This was my first time coming to this establishment for an oil change and car inspection. I had a fantastic experience! Naim worked on my car and was super nice and professional. He described every step of the process, thoroughly, and I found that really useful as a customer. The facilities were also very clean and comfortable as I waited. I highly recommend Express Oil Change. I will absolutely be back for my car maintenance needs.

Best service ever! I came on my lunch break for an oil change and It s no wonder to me why Naim Ephraim is the manager here because he provided me with the best service during my visit today. Naim was very knowledgeable and kind and patient and had my oil changed, wipers changed, all fluids and lights checked so quickly I still had time to stop and eat on my lunch break!

All the guys here were extremely nice! Omari serviced my car and he was awesome! Very thorough and talked to me and my 9 yr old son about the work he was doing. He did an awesome job and very respectful. Will definitely be back for future services...

I just moved back to Atlanta and I ve finally found my go-to spot for oil changes and tires! I just pulled through to have my oil checked, and Omari checked my oil and offered to add a quart until I could schedule an oil change. I was passing by a week later and decided to pull in because my low pressure tire gauge had been on for week. Omari was working and came out with a smile and filled my tires! He s the reason I ll be coming back! Thanks, Omari!

I basically got ripped off...charge twice on my bill for oil. I listened to the guy talk about all he did and he didnt. Then the tech lied saying I ok'd stuff on inspection. Half of items on list were not done. Its sad that people take advantage like this especially during inflation. I will not be returning! If you have an honest mechanic stick with that one!

I ve been to almost every Express Oil change in the area & they are filled with excellent staff who exemplify the companies values & mission well!I ve never had an issue when visiting an Express Oil change, I pull in pop the hood. Take a quick nap, pay then leave. The guys working are all knowledgeable & well trained. I d give yall 10 stars if I could.

I've been coming here since 2016 and generally I have had a great experience. Today was no exception. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff while my oil and transmission fluid were being replaced. The manager Naim went above and beyond by reading my codes and clearing my dash lights as needed. I will continue to recommend this location and trust them with my vehicle. Thanks for the great service!

Omari was THE BEST EVER!!!!SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH, VERY PROFESSIONAL.If you your Oil change or anything from checking on lights and filters. OMARI IS THE GO TO GUY!!HE DESERVES A RAISE, I WILL BE BACK!

EXCELLENT customer service! They gave me a fair price on a new set of tires. I asked them to check my brakes and they didn't try to sell me brake service that I didn't need.This was a fast and pleasant experience. I highly recommend it and I'll definitely use then again.

I had a issue that popped up out of the blue and I called for help. These guys were so awesome. I am elderly and I was very nervous about. What was going wrong with the first of all when I pulled up? The young man came out and said. Are you Priscilla? He remembered my name. Let me escort you to the waiting room. He was so sweet, the next sky came in, and your own words kind of tell me what's happening. What do you think, blah blah blah we went through? Then I waited a little bit and then the manager came in. Sit down, ask me, how was my day, and can you kind of tell me what happened? Don't worry, it's either this or this other thing. We're gonna check it out, get back to you. Don't worry, so daddy came in and told me what they did do. To solve the problem and they felt. That was the problem and that I was okay I've never had such an experience because as a mature woman. Customer service is long gone. It died but I will tell you. But these were some of the most respectful young men. I've been around in a long time. So much to point that I decided. I need to offer them something that I had. And that was, I'm inviting you guys to church. They even were responsive, took my invitation. My card and said you never know. We may show up. Pull my car up to the side with the door open and escorted me out. I tell you it was such a pleasure. I feel like I should cook dinner and. Take them dinner up there one evening so I will definitely be telling my friends and all about. These young men right here on. I still wrote from the manager to the mechanics. I give them all. I give them a ten, your 5 is too low, thank you. For saving me that day, young know when you get a little older. Things things look a lot bigger to you, and they made my.Things look a lot bigger to you. And they certainly turned my problem into something 8. My problem into something small. Something small thanks again . Thank you, manager for running a very pleasant business.

I don t like this location I really tried to. There was a guy I really liked they moved him to another location ever since then it s not been a pleasant place to come to. I still go to the other locations in the white neighborhoods because they they seem to be nicer. But I m done with this location I ve been coming here for ten years and today I m done with this location for good. The white older lady looks like a dude and the black light skin dude completely dismissed me. Like I said I been coming here for a oil change for 10 years the only place I come to really. I use more oil than a regular person because of my job and usually I come to get one top off. The other day the white lady checked my oil because I was going on short road trip she said everything was fine as a thank you I even tipped her but otw bk my light kept coming on so I came bk to explain what happened and to get my one free top off (if needed) but when I pulled up she completely disappeared and I got dismissed by the light skinned dude it s cool won t get my business again.

They failed to tighten both the oil filter and drain plug. Oil leaked out all over brand new truck and they refused to give a refund or fix the problem whatsoever. They claim that they don't have to since I had to take the truck somewhere else to fix because I had driven too far away by the time I noticed the leaking. All of the oil had drained completely out and the engine would have been damaged if I drove back. They are scammers and will rip you off. I hope my lawyer can help but they will probably get away with this as they probably have done with so many more people than me. Worst service ever.

The manager was really nice and I sat in the car while they did the oil change. No high pressure sales or "recommendations". Price was decent/ average / fair.

Naim was AMAZING! He not only gave me an oil change but also educated me on things about my car that I didn t know. He was patient and EFFICIENT! Poor customer service and wait was long. Technician had bluetooth earphone in one ear during entire service, was texting and talking on his phone. Such negligent multitasking doesn t inspire confidence and may lead to mistakes or worse, dangerous accidents.This location is close but thankfully there are other options around. Sadly, will not be coming back here again!
