. Unfortunately after realizing my usual mechanic just doesn't give a damn. My car is a 1988 classic so mechanic needs to be proactive. The guys at this location have saved my car from complete destruction because the other mechanic didn't even top off any of my fluids and I had not a drop of oil in it after leaving it with him for belt repairGo visit these mechanics on Sandy plains road. They are knowledgeable and do care.

BEWARE of this establishment . I took my car in for a routine oil change . They damaged a cap then discarded it without telling me . The manager MARK claimed that the cap was missing before I brought the vehicle in which was a lie . He claimed to have mentioned it someone but didn t remember who . When I explained to him that I looked under the hood myself before bringing it he became loud and abrasive. He suggested that a squirrel or rodent got under the flat hood of a Porsche and ate an entire cap. I have been a local customer for several years prior to this incident. I will never return nor would I recommend anyone to the 2525 Roswell Road Marietta GA location.

I took my Mercedes to get an oli change. I was leary at first because I usually take my car to the dealer since most places don't carry my filter. The guys assured me that they would have it. Everyone was awesome and very attentive. I will definitely return to have my car serviced..BOSLADI

Moved to Marietta a year ago and haven t been anywhere else since. All workers are very communicative and professional and waste no time explaining what they are doing and how long it will take! Highly recommend for anyone in the area!

Horrible experience. Been going there for years. Wife took the car in this time and they scammed her for a oil flush because they needed to clean out the wrong kind of oil and that she was bring it in 4000 miles past due. First, if it needed to be flushed because it was the wrong kind, it s on them - they were the ones who put that oil in there. Second, the engine computer tells us when it needs changing based on driving - their sticker mileage is arbitrary. Hope they enjoy the up charge that s the last of our money they re getting.

It's a no-brainer coming here for oil changes. Quick and friendly and they inspect and suggest things like filters for replacement, with no pressure. Employees are always friendly and respectful.

Checklist was falsified, but service was good. Always know your car before agreeing to buy new products. Told I had 30% left on brakes and JUST had new ones put on week before buyer beware

Had my car serviced this morning. Mark and his crew where literally on top of the problem and got me back on the rode id a little over a couple of hours. Had went to 3 auto shops and none could figure out the problem, but Grease Monkey did. I'm thankful and grateful. Just moved here about 8 months ago and was searching for an auto body shop. Also want to thank Keith at O'Reillys for sending me in the right direction. Customer service was excellent. Thanks again to Mark and his crew. Highly recommend Grease Monkey on Roswell Rd next to the Dunkin Doughnuts!!!!

Alex was so wonderfully helpful and fast in replacing my battery. He checked the starter for me too. I could not have been happier or more thankful for him. I ve had my brakes done there too. The folks at grease monkey seem to know what they are doing and have a great attitude.

I love this place. As a female, I used to be uncomfortable going to an auto body shop worried that they would push me around or take advantage of me. These guys are nothing but professional. Always kind, explain to me what s going on and provide me with real timelines on when things need to be fixed. Not to mention their great pricing.
