I have been using this Firestone station for over 20 years now. I have always been treated with courtesy. I have seen managers as well as technicians come and go yet this station maintains it's proficiency as well as staff integrity. They keep their customers informed on what is going on during the maintenance job. I recommend this Fire Stone Station.

Pleasant experience every time, and I come more than I want to.The employees at the front really make it easy to want to come back.They re fast at ordering parts and having everything set and ready when I arrive or when I leave my car there.They remember small talks from previous visits and everything, and it s not just one particular person. I stopped by this Firestone on my way home from work without an appointment and Wayne greeted me right away and was very helpful in addressing my problem .My tire indicator light was on so he put air in my tires & reset the indicator light. He was very attentive to my questions and professional. I will be back for future service!

It's been 2 years since I have been back to my Firestone. Because quality of service and customer service attitude was just horrible.I took my 4 vehicles to another service provider.That said I have looking to try again. I am glad I did because our new manager Billy Hutchins. He is focused on rebuilding the grass roots community they once had at this location.I hope the district managers learn their corporate attitude is lacking. Also the main reason they had to purchase their main competitor due to corporate inability to reinvest in location with proper equipment are too slow and not showing any value back into the community they should be stewards to Billy if fighting for us again. And let's not forget David L. He is and has been a highly valued employee to me directly. So glad he stayed with us and is a great player for Billy to rebuild.I have a renewed faith in this team. Please give them a try again and get an oil change and introduce yourself to Billy and tell him your story about why you left so he can relay this back to corporate that really need to get the message.

It's a shame to have to write a review like this. Yet we are lucky we are able to protect one another through Google and other services that let the world know who is fair and who is not. AVOID THIS CANTON ROAD MARIETTA FIRESTONE LOCATION AND MANAGER LESLIE OR YOU WILL LIKELY BE RIPPED OFF. Firestone corporate policy is to GUARANTEE their tire repairs so if you get a tire plugged you can return to ANY Firestone and they will repair that plug for FREE.Unfortunately I was not near the original location (Perimeter) but I called them and they said I can go to ANY location. I went to the CANTON ROAD FIRESTONE and before the Manager LESLIE even LOOKED at my tire, she said they can't repair a problem plug a tire in the same spot if it was leaking (which completely opposes what the guarantee is) She said their repairs are NOT FREE AND THERE IS NO GUARANTEE. AND before she even looked at the tire she said I probably need a NEW tire.I called the Perimeter location and asked them if I misunderstood their policy and they said I was correct. I asked them to speak with LESLIE who despite the conversation she REFUSED to follow the guarantee. I decided to leave and go back to the Perimeter location and asked LESLIE to just fill the tire with air and I would go to the Perimeter location but she REFUSED and told me I can fill it AT THE GAS STATION ACROSS THE STREET.What a shame for FIRESTONE to have a Manager who is ruining their business and the Firestone name. And what a disgraceful and unethical business they are running. People pay lots of money for Firestone franchises and one disgruntled employee with a little bit of power can completely destroy a business.

Beware!!! This shop will joy ride your car!!! Tech asked to "pull my car into the shop" to do an alignment. The guy proceed to pullout on canton road and rev the thing like crazy. Guy comes back 10 mins later and says he can't do the alignment. They dont even know about camber or caster... absolute joke of a shop.

This Memorial Day Weekend, my family had packed our minivan and were just about to roll out of the driveway on a weekend trip to North Georgia when I noticed that one of our tires was looking pretty low. Upon inspection, I found a nail in the tire with a pressure of 15psi. 3 little kiddos, and 2 stressed parents, now with bummer news of a trip delay. So I went to our closest Firestone Tire on Canton Rd, store # 17477. I spoke to Cameron at the desk who said he only had 2 technicians who were working on 2 cars each with a bit of a waiting list already. When he saw that I had 3 toddlers and our trip was starting out to be a bummer, he said, "well we can probably just jack up the one wheel in the lot and fix it in probably 30 min or so." So I took my kids next door to the Big Lots to pass the time and entertain them in the toy section. 30 minutes later, the car was ready to go! Not only was the speedy service above my expectations, but since I had bought the tires from them and had the road hazard warrantee, the service was free!!! The excellent treatment didn't end there, when I was signing the paper, the technician came in with the keys and said, "I just topped off the coolant and windshield wiper fluid since they were low. Have a safe trip." Holy smokes!!!! These guys went above and beyond expectations by simply doing a good job and treating us how they would want to be treated. I highly recommend taking your car to this location! Thanks Cameron and technicians for turning our what seemed to be a bummer beginning of a trip into a wonderful & safe vacation!

I had an issue with the pressure in my tire, and little did I know that my sensors in my car were giving me misreadings about which one, but I also had a nail in the tire (it was slowly leaking pressure). Billy at Firestone immediately helped me out and checked out the tires, then answered my questions about some other, not immediate issues with patience and concise knowledge. Thanks to a a warranty on my tires, I didn t have to pay that day for the flat repair, and Billy and his staff did a full check on everything else and gave some recommendations without pressuring me to make any today or even at his location. I will definitely come back to service I feel I can trust!

I feel the people at Firestone really consider my feelings when I come in for a check up. I had an issue with a battery today. They were able to take care of my issues in a short amount of time. I was on the road again. I give them a 5 stars for caring enough to take the time to take care of my car without an appointment.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Will recommend this place to everyone!!! Honest, good people work here. Prices are fair, quality work. I take my car here for most everything. They do not do any transmission work but have a great referral network. Very trustworthy!

If I could give 0 stars, I would but unfortunately that is not an option and I m aware that this is really long so, I apologize in advance for that. I brought my car into Firestone on February 17th to have 2 tires replaced as well as an oil change. They replaced the tires and forgot the oil change but I was not all that bothered at this point, I understand miscommunication can occur. They also told me my car would be ready in about an hour and a half but my car was not ready until almost 5pm. Fast forward a month and I hit a curb and blow a tire so I brought my car into the shop on Friday March 16th to get that tire replaced. They ended up finding an issue with the strut so they had to order parts and I needed a new wheel (which they told me I could not keep the damaged rim even though I asked for it). Again, they told me my car would be ready between 1 and 2 and it was not ready until after 4pm on this day. I told them when I picked the car up that while they were ordering the strut and the rim, I would also like to replace the 4th tire as I ve already replaced the other 3 and I just wanted them to wear the same way, they said that was fine and they would do all of this work after Tuesday the following week since that s when the parts should be in. On Tuesday, I dropped my car off around 9am and they told me that all of the parts were in and that the work should be done between 1 and 2 (I put no faith into this estimate at that time and just assumed it would be around 5pm like the other times.) I received a call from them at 4:30pm telling me that they were having trouble getting the strut off and that my car should be done around 6pm. Ok, I get it, things happen so I said fine, this delay happened a few more times that day but they finally called at 8:15pm to tell me that my car will be ready in 15 min. I got there around 8:25 so that we could do the paperwork and then I could be on my way. Well, it was not ready in 15 min and I ended up not leaving the shop until close to 9pm. At this point, I had expressed my frustrations to the man that was helping me (I believe his name was Dave.) I told him that I understand things can happen but I should have known prior to 4:30 that there were issues since I had an appt AND dropped my car off by 9am on a Wednesday. He told me they did the tire work first and that they had to wait on the tire to be delivered (I had been told that morning that they had the tire in.) During our conversation he kept telling me how tired he was and how he could have just told me it wouldn t be until tomorrow and left on time but instead he stayed to help me. I do not feel that it was my car that caused them to stay late, it was the fact that they had other people that took priority over my car since they didn t know they would run into issues. The guy said at one point (and about 5 more times) I said you re 100% correct, I ll just go hang myself right now. First of all, suicide isn t something that should be joked about but 2nd and foremost, this is a very immature manner of dealing with the customer (I never heard a true apology from either of them, just sarcastic remarks.) He and the tech that was working on the vehicle both tried to tell me how they wanted to go home and they had things to do and how I was inconveniencing them. I would have been fine if my car was ready the next day but THEY kept telling me throughout the day that it would be ready soon, it is not my fault as a customer how they schedule their day or if something keeps them there late. I can guarantee that my car is not the only car they worked on that day. I felt as a woman like I was demeaned by them and that they thought they could get away with behaving a certain way toward me and I felt utterly disrespected and uncomfortable in that moment. I will not be using Firestone again and I m disgusted that they got any form of money from me. I m sure I could say more but this is already the longest review I ve ever written.

Dishonest, and take advantage of woman. Because they feel they dont know anything, my wife took used vehicle I bought to get inspected. Rung her up for very costly repairs. Later took the same vehicle back, completley different estimates, and different from what the original estimates cost. Told me battery was in excellent condition. Got battery tested and was running at 110 CC when it needed to be at 600 cc, not to mention having hard time turning over. But they say it's excellent????? Autozone and 2 other mechanics said battery was done and pretty much empty. Pieces of straight $%#^

car was checked in at 9 am, was told it'd be on lift in 1.5-2 hrs.. 5 hrs later when I call, it's still waiting.. call back 2 hrs later, and its "been on for at least 45 min". 2 hrs later, and STILL no update.*DO NOT* use this place. Words like inept, dishonest, incompetent and lying best describe this place. Waiting on uber now so I can get up there to reclaim my car before they close.. they aren't going to get a single bit of my business.

Came in early Sunday morning.Technician said they can t do a flat repair on AT tires. That s a lie, also said they don t have the equipment to do it which is also a lie because I ve had them done at this location before same truck same tires too. Guy at the counter didn t even wanna look at the truck. Lazy group of guys at this location now.

i have been here twice and left disappointed both times. team is more concerned with telling you all the services you need to have done than completing the service you request. slow service, unfriendly pushy staff...you are better off having your car serviced somewhere else

Do not, I repeat DO NOT, take your car to this establishment. The incompetence is inexcusable. They fix something, and then mess something else up. Then they act like you're crazy for insinuating that it's their fault. After multiple complaints to the Regional Manager due to multiple "mistakes" at this location, he recommended we take our car to the Town Center location to have something repaired that was the Canton Road location's fault. Town Center fixed that problem (and confirmed it had been done incorrectly) which was appreciated. However, they gave us an oil change as well... which it turns out was done incorrectly, almost causing extensive damage to our car. Inexcusable.

In 2022 I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service. The techs at this Firestone location botched up a brake job requiring me to bring it to another mechanic to have it corrected costing me over $1000 in extra repair costs. I wish I could review this location without giving a single... LESLIE SHEPPARD, the current manager, is just an ugly individual, flat out. I have never had an interaction go so poorly. DONNA CANTLON, IS NO LONGER THERE. SHE WORKS 1 EXIT DOWN @ EAST LAKE FIRESTONE. Address: 2075 Roswell Road Marietta. Do not support Leslie. Inexcusable behavior. Get Yusuf out of there.
