Just got my oil changed and had a very pleasant visit. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Nick provided excellent service, he was very kind and respectful. Not only did he change my oil but he let me know that I was in need of an air filter change. He explained why it was important to have it changed and how often which I appreciated. I will return to this location for my future oil changes.

Purchased tires and a warranty last year. I scheduled appointment to get my new tires rotated and I showed up 10 minutes early. They asked me to come back in 1 hour, which is fine. I came back an hour later and was told the samething again or to come back later. This experience made me almost regret getting new tires and a warranty with this company.I ended up going to the location in Acworth, where the service was way better. They got me in and put in less than 45 minutes.The moral of the story is to be honest with people from the beginning. Don't tell someone to come back at a certain time knowing when they come back, they still won't be helped.

I had an amazing experience coming to express oil! The last time i got an oil change it was over $100 dollars so not only do they have amazing attitudes and really care but they are also very affordable compared to a lot of other places!!

Got my oil changed and fluids topped off before driving to Orlando this last weekend. I told the workers my washer fluid notification wouldn t go away and I thought there was a leak they said they checked multiple times to find no leak which is hilarious because there is a leak that I now have to go back and fix myself. Very frustrating wont be back!

This place put the wrong plug in my wife's car, oil all over the garage because the plug is the wrong size for the car, as it's a volkswagen. The plug they put in is for a chevy or ford with no extra seal like the vws come with. On top of all this the oil is pitch black, like it was never changed. We will be up there in the morning to sort this, and get our money back.Service: Oil change

Absolute great service. Last time I came it was cool but different staff this time. I came to get an oil change.Nick was the best. He checked my filters to make sure everything was ok. He did extra by checking the other air filter I felt like they really wanted my car to run well. I think the name of the guy that did the oil change name was Corey, he was great too. CJ even gave me a thank you bag which had discounts for my next visit. The service was efficient, they were all very professional, and they were very great with the time it took to complete my service. I will definitely be back. Thank you all for you service, the staff is awesome, very friendly, and knowledgeable about their stuff.

I always use Express Oil Change and I have an oil change subscription with my dealership; however for fast, accurate and professional service I choose Express Oil Change over any other - my preference.At this particular location I used their online scheduling service to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change.I arrive and waited for 5min (expected with my additional services outside of an oil change) and got in and out in under 40min.Gary greeted me and pointed me into the bay for my service where I was greeted by Jamal (my service technician ). I had a few questions in regards to battery options and he inspected my vehicle, called over CJ who gave me a fair assessment and referral of the service I was looking for to be completed and they proceed with my oil change in under 10min , as they advertise, and completed the tire rotation.They even followed up on my initial request to make sure my questions were answered before checking out.I absolutely love great customer service and this is exactly what EOC spears during my visit Toast.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

After getting an oil change all the oil drained out onto my driveway over night. When calling them to tell them something is wrong they said there was a lot of oil build up which was causing the huge puddle. They ended up towing my car to the shop to fix what they didn t finish. Their only response was that They didn t charge me to fix what they messed up. This is the second time I ve had this happen with express. The first time was at the Woodstock location. Definitely won t be returning. They also should investigate how their managers are handling when mistakes like this happen.

I have been using this location for years for oil changes. Today I needed my cv joints replaced. I spoke with a tech a few months back and was told if I supply the parts it would be around $500. I called yesterday and was told 3 hours at $175 an hour. The math added up so I made an appointment. I get there and the technician seems to be annoyed that I brought my own parts and gives me an estimate of $612 plus incidentals. He spoke as if because I brought my own parts I would be paying a higher labor rate. I wouldn't be writing this review if he had been a little more nice about it. I've been a long term customer over multiple vehicles and now my wife car as well. This individual has now cost them all my business. The only reason I don't give them one star is because I have never had a oil change issue.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I normally go here for all of my cars. It s close to my house and I can pull up, get what I need done and pull off. THIS time was horrible. I needed a tire plugged because I had a nail in it. I always get warranties on my tires because down south has no type of street cleaning and my tires always go flat for one reason or another. The lady told me I don t have coverage on my tires. I told her I never decline warranties on my tires so that s weird . I JUST BOUGHT THESE TIRES a few months ago. I said I will pay the $30 to plug the tire but can the warranty be placed on my tires. I didn t talk rude or disrespectful to the original lady. The manager or whoever he was came in aggressive and abrasive telling me you didn t get a warranty on the tires at the time so we re not going to put it on them now. It is $30 to fix the tire do you want it fixed or not NO RESPECT AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there isn t a warranty on the tires it isn t because I declined it! The lady said it could have been because they simply didn t ask me and automatically declined it. It could have been a simple apology for never even asking me but automatically declining it. I already said I would pay the $30. Anyway, I ll never come back here. They were getting a quote together for something I needed fixed and I told them to throw it away. I was loyal to this place and the way that manager talked to me was unacceptable. I left and got my tire fixed somewhere else. They lost a loyal customer. If you are getting tires from here, make sure they put Warranties on your tires. They ll decline it for you and then you ll be responsible for your tires if something happens. That s a horrible thing to do to your customers!Service: Auto tire replacement

I had an awful experience today. While getting my tire fixed and oil changed, I felt discriminated against. The oil change took only 8 minutes, but the tire repair took over an hour. I waited in the room for 45 minutes when a white woman arrived with her two kids and was promptly attended to. They even informed her about rotating all 4 of her tires. When I asked about my car, they said it was ready without any explanation for the delay. I sat there with my toddler for over an hour to fix just one tire, while it took them only 20 minutes to rotate 4 tires for someone else. I felt ignored and questioned whether I was treated differently because I am a Latina.

I brought my son s old Ford Ranger in due to a constant clicking sound. Turns out, it was super low on oil. Scott could ve easily charged us for the oil change and sent us on our way. However, he took over 30 min to teach my son, who s a new driver, detailed information on how to care for his truck. On a busy Friday, he gave him one on one attention and truly taught him about his truck. I remain amazed and appreciative of his care, concern, and customer service. Thank you, Scott.

I couldn t go without leaving a review for this great shop!I didn t end up getting my car serviced but the customer service was superior. Everyone in the shop was very knowledgeable about cars and gave great knowledge and advice on what to do with my car .I spoke with the service manager Scott who was so friendly and helpful!Great location.Great people.If you are thinking of bringing your car here you should!

The customer service was pretty decent and everything seemed good with the oil change until it was time to get on the the road the next day. Got on the highway only to find bottom plate was not reattached to the underneath of the car which led to a lot of banging and a very scared girlfriend. Since it was Sunday the shop is close of course. We had to find a open tire/oil shop to fix the problem

Busy place. I suggest an appointment if more than oil change. Scott was quick to build rapport, discuss my issues and thoroughly explained options. There were tips of coordinating oil change and tire rotation along with tire pressure checks with regards to weather.Wait time was less than 30 minutes for new tire, balance and fluids check. I'll be back in 6K miles.
