First off, I am a pessimist when it comes to automotive shops & dealerships.I am pessimistic due too, many auto shops and dealerships lack integrity, not to mention honesty. But, this 1 of few times I was so impressed I wrote this review.This particular location showed professionalism and was very thorough in the diagnostics on my vehicle.I don t write reviews for free. I was truly moved by my experience . Keep up the good work guys. Thanks ps, I paid for a service, the service was completed correctly. Thanks again to staff.

I am a real person. I have a Lexus ES350. With temps dropping to 16 degrees, I took my car in due to tire pressure being low and for missing tire stem valves. I met both Casper and Justice. They both were friendly, kind, professional and more than willing to help. Casper provided me with four matching stem valves free of charge. Justice checked and put air in ALL my tires including my spare. I was back and safely on the road in just a few minutes.

I needed my brake lights fixed. Casper came right out and did it in less than 5 minutes. They didn't even charge for this one. I had just been at Pep Boys and the guy said he couldn't do my brake lights because he didn't have a diagnostic person to check my car. Then he asked if could I leave my car overnight. Seriously! Thank goodness Firestone was ready to help me, no wait at all. If you need good service, no hassle, Firestone Complete Auto Care is the place to go!

I've had some good and not so good experiences at this location but mostly good. They at least make a decent attempt to make things right. One thing is for certain and consistent...I'm always treated with respect by Casper and the Kiki and that matters to me. Thank you for all you do.

They have been servicing my vehicles for several years and we have found them to be honest and transparent in their communication and providing recommendations. My other family members also go to this location and it is our go to automotive spot. Thanks for looking after us and taking care of our vehicles !

I just want to thank Casper at the Powder, Spring Road, Marietta location for all his help and patience. I was unable to get my hood up and I thought well let me stop by, it may cost me, but I have to be able to check my fluids and anything else you may need to do under the hood I live in Henry County so I need to be able to foresee any problem in order to get back-and-forth to work. I went inside, to a nice warm greeting. Casper offered to come out and look at it for me and I m so glad he did. It gave him a fit for a minute, but he solved the problem, and he showed me what to do in case it happens again, and for that, I am so grateful. So ladies, if you have a problem and you need someone you can trust to look at your vehicle stop by firestone and ask for Casper ( who should be on the Firestone March calendar ) or any of the other well, mannered good mechanics. You ll be glad I sent you there.

Had a "courtesy" inspection where they checked my tires about two weeks ago. I was charged for it, but I was fine with it because my tires kept losing pressure. They told me it was just the cold. The following week one of my tires would go from 35 pressure to below 10 DAILY. I had to keep refilling it. Took it back on Sunday 12/3 to be told I had TWO tires with nails in them (they never mentioned this when I had my initial inspection). These tires are not a year old and I got them at this Firestone. They refused warranty. Took my car somewhere else where they found ANOTHER NAIL (?) when my car literally just went from Firestone straight to the other vendor. Never coming back. Not reliable and very shady. This place is no longer the same. Take your car somewhere else.

Took my car in to get 4 new tires. The technician broke 6 of the studs and wanted to charge me $150 each. Had to get them replaced out of pocket because of their lack of care for the customers vehicles. Very disappointed with the work.

Bee is very unprofessional and does not know the policy around services. I am also in sales and as a customer facing professional you should communicate with customers about the lack of mechanics and timing of services. Wasted my time and gas money driving to this location due to bad communication skills from Bee.

I would give no stars if I could. My husband had just been discharged from hospital after major neck surgery. When a Good Samaritan stopped to tell us our tire was flat. We pull over to find we absolutely HAD to change the tire. Picture a person who just had major surgery, myself an older lady who simply can no longer move the way she wishes and my daughter. Looked around to see we were about 80ft away from Firestone. My daughter runs over to simply ask for some assistance to get things in the process for her to get the job done. Refused to help even after hearing the extent of the situation!! Thank God we encountered ANOTHER Good Samaritan who stopped when he saw my frustrated and frazzled daughter and the two of us trying our best to assist how we could. I m writing this to say that if you are in need of tires, consider alternative company/location. The lack of empathy and compassion over unique circumstances paints the picture of the employees that could have assisted us in a time of great need. Had we had assistance they would have received yet again a very appreciative customer due to the fact we have used Firestone for as long as I can remember. But we will no longer be seeking their services after this incident.

I had both my front and rear brakes replaced here. I had to continously bring back my vehicle due to the breaks squealing. The first time I took it back is because the Firestone on South Cobb stated that this firestone didn't grease the brakes. After taking it back at least 5 times I finally took it to the dealer and they stated off brand brakes were put on causing the squeeling. Prior to this an associate blamed me for the brakes whining stating it was how I drive that is causing it, I took it back this last time and they put on the correct brakes. I wasted time and money bringing the car back so many times,

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS PEOPLE. I took my truck to have a wheel alignment there and came back to find my mirrow broken and door stained with some kind of oil that is not coming off. Really great experience with the new management here. I m so happy they have somebody here who actually cares about people and their vehicles. They also take you out to your vehicle and show you what s going on with your car so you can have some kind of knowledge about the problems your cars are having, which is really good for customers. Great manager great team.

Edit:New:My sister came here for an oil change, nothing more, she ended up paying for an inspection that was told everything is fine.Well, skip a few days and one new tire is going flat, you put air and it goes flat, so you would think that it's bad, they have the audacity to say that it's the cold causing the issue.I take her car back to honor their warranty for their own tires. They won't honor the warranty, and they say the tires have multiple nails in them.I'm annoyed with this incompetent service as the tires were fine until it came for an oil change, the tires are their own branded tires that maybe have 4 months, and I have to buy them again because someone keeps their work station messy.Just to point out, I found the nails, pulled the nails and they're brand new, not rusted from the elements, take that as you will.I just advise people to find a better place.Old review:Highly recommend to go some other place.Probably last time coming here, normally I trust them with my repairs but in one fell swoop they destroyed that trust. I came here for 2 tires before and it was an excellent service, today I came for my other 2 and an oil change...they didn't know what tires to change, even though only 2 tires were Firestone tires, they also forgot to top off fluids with the oil change and all they added was water to my coolantAnd looking at the "courtesy check" list it was pencil wiped because my old tires were perfect in that form even though I had a nasty air leak.

Scam alert: I ordered tires through simple tire and paid for installation. When i made the order i scheduled the first available appointment which was almost 2 weeks out. I just arrived for my appointment and they said i needed to pay for installation. i showed him where i paid for the installation and then called simple tire to tell them what was happening. Simple tire said they would call Firestone within 30 minutes to talk to them. I told the assistant manager at Firestone what was going on and he did not care even a little bit. He just wanted me to pay for the installation that I already paid for or come back another day to discuss it further with the manager, which I did not have time to do and my tires are so bad that the cords are showing so i needed my tires immediately. When I refused to pay for the installation or come back in a few days, he rolled the tires out to my truck and left them on the ground for me to take them. This guy was extremely matter of fact and did not take any time to do any research and did not care about anything I had to say. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Casper and Keke are the best. They worked diligently, went above and beyond expectations as far as driving to another location to get the part for my vehicle. Truly a godsend! Always a great service here!

I want to say thank you to Casper! He was so incredibly helpful and has personally made sure my vechicle was taken care of. He kept me well informed on what work is needed for the future and I wasn't pressured to buy anything I couldn't afford!

I was pleased with the service and the change in management I have been to this location over 6 times LY and could not get an oil change. Location was barely open, and always and issue. So happy for the change in management.

I m currently in Muscle Shoals Alabama for business , I live in Ga. I called the first Firestone that popped up, Casper was super nice and located the store closest to me. Wonderful experience on the phone with Casper and at the location he recommended.

V was fantastic at assisting me in replacing my car battery as well as the mechanic on duty, staying a bit late to make sure my rental would get back on the road so I would have a ride. Could not ask for better staff.

I've been a customer here for years, but after today I will take my money and vehicle elsewhere. I took my truck here to get new tires, only to pick my car up and notice that the technician, Eduardo(if that's really his name because he said at first it was Waldo,but the Sandra at the frontdesk said its Eddy,later to write Eduardo on paper), had broken the visor on my hood in half and tried to prop it back up on the front of my truck as if I would not notice it. Not only did Eduardo tear up the visor,he sat there and was going to let me drive off without even telling me he broke it. Then the front desk employee,Sandra Rivera,told me I am responsible for getting it fixed because they cannot fix it. How am I responsible for buying a new visor and paying to get it put on elsewhere if I did not break it? This is shady business and if this cannot be rectified tomorrow morning as promised "when the manager comes in", you've lost another loyal customers.

I absolutely love this firestone. They put the customer first and my experience has always been an honest one. Their culture has been one of integrity and respect unlike most places (I have had men try to tell me there was something wrong that cost 1000 dollars when I just went for an oil change). This is why I have been coming here for almost 10 years.I have had several dealings with Tristan and Daryl. They always point me in the right direction and are super fair. I have brought two cars to them at least 3 times this year.This past experience (yesterday and today) was a rocky one. I brought my car in to be looked at because the battery kept dying. No codes and no other issues. It was either that the battery life was up or the starter/alternator was bad. I told Veronica all of this. She was rude, unprofessional, arguementative,stuck her nose up and told me that I will need to pay a diagnostic fee of 105 rather than the usual vehicle inspection fee. Not only that, but whatever work they do will be charged on top of it. I also got a glance at her writing a note on my service ticket that they need to tell me I need the diagnostic charge. I was pretty fed up with her, so I left the car and knew I would speak with the mechanic the next day.Lo and behold.. its just the dang battery and it only required a vehicle inspection, which is a FRACTION of the price. I honestly feel that because I challenged her judgment, she retaliated by not having my vehicle looked at in a timely manner. Tristan has taken care of me over the last couple years and he made it right without even having me to talk to him or the manager of the store. Give this girl some retraining or let her go. I have extensive customer service experience and that's not how you treat customers who still showed respect when it wasn't given.As for Tristan and Daryl, give them a medal and a raise. Don't let them get away. They are examples of what should be happening at every firestone.

I was stressed about the state of my vehicle and how expensive things might get since i m a college student. The Firestone team explained what was going on with my car clearly and offered a discount for one of the services they did for my car. I ll be back for my alignment!

The work ethic at this location sucks. Wouldn t recommend. There is a high turn over rate of workers. A simple thing like a tire leak, takes forever and this is the 7th time I am returning to them about the same tire. And I bought the tire from them. There doesn t seem to be any accountability and so the workers have a don t care attitude. It is very frustrating. Shame on Firestone!!

I'm pretty sure that they edit their reviews so that they have a higher rating, but if this is posted just be prepared for a lot of run-around, amnesia and lies to avoid correcting shoddy work or issues created by below-average parts. If you encounter an issue with them, they will ask you to come back repeatedly to talk to management who of course won't be there when you do arrive OR they will tell you that they will fix the issue they've caused only to tell you that the issue is something else when you go to pick it up or try to talk you into buying tons of other useless parts/work from them. The more people I've warned about them, the more I've learned that no one wants or will do business with them because of their reputation. I was clueless at the beginning, but now I won't take any of the 5 cars in our family to any Firestone location. If you can afford to go somewhere else and you value your time, please save yourself heartache and go somewhere else. And please don't do any brake or rotor work with this company. The parts are well below average and they will never honor their warranty. Look at their rating on BBB and Yelp for yourself since they can't edit the reviews as done on Google.Service: Brake service & repair
