Disgusting excuse of an establishment. If Porchea is the face of this business then it s all you need to know to run from it. They took my car for so many test drives to run errands for parts without MY CONSENT. The fuel was completely full when dropped off and you can see how much gas was used without a reimbursement or them refilling my tank.I went out to my car to ask her why the fuse cover was missing when it was placed before it was delivered to this establishment. She had excuse after excuse. I then ask why there s GLOBS OF DIRT all over my passenger seat (pictured below). This is after I wiped it and took a large chunk off too Again - zero accountability and excuses. Really? That s how you treat your customers? She said that s how we found it and proceeded to SNATCH MY KEYS FROM MY HANDS (the owner of said vehicle and a customer paying her bills). She then proceeds to ignore us standing there for 40 minutes and take a call with another customer when we just wanted to pay and leave. Honestly, disgusting service. She should be ashamed of how she carried herself. There are sooo many reputable mechanics - do not make the mistake of giving this one your business.

The least reliable business I have ever work with. Not only do they take absolute no pride in their work (2 separate mechanics made unprompted comments about this when checking out the car) they are not competent enough to provide basic customer service. The clearest example of this is that they replaced the engine in my car and have refused to provide a simple receipt telling how many miles the used engine had. I have asked at least 15 separate times and the answer has been we will get to it. For these reasons and several more I can confidently say this is the worst business I have ever used in the industry.

Drivers automotive is efficient and very informative. Had 2 cars I've sent already and the work with the great customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!!!! And they don't keep your car weeks on end like some of these places.

Miss Porshae and the Drivers team were so knowledgeable and helpful when I had to have my transmission replaced. Price was reasonable and they were so helpful and accommodating helping me get back on the road in no time. Will definitely be bringing my car back for anything that it needs in the future! Thank you guys so much!

Porshae and her team are amazing!! They are all very knowledgeable which is why I felt secure in having them fix my baby {aka my jeep}! Porshae also is the sweetest person with the best customer service which is why I didn t mind spending money with them!Thank you again!

I drive almost an hour to take my car here! Porshae has the BEST customer service! And the prices are always affordable. Once I had to leave my car overnight and Porshae gave me a ride home and I live in Douglasville. You don t find that kind of service anymore.

I was abused last time I went to an automotive shop and when I showed up here..... they were so nice, great customer service, and are so sweet and I would recommend them to everyone that I come in contact with. They also take you out to your vehicle and show it to you, and if you have any questions they will answer them on the spot. Such sweet mechanics, and porshae was absolutely awesome

TLDR. Terrible shop. Trusted them with pre-purchase inspection, they said the truck was fine, check engine light came on a few days later for $1,500 repair, oil was dirty and nothing was found wrong by this shop.Terrible shop. I made the mistake of trusting this shop for a pre-purchase inspection for a Chevy Silverado 2500HD. When I picked up the truck, they said it was good to purchase with no problems, so we purchased the truck. Not even 2 days later, it had a check engine light on. We had another shop check it and he noticed right away that the check engine codes were cleared by the dealer. The oil was very dirty. None of which was called out by Drivers Automotive. Drivers automotive wanted to charge us another $125 to diagnose the issue after we paid $150 for an inspection they did not perform. Drivers automotive said the issue was a fuel injector and quoted us $1,500 to do the repair - all because of their ignorance and incompetence. The lady at the front desk took 2 business days to even send us the quote. It was the holidays but she shouldn t say she would send it by end of day if she isn t going to do so. My entire family used to take all my cars here since 2014. Unfortunately, we will not be returning here. We miss the days when Alben was here.

This shop has always taken care of me when I was in trouble. Any time i beed my car towed from McDonough to Marietta, they take care of me. And they always give me great prices. And tge customer service is awesome. Kudos to the lady office manager .

Excellent quick service and made sure I was taken care of as soon as they were able. My belt was about to go on my car outa nowhere and I was scared to death I wouldn't have a vehicle to drive and they made sure I was able to get home safe. I came here on two separate occasions to have my car serviced: once for brake rotors and more recently to have my spark plugs replaced. Both times I was satisfied with the service. Also, Porsche at the front desk was more than kind while I waited patiently in the waiting room. Drivers automotive is by far the best automotive company to have anything done. I have had an 2 different cars engine installed and they kept me informed from A-to-Z! You can trust if they re gonna do it right the first time in a timely manner. They have done numerous of other auto issues that I ve had such as air conditioner, tires, brakes, ETC If you could name it they can do it I only trust them to do my oil changes and maintenance upkeep I highly recommend them. Thanks Porsha for helping me from the beginning and making every time I come a smooth transition! Your crew is the best!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! All of the staff are great but Porshae is hands down the sweetest person. I brought my car in for multiple issues and every one of those were handled with not only great care but also with the kindest of understanding. Any and all questions I asked were met with informative answers along with reassurance. They ve been so great for both myself and my husband as his car needed some repairs recently too. This company saved my life. My Toyota needed fixing really bad. The engine was failing. I went to the Toyota dealership and they were going to charge me over 7,000 to fix it. My best friend told me about Drivers Automotive. I took my vehicle here and they charged me waaaay less than the dealership. It was affordable for me. Side note I m a school teacher. I couldn t afford what the dealership was charging me. Drivers Automotive is THE BEST!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

My mother and take our cars here and receive the best customer service.Porshae is a sweetheart and definitely knows her stuff. She once allowed me to drop my car off early for a repair and took me to work. If you need work on your car done .. I recommend this place!!

Porshae took care of everything and answered every question I had! she was great! Pablo did the work on my car really good my car wasn't even running when I got it to them but now it's running and it's so much smoother! I definitely recommend this business they are great and have great customer service! I will definitely be coming here again if anything happens with my car!!!Services: Tire rotations, Engine repair

I absolutely love Driver's Automotive. I've been a customer for about 6 years now and the service is definitely top notch. The work is always completed correctly the first time. I had an exceptional experience at this location. My Family and I decided to step out to try a new servicing locations for our break repair. Our Toyota had a few concerns, but everyone gave good energy. They were open to locating the original parts and their quote from the diagnostic is actually realistic. I was thankful to see my car restored to a high performance and great quality condition. Thank you all! These guys are great!! Very friendly, not pushy and they know their stuff. They have great turn around time to get you in and out and on your way! The ONLY negative is sometimes it s difficult trying to turn left out of their parking area. 10/06/2023Again I would like to thank the team at Driver's Automotive, located on Powder Spring St. in Marietta, GA. I took my husband's 2002 Chevrolet Sierra pick-up in for repairs. I had several things going on with it; the brakes were gone. Being from Michigan, where the salt water tends to rust vehicles terribly, I needed the entire brake kit, brake lines and a brake flush. I needed a water pump, front brake and rear brake rotors. Needless to say, I needed the works! But again, the team worked diligently to keep my truck on the road in good condition. Not only were the mechanics great but the customer service is to be applauded. A special thanks to Ms. Porshae, the office staff, for going the extra mile once again. All of you are appreciated sincerely, Thank you again for the excellent work done on my 2002 Chevrolet.D. On 05/05/2022, I took my husband s 2002 GMC pickup truck in for a repair and on 05/06/2022, the truck was ready. When I received the call to pick up the truck, I told the office manager I would need to walk to pick it up but she so kindly said, No, I will come and get you. I was blown away! I had to share this because she should be acknowledged for her kindness and thoughtfulness. The service and work I had done on my on my vehicle was spectacular I cannot Rave more about this place!! Excellent all the way round. I've never been to this place but someone who does my oil referred me here because I had a leak. I have to say I am quite impressed. They treated me really well and repaired my promaster in no time. The mechanics are really knowledgeable and the lady is very helpful and kept me informed the whole time. I will be bringing all my vehicles here for here on out. I was referred to this place by a family member to come see Porshae. I drove from Newnan and I have to say it was worth the drive. I thought it was going to cost more than what I was charged so that alone was a blessing. I will definitely be back and I will be referring all my friends and Family here. Although you are stay so busy you still find a way to tend to tend to everyone and take care of everyone and their needs. I will continue to drive an hour to only let you all take care of my car. This place is very helpful. They are caring and very accommodating. The lady manager was willing to come pick my car up to do the repairs because I had to work and had no way to bring my car. Hard combination to find.If Driver's is adding him to the bench: good find.If a prospective client is reading this: go to Driver's and ask for him by name.He'll fix your automobile with modern knowledge and tools, but use old-school hard work and experience and gut instinct to do it, rather than relying solely on what the "screens" say and replacing an entire system that isn't broken in the first place.
