Worst experience ever!!!!!! keep in mind i purchased my vehicle from this horrible place!!! Had my car towed in for a dead battery, i was charged over $500!!! Also, my battery died, i did not run out of fuel and killed the battery. I get my car back with huge oil stains on my light colored seats that i recently paid $200 for to be cleaned!!! There was a nasty sassy note that one of the men left in the notes stating that they had to move a mountain of my possessions from the trunk to reach a fuel pump, not my problem and very sassy and condescending. not to mention anything that was in my trunk is concealed and it appears to be empty to the naked eye. they removed everything from my trunk and left it in my passenger seat. A mngr dustin offered for me to come back the next morning to get my car detailed, waited 3 hours just for them to bring me my car with a huge nail in it!!!!! mngr dustin tells me that they will plug it and that they normally charge $50 to plug then had to explain to him that the nail came from them!!!! worst experience ever, i asked to be refunded a percentage of my money and mngr dustin disappeared. Jim in service was rude. When i went to tap my card and received and error, he asked if i had a specific amount on my card, like huh? Avery was extremely helpful. see attached photos of the horrible experience. i will be reaching out to corporate.

The entire process of purchasing a used car (new to me) was effortless! I have nothing but great things to say about the people at Ed Voyles CDJR. As an out of state buyer with a trade in, I thought the process may be a bit complicated, not to mention registering the car in my state upon my return a hassle. No such thing! I simply handed the keys of my trade in over to Petr Lubczynski, who gave me a great offer, and Kirby Keith handled the rest. My registration, new tags, all done! I received my new permanent tags in the mail. No trip to the MVA what?! I cannot recommend Ed Voyles CDJR any higher. Whenever I m in the market for another car, I will certainly look to Ed Voyles CDJR first, and I live over 600 miles away!

They staff was upfront when i called for pricing on my oil change! I dropped my car off and it was an issue of some aftermarket stuff done to it that would prevent them from changing the oil without risk of ruining the wiring but they called me to verify doing the work still and came up with a work around to safe my neon kit. I am completely satisfied and will return my vehicle over and over again! Great job!

The gentleman there are fantastic, from the sales team through to the financing team. (Especially Mr. Westly). Very laid back, but professional. I told them what I was looking for and my price range. Walked out with the very first suv I looked at. They know their stuff. I would recommend anyone looking for their next vehicle to stop by here and at least give them a chance. I'm sure they can make you just as happy as they made me. Good luck, and stay blessed!

Wow I really had a positive experience. Shawn Donald was amazing. He explained everything to me clearly and got me my dream car. My twins will really enjoy the car. I recently had a fantastic experience at the Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership . The staff Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through every step of the process with patience and expertise. Ed Voyles did a great job repairing my vehicle. I had three recalls that they addressed and I am very pleased at their tentativeness to my issue. My only issue is that I was not contacted about the additional costs that were associated with my repair and although minute, I should have been, at the least, informed.

On numerous occasions now I ve had the luxury of truck deals with Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram specifically with Blake Newcomer. Because of my position in my company I do several purchases of different brands. Of all of them no one is as stand up as Blake. He s Johnny on the spot with availability, he s quick to respond any news positive or negative, and always ends the deal with a handshake and verbally making sure all things went as expected. If it were left up to me I would only purchase from him. Unfortunately, he doesn t sell the equipment I use. I should share all the horrible experiences with other brands I ve had, but the basic story is don t deal with the dummies just buy from Blake!!!

I was looking for a new place to do my routinely oil change, because I was not satisfied with where I used to go. I'm very happy I took a chance with this place cause I will be coming again for any other services I need on my car. Thanks to Michael Patton, It was such an ease making an appointment and any questions I had from cost to what and why, was answered in such a kind and efficient manner. He made me feel very welcomed and like my car needs outside of a routinely oil change will be met. Also the wait was not long at all and the waiting area was very nice and comfortable. I am very satisfied, and my Jeep is back running as smooth as when I first got it. I will be recommending Ed Voyles, and recommend going to Michael Patton as your service advisor!

Logan was amazing to work with. He made the process quick and easy, and I was pleased with his knowledge. Finance was also very easy, and the finance manager I worked with (Robert Keith) was amazing also. I will always return to this dealership for any purchases moving forward.

I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I came in for oil change and tire rotation and also received the recommended a/c system flush. Service was clear and concise and my service rep took great care of me and my vehicle.

Tanner was amazing! He communicated with me every step of the way. I was even happier when he got my vehicle back running. I m so happy it was something just as simple as my batteries needing to be replaced. But being without a vehicle for a few weeks. I still managed to make things happen and get around. Thank God for rental cars. But yes 10/10 I would highly recommend Tanner and the customer service in this place was awesome and welcoming.

I worked with Nicco Romanowski. Great guy. He was a clear communicator, expedient and attentive in his responses (even over a holiday), and ultimately helped me get a great car for my wife for a great price. I normally buy via private sale because I m not a fan of the song and dance I get from most dealers, I enjoy negotiating for the best price, and like to feel like I walked away the winner. These guys were all around great, I didn t feel they wasted my time, and I felt they gave me a more than fair price on the Kia Carnival I bought from them. Thanks again Nicco, you re the man!

Everything started over the phone Due to my local CDJR dealers not having what I was looking for. David "Pittsburgh" was Awesome. No pressure at all to " Hurry someone is test driving the vehicle" to submit application to purchase/lease the car. By Far awesome experience all documents were Expressed next day delivery to and from the parties. All I did was Drive down there get my keys and go. He was even willing to stay over if I didn't make it before they close. Thank You Pit for the awesome experience. And WE LOVE OUR New GW Series III Obsidian. Thank you From our Family to you this is Luxury at its Finest. The way car buying should be.

Ned, the service manager was excellent. He let me know that the shop was shorthanded, and that the repair would take longer than usual. He appropriately set my expectations and then exceeded them by delivering my vehicle to me much sooner than expected. very much appreciated.

Please note, this review in no way reflects my experience with my sales person Eddie, but with management. Eddie was great. However, I came in on a Monday, traded my car in and purchased a wrangler. Due to the time of day, the dealership could not complete the sale because they could not do the emission test. So I agreed to take the car home and bring it back the following morning so we could complete paperwork. Once home, I realized the driver side visor was broken. When I arrived to the dealership the next day, BEFORE completing the sale paperwork, I informed a salesman that my visor was broken. He proceeded to tell me that I needed to speak to MY sales person, Eddie, but he also told me Eddie wasn t working that day and that I could go over to the service department and speak to someone about them fixing my visor. I was sent to a gentleman in service that gave me a quote for having the visor fixed but he said that for the dealership to fix it for free my salesman would have to get authorization from a manager. I said ok, and then went to finish my paperwork to complete the sale of the vehicle.The following day I called my salesman, told him about the visor and he then gave me the number to the CPO manager to inquire about having it fixed. The manager proceeded to tell me that they don t typically do repairs after a sale and that it would have had to have been brought to their attention before the sale I proceeded to tell him that I DID in fact bring it to someone s attention before my sale because my sale wasn t complete until Tuesday afternoon and I brought it to the attention of the dealership Tuesday morning when I arrived (before my paperwork was done) and that it was out of my control that my particular salesman was not working the day I came back.The manager was dismissive, unkind, and not helpful. He offered no solution or suggestion other than me paying for the repair myself.I understand that typically repairs may not be done after a sale, but I also assume that they don t typically sell people broken cars ..??And seeing as that my car was broken, this makes this an atypical situation, does it not?The quote for the visor was around $200 (parts and labor). I spent $40k with this dealership and they don t want to fix a $200 mirror. A repair that I DID bring to the attention of the dealership BEFORE my sale was completed.This is my SECOND jeep purchase with this dealership over the years, I returned because the last time I had great service. However, this time will be my last time doing business with them.

My experience with Ed Voyles CDJR of Marrietta was wonderful. James Howe provided top tier service. He listened to my wants and provided a vehicle that I really like with financial options that suited my needs. The process was simple and convenient. James was knowledgeable and provided incredible details about my new vehicle to help me get started. Even after I purchased the vehicle, he sent me a text to follow up and thank me for my business. Customer service goes a long way. Dealerships often get a bad wrap. However, James, and the entire team, exemplified what it means to have top tier service and by doing so, restored my faith in dealerships. If you need a vehicle, Ed Voyles CDJR of Marietta is the way to go. Oh, and ask for James Howe!

My first experience taking my Jeep to Ed Voyles and I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by an opened door in the main lobby and directed straight to the service department. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes for pickup. My vehicle was ready, paperwork was completed and my check out was an effortless process. Everyone was polite and displayed excellent customer service. I will be back for services in the future.

The entire team at Ed Voyles CDJR did an amazing job during my recent RAM 1500 Laramie purchase. They surpassed my expectations as I was in and out of the dealership rather quickly. I had all my documents/information in order and they had everything they needed to get the deal done as well. My salesperson, James Howe was extremely knowledgeable about the truck I purchased and was a great guy to work with. I strongly suggest others to go to any Ed Voyles dealership to purchase their next vehicle! I know I'll be back to to their CDJR store to buy that new electric RAM truck in a few years!

I've never had a more pleasant experience at a body and paint shop.. this place took me from a really bad spot, a really annoying situation to nothing but smiles. Seriously, I, CANNOT say enough about this place, from Austin in the body shop, Troy, The Painter, , Michelle and Madeline in the office, and Matt the manager...man thank you so much. Fantastic job all around highly recommend this company.

I had a rear differential failure and Tanner Jackson went above and beyond to get the parts that were needed for this repair much earlier than originally anticipated. They even finished the work days before the new estimate. The service and the work here is outstanding!
