Rotor disconnected on Sunday at 3pm, being from out of town Firestone was my only hope and I couldn t thank them enough for their help. Mechanics were friendly and great at explaining what happened. The manager made the process smooth getting parts and worked up a quote for a very fair price which put me at ease. I wish I lived here because I d be a loyal customer to them

My first time here & no complaints.I made an appointment same day for a tire replacement my appointment was for 3pm I arrived at 257pm, lolI was acknowledged promptly, checked in & after maybe 15 mins someone pulled my car inAll & all I was in & out in a hour & 5minsNot bad. Everyone who was there was helpful & professional.

Called to get price for tire and price was very competitive. Sales attendant had the tire delivered within an hour and replaced the tire within 30 minutes of arrival. Don't remember his name, but middle aged African American man assisted me. .He was very professional, articulate, intelligent and gave excellent customer service. He deserves a promotion!

My first time here and it won t be my last. I had a scheduled oil change and brake inspection. I also needed 2 new tires. Service time was great! The staff was friendly and professional as well.

Both the manager and the mechanic were very pleasant and accommodating. They quoted me a finish by time and completed it by that time. The mechanic explained what was needed and even mentioned what was not. This is why I continue to use Firestone. I do not have to worry about being deceived. Super fantastic customer service

Today I was having on of those days and nail was lodged in my passenger tire. Harold, and Barry got me in and took the stress off. Byron replaced my tire because my tire could not be patched. Thanks 1,000,000 for being professional and great at what you do.

TERRIBLE SERICE ALERT!!!I got new tires from Discount tire and since I went to a bigger size tire and my old tires wore quicker on the outside, I decided to get an alignment done. At this point in time, everything was fine on my truck and doing a routine alignment especially since I just bought $2000+ worth of tires. I decided to visit this location to get my alignment and things turn for the worst. After the alignment was complete, I drove 0.25 miles down the road and felt major issues that could have lead to an accident and possibly even killing someone. Issues were when breaking, vehicle will go right will jerk the steering wheel right and then it will correct it self. Also when accelerating you can go straight and all of a sudden the vehicle will jerk left or right. When veering right at speeds of 25mph, the traction control will turn on. Clearly Firestone tech had done something during the alignment phase. I went back and told them they need to correct this and I wanted them to test drive. Same tech test-drove the vehicle and felt the issue. He then pulled it into the shop and attempted to correct it. I test drove it again and same issue still exist. At this point I'm pissed and extremely unsatisfied. I decided to go back the following day hoping for another tech to take a look. They looked at it and said I needed to spend $1216.88 on on Tie rods and brakes and rotors. Funny thing is, I do most of the work myself so i know my truck pretty well. I just did the breaks last year and the tie rods are fine. I decided to take my truck to another shop (SONKO Tires and Automotive) to have a 2nd professional look and they were able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes after the manager and tech took a test drive. Firestone had loosen the upper arms and due to this, the upper frame pin was popped off during the timeframe of Firestones original alignment. Labor plus part costed me another $375. I highly doubt Firestone will make things right and pay for the time and damages they have caused but based on this experience I will never take my personal vehicle to a Firestone again. Not to mention other customers have had issues with service from Firestone. I will also be pulling corporate account from them and giving it to another vendor. Bye bye Firestone.

Called several firestones because I needed work done on my ac knob that fell off . All Firestone told me they needed to have a specific tech to work on that and did not have one at the time . This being my work vehicle I kept looking to see if any firestones had availability to work on that specific task for me . I called this one and they said to bring it in at 11:30 am . I told them I live an hour away are you sure you ll be able to look at it . They said yes . I dropped it off an hour early then decided to check on it at 2:30 pm . They said they couldn t even look at it . So basically if I hadn t have called they wouldn t have told me anything. Iv spent a lot of money at Firestone and that doesn t mean people should be perfect but they should atleast have common courtesy to advise the customer or be knowledgeable about if you can handle the job or IF it can even be looked at . The guy at the desk had no answer and looked like it was his first day . The whole experience of this place was just sad . So unprofessional and like I said before this is the ONLY Firestone that I ve ever wrote a bad review on .

We had a sudden tire failure and were still fairly new to the area. We have used Firestone Complete for years, however, and were able to find a location nearby to call. Harold was able to confirm that the tires we needed were in stock, and that he could get us in on short notice, on a Saturday afternoon no less. A+++ service; highly recommend!

The best Firestone I've ever been to. When you schedule an appointment they keep to it! The service is always fast and efficient and the staff is cool. I take both of my vehicles here and will continue to do so.

I spoke to Greg over the phone. Initially I asked if you offered quotes for a brakes service and he told me to come up there for a free inspection. Once I arrived though, I was greeted by someone else (tall black guy) who told me Greg left and went to the bank and he then proceeded to talk over me before I could get any words out so I ended up leaving. Y all need better customer service because it wasn t welcoming at all.

After having an unpleasant experience at the Firestone Perimeter location, I was hesitant about continuing to do business with Firestone.However, I am pleased that I gave the 2034 S Cobb location a chance because the manager Greg was very pleasant, and his team got me in out in a timely manner.And just to give an example, the other location tried to up sell me on services that I didn t need, but Greg confirmed that my vehicle was in good standing. As a female I m always skeptical and anxious about engaging with automotive personnel, but based on this first visit at this location, I would definitely return for future maintenance.

Horrible management and customer service. I dropped my vehicle off for service and was told it would be ready by EOB. I called back to inquire and was told that my car needed to go to the dealership. Management didn t bother to call and I was informed I would be called first thing in the morning. Never received the call. I will never bring my vehicle or do business with again.

Greg and Marquita are awesome. I forget the other two guys names, but everyone here is very helpful. This location is busy and the people are demanding. I was there for 4 hours due to a roadside assistance issue that I didn t realize until I arrived here to have the tire switched. They were friendly, understanding, and accommodating, even when it wasn t their fault at all. I truly appreciate them!Service: Tires

I had the pleasure of meeting Barry (?) and Randy today. I m very, very particular and this was a wheel alignment for a college student. I m familiar with the Hunter system and am previously trained on it.Randy, the technician that performed the alignment was fastidious and met my expectations. The car drives so much better and he set all of the parameters to within one degree which is an acceptable tolerance to me. Another Firestone branch selected the wrong vehicle and thought 4+ degrees was acceptable.I won t go anywhere else and I ll always ensure that Randy is available. Randy and Barry deserve a raise for their excellent customer service and attention to detail.

Do not take your car here at this location. these people people are ignorant and unskilledTook my car in for a simple oil change as I have many times but never this locationThey used non synthetic oil in my car which it clearly states it take synthetic on all other oil changes and what is standard for my Acura. They broke my ignition key fob and didn t even tell me and acted like everything was fine. These people really suck I will never recommend or go backHORRIBLE EXPERIENCEService: Oil change

I've been to several different Firestone locations from TN to GA, this is the best location I've experienced thus far. Both manager and mechanic are super friendly. The mechanic thoroughly explained what's wrong with my car and even showed me how to look for the problem from underneath of my car's suspension. Everything was straightforward, I got in and out with exactly what I booked an appointment with them for, no upsell whatsoever. Will repeat.

I made an appointment for an alignment and when i arrived, i was told 2 cars were ahead of me even tho neither of them were getting alignments done. After they had theirs done, mechanic went on lunch. So clearly understaffed. Not punctual at all. My car was finally moved after 2 hr and 25 minutes of waiting. Then during the job, mechanice stared at me through the window hard and started smoking a cigarette as if he wanted to upset me further. Worst firestone in my life. Also they tried to charged me for a tire rotation even tho i have a lifetime warranty and everything should've been free. It was always free in memphis where i just moved from. Never coming here again and i recommend the same for yall.
