Gary is awesome! He s quick and thorough with the emissions test and ensures the wipers are working well (and if not, quickly replaced them with new ones). Highly recommend this Dekra location!

They try to sell you gas cap saying the inspection didn t pass and they will put and make you buy their gas cap.Went to another nearby place and the original gas cap is fine. Carefull!!!

Terrible service. First time. Last time. The car's VIN number was wrong on the report - way, way off - and they would not consider a refund on the charge after it took 20 minutes to wait in line for an entirely new test three days later.

I've been there twice and had a decent experience both times. The staff was friendly and got the job done without a lot of drama. I recommend checking their website for a coupon to save $4.

This place got me in and out in under 10 minutes. The tester was super nice, and easier to deal with than the other Dekra locations that I ve been to.

Waited over an hour, there were two cars ahead of me. I know he played with my phone while I was waiting. Then he wanted me to get wipers for 25 bucks a piece.

Every time I have ever tried to go there, and it s been for both of my cars several years in a row now, always during hours they are supposed to be open, (according to their own website), they have a sign up saying they are closed. They need to be respectful of peoples time and not so careless about closing their business haphazardly. If they need to close for lunch every day so the person can have a break, great. Say that on your website. It s not that hard.

Visited on 1/16/23. Arrived with 4 cars ahead of me, but wait was less than 15 minutes. Inspector was very professional and efficient. Will return next year for sure.

Spencer Lockett is amazing! From the time I entered until after my inspection, he was friendly, professional, personable, answered all of my questions and did an amazing job. He made me feel welcome and raised the bar high in customer service. I will go back to Dekra on Johnsons Ferry! Thank you sir for a great experience and conversation!!

Super friendly service, but I was told I'd need a replacement gas cap in order to pass and that it was a certain price, and then my card was charged for $10 more than that price. I had pulled away before examining the receipt (my own dumb fault) and didn't have time to return and make a thing of it, but I'm sure the guy would've straightened it out for me if I'd still been there. He was very nice. So I'd just recommend you check your receipt before you leave.

I waited for a long time. The emissions guy was talking to what looked like friend. He wasn't even working. I was hoping he would at least come by to tell me it would be 5 or 10 minutes. He didn't even acknowledge me being there. I backed up and left. :/

Been using this spot the past few years and the guy that runs it is efficient and helpful. Always busy when I've gone, probably because it's one of the few places open after 5.

The man doing the check was very pleasant and professional. The whole process went very quickly..My only possible complaint was that it cost more than a lot of other places, but the efficiency was worth it. In and out to go about my day in about 10 minutes.

Spencer at the Johnson Ferry location was amazing. He had confidence in his testing location and abilities. He made me feel comfortable after my car had previously failed emissions. He was so kind to me. I will be back. Thank you Spencer.

This is my third year getting emissions done here. Yes, they charge $25 and yes you might be able to find it cheaper somewhere else. BUT I was in and out in less than ten minutes with no issues. Professional and quick. My person today was Jermaine W and he did a fine job.

Usually have a good experience here but the last time I went was in my minivan and there was an older man there (not the man that I usually see there). He waved me forward and I pulled up to the spot where the wheels are on the roller and since he didn't tell me the machine was not working and not to stop on the rollers, I did not give it enough gas to pop over the roller. There's not much room to really floor it in there especially with someone standing in front of your car waving you forward. He got mad and yells at me "I told you not to stop, why did you stop?" Uh, at no point in time did he tell me to stop nor did he tell me anything else like hello, good afternoon. Took about an hour for him to get my car off the rollers so I could leave. The guy I usually see there is very nice and no complaints but I don't want to run the risk of getting the older guy so I don't go there anymore.

2nd year I've used DEKRA on Johnson Ferry. I've had great and easy service both visits. Offering a discount coupon is great as well. A1 service

Emissions test was quick and painless but the customer service was terrible. Drove up to the emissions station and it wasn't busy at all. Two employees were working on a previous task and neither looked up to greet or acknowledge me. A few minutes later a gentleman came from the office and still didn't greet me but instead waved and said "pull it right here". I drove in like he asked and he immediately starts typing on his computer. I stand beside the car less than a foot from him waiting to see if he wanted anything from me... nothing. Instead, he strikes up a cigarette and proceed to start smoking. He goes in and out of my car with equipment and begin testing. Finally I ask if he needed anything from me, he points and says you can go to the waiting room. When everything was done, I paid and got into my car to find a piece from my car on the floor of the driving seat. I asked him if it was his... he then says "oh that is from your car"... with no apologies! Yeah, I'll never go back there.
