I took my Volkswagen Beetle to this establishment for brakes. I was very pleased with this repair shop. They were honest and did a very thorough inspection. I was very impressed. I was told by the dealership that I needed rear brakes, pads and rotors. After European Imports inspected my car, I was informed that I still had 50% left on my front and back brakes. They said it was not an immediate repair. I recommend this establishment. Destiny was very informative and helpful.

Cannot recommend this place enough! From the moment I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up, I knew the car was in good hands. They kept constant communication with me and let me know every step of the way what they were doing. They even fixed a small rattling issue for me for free. This place is where I'll be taking my car and any future BMW's I buy! So happy I found this place!

I had a wonderful first-time experience at European Import Specialists. I made an appointment for a oil-change on my Audi and I wanted to wait for the service to be completed. My appointment was for 8am. By 8:03, my car was being pulled in and work was beginning. The staff at European Import Specialists were extremely knowledgable and pleasant to work with. My oil change service was more than competaviley priced and I left knowing exactly what service was upcoming for my vehicle and when it needed to be completed. I would recommend European Import Specialst to anyone that has a late model European automobile. I shall be back.

We SCORED with a friend's recommendation to give European Import Specialists a try! We had an expensive repair saga in play with another repair shop's half-baked, unnecessary work and lack of backing their own completed work re: ML 350 BlueTEC. Lots of unnecessary repair dollars flowing out with a check engine light that wasn't budging. This Team was thoughtful in listening and performing their own analysis with Awesome results. The car runs just beautifully! We immediately made anappointment for our E350 Sport -- AGAIN, tickled with their thoughtful analysis and work performed. We highly recommend their repair services and thank all EIS's TEAM Members for their excellent service-level and professional approach!

Great service for my Audi S5. I have had oil changes and a DSG transmission service fluid change done here since getting my car and I will not be going anywhere else. I am always very particular when getting even the simplest of things done for my car knowing how complicated german cars can be.They are super knowledgable and provide honest work at a better than the dealer price

They did a great job on our x5 and did it at a great price. The wait was worth it as they were booked out/onboarding a new tech, but Kellie and her team were communicative. Fully resolved the oil leak and also replaced the spark plugs while doing repairs. They also threw in an oil cap and even topped off the windshield washer fluid. The customer service was severely lacking for me. I inquired about repair services and patiently awaited a follow up call the next day with further details/pricing but that didn't happen. So I had to call back the following day and then I was told to wait another day. Then l was supposed to receive the estimate details and that didn't happen either. So I'm taking my business elsewhere.I should not have to put in this much effort to pay my hard earned money to a business. Either you want my business or you don't simple. If you do, show some interest in getting it and follow up/call back in a timely manner when you agree to do so.

I received exceptional service from the owner Kelly and her assistant Destiny. From start to finish they walked me through the process of what it would take to repair my Porsche and got it done in 2 days, which was shocking to me :-) I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone I know. I am very pleased with their service.

Where do I begin .. from the moment I reached out to see if my vehicle could be towed in, until the time I picked my repaired vehicle up- the customer service was second to none. I was informed every step of the way regarding what was being repaired and associated costs, etc. Upon picking up my vehicle I was shown the old parts and I am very satisfied; I ve definitely found a new auto repair shop in European Import Specialists; highly recommend. Kellie is the absolute BEST.

I took my 2018 530i xdrive to EIS and was very happy with their customer service and professionalism. They were prompt and put me on their schedule right away. The receptionist and owner made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I have an older Mercedes that I look forward to having serviced there soon! ;)Herb

Excellent service! Got a PPI done for a Mercedes and they were able to quickly help me determine that I should avoid it, saving me a lot in the repairs that would be necessary. Even sent me a thank you card in the mail for using them.Will recommend them in the future to my friends!

I was referred by a friend to this place when I was looking around for options to service my BMW 3 series. Kelly is absolutely wonderful to work with. They listened patiently to my concerns and took care of my car well. They called me with updates and any extra work that was needed upfront and let me decide. They didn t push me into buying unwanted factory spares or services. I was given options and pricing for original BMW parts or other brand parts to choose from. They told me I could wait to get a couple of things done for a few more months instead of making me spend the money right away which I really appreciated. I am glad to have found this place and it will be my go-to for any future service needs. If you are looking for an appt, call in advance as they are pretty full most of the time and are backed up several days.

Wouldn t take my car anywhere else. The only place I trust with my 2019 VW Atlas. I cannot give European Import Specialists enough praise for their first in class service. The owner and her office staff are so caring, something you don't find. Often in car repair. Her Mechanic is awesome. They don't over charge and will work with honest paying Customers. I even was given the star treatment when I picked up my Benz from a repair at her shop. Keep in mind she waited until I could afford the trip back down to Atlanta from Grand Rapids Michigan. Again, take your car to her. I chose European Import Specialists based on these Google reviews. What a great find! Not only did they diagnose and fix a check engine light, but, most importantly they fixed my cabriolet roof top! This quality service was fast and fairly priced, and most of all, they treated me like family the minute I walked in the door.

The best experience that I have had with a German/import repair shop in Atlanta, that simple! I replaced the valve cover gasket of my 2010 BMW 328xi at another shop, and after that my car was giving me a cylinder misfire. After the original shop couldn t figure what was wrong, I took my car to European Import Specialists. Kelly and their customer service are outstanding. They game an affordable and clear quote of the things that could be wrong, and they were able to fix the car. The best part, no charge. They told me they were not charging me since they didn t replace any parts, even though they spent some hours with the car. I am super grateful with them. I highly recommend this place for all your car services, you won't be disappointed!Service: Engine repair

I had a coolant leak repaired on my Porsche The service and care my car received was excellent!! The customer service I received was remarkable!! Brought my Mini Cooper there for the first time to get some general maintenance work done to replace the thermostat and drive belt. I had a great experience. Kelly and Destiny were great - friendly and professional. Even called me to give me and update on a part I asked for. Work was done same day as promised at less than 1/2 the price I was quoted at the dealership. It's so hard finding a repair shop you can trust. Today, February 14, 2022, I had the best Valentine Day ever, I have been trying for months to get my car (Mercedes) fixed. I went to European Import Specialists located in Marietta, GA, and was met with the most professional and friendly staff ever. Not to mention the establishment is owned by a FEMALE, who I also met, she was so professional and nice, she made me felt like I have known her for a life time. I told her some of the issues I was having with my car, and she assured me that she would help me get my car fixed. The staff at the front desk was just as professional and nice as the owner. I will continue to make this my car home for repairs. THANK YOU AGAIN EUROPEAN IMPORT SPECIALIISTS FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM, KINDNESS, CONCERNS AND MOST OF ALL YOUR HONESTY.

I stopped by here with no appointment due to a check engine light. Despite their fully booked schedule, they diagnosed my vehicle and let me know that the repair was covered under the manufacturers warranty under a service bulletin. They even verified that the repair was under warranty by checking with Global BMW. I paid a very reasonable diagnostic fee and was on my way. Great timely service. They repaired my interior door handle on my Mercedes and it was good as new. I communicated the timeliness of when i needed the job done and they were very prompt. When the EPC light came on in my Jetta, I went to work finding a place that was reputable and local to get it fixed. I'm so happy I found EIS and Kellie. They were quick to diagnose the problem and honest (and reasonable) with the price to fix it. When I arrived to pick it up, they not only explained what all went on, but provided me with a detailed printout of the fault codes that they found and what was done. The mechanic and the owner both spoke with me. I was really impressed by the customer service, the quality of work and pricing. They are the best! I ve been coming here for years and this is the only place I will allow to work on my car. They are honest about any repairs and the cost. Their prices are much better than the dealership and they are also transparent. Kelly and her assistant are professional and keep you up to date on when your vehicle will be ready. Best place to take her BMW!

I have been coming here with my BMW 528i 2012 model and they have helped a lot, besides the quality work they do.They are usually busy coz of the amount of work they have. So book your appointment before hand.I have spent lots of money earlier days outside, with regular mechanics and showrooms, with issues popping up every now and then with no clear clarification, may be just a coincidence, idk. But here, they guided me best and never had any issues once they started on my car.There prices are way better than showroom prices.My mechanic for Bimmer is Keith. He is well experienced and knows what he is doing. He is the best.Kelly and Destiny are amazing have always helped me with any issues with the car and guided me in right direction, always.I only have experience with BMW, but my friend who referred me here after I spent big chunks outside, he owns a Mercedes and he also never goes to any other place and had no issues, either with his car.it's really hard to find business like this for BMW and Mercedes cars.Finally, hats off to these guys for amazing work they do with BMW and Mercedes vehicles and for their honesty and quality work(which is btw no less than showroom work or may be better than that).I would recommend anyone with BMW or Mercedes vehicles to this business, whenever they need any thing with these kind of cars.

Kelly is great with fully informing you during all aspects from drop to completion. I have some car knowledge and the shop feels honest. As long as they can maintain the honest credibility with their customer base, I will always bring my car here.
