I rated this place a 3 out 5, instead of 5 because of their horrible communication. I tried calling them multiple times to see if my car was ready and no one answered. They MAY answer once or twice throughout a full day period with little to no updates on your vehicle. The people are nice and do their work, but you'll never know unless you consistently have to drive or uber up there.

Called around and got different estimates and this by far was the best. Replaced my fuel sensor and my car is running great since. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in a few hours. Give em a call, you won't be disappointed!

This was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. Everyone was knowledgeable, flexible and did a phenomenal job. I had a nightmare of a repair for my car's engine, and Kennedy and the guys here (Paulo did the work. He's great) not only saved me from a 5-figure repair, but got my car that had been sitting for almost a year with a busted engine back on the road and me behind the wheel in confidence. Skip the dealership and make your way here, you won't regret it.

I have been to many different mechanics over the years and I can confidently say that everyone here is honest, reliable and always offers the fairest price hands down. I would not trust anyone else working on my car. Never thought I would say that about a mechanic but I have found one who is integral in every way. I've had my fair share in dealing with a bunch of different mechanics over the years; and developed an unhealthy, on edge , attitude toward most of them. I started to believe the norm was for mechanic's to always try to get the upper hand on me, especially being that I drive a foreign car (BMW). I would always get quoted outrageous prices and would be made to feel like, because of the "type of vehicle" I drive , is the reason I'm having to deal with major price gouging. Like, for example, a simple oil change, I would be qouted $150 to $200 on the low end. Brakes: $180 to $200. So, it has always been a battle for me to trust and entrust a mechanic with my vehicle. I understand, different types of vehicle's require more or less work, however, it should still be reasonable. Thankfully, I have found my health care provider for my car!!! These people at Goias are professional, reasonable, economical, fair, informative, efficient, and by far trustworthy! So much so, that if these guys, specifically, Kennedy and Kalistin, aren't available on the day I need services, then I'd rather wait. I wouldn't have it any other way. They have so much knowledge and experience. I can go to the mechanic (Goias) without feeling like I'm going to break the bank. Their beyond reasonable. They know their stuff too. I've had minor work to extensive work done on my vehicle, and I can proudly and honestly say, I've always come out on top! This mechanic shop goes unmatched. If you find yourself having trouble reaching them by phone, understand, they have a large work- load (because its so affordable) , and because they pride themselves on being able to fix and return cars quickly, they're not always able to answer the phone promptly. However, if you ride by the shop, you won't leave without having a full and complete understanding of your repairs and how much it would cost to do it.. most mechanic's want to charge you just to look at your car... these guys take their time with providing you with real answers to your problem, for FREE!

I suggest they learn price gauging on estimates of a vehicle you haven't even seen yet is bad customer service! Not answering calls or messages is poor customer service! Then blocking the phone and yes I have it recorded is ---> poor customer sercice!!!! :-( :-( :-(
