Excellent mechanic shop & Cameron who runs the business is great to work with. These guys do clean work, staff is friendly and have reasonable prices. We took our company work trucks here for some in depth repairs and are very pleased. Always great, speedy and personal service. They seem to be a small staff shop and I don't know how they do it, but they always do an amazing job, fast. I've been there several times, my friends and family go, and we will all continue to do so.

I was referred to CS Auto by my neighbor. I had just got done spending well over $1000 to have my Jeep serviced at Ed Voyles (never again), and they wanted an additional $2000 on top of what I already paid them to replace my entire steering assembly. This was also after having left my car there over a week (in 2 separate visits). Well, Cameron and his team are simply fantastic. They were able to diagnose the issue, and offer a solution that was 60% cheaper than what I was originally quoted. Not only that, but they had my car back to me in record time. I highly recommend these guys. Their prices are fair, they're honest, and they're fast! This review is long over due. My wife and I have been going to CS Autos for years now.With every car we ve owned. I can t say enough great things about this service. It s family operated, so they make you feel like family. From the dad to the sons and the daughter. Awesome folks They not just going to charge you just because. If it s not recommended then you ll be told that it s not. I once took my truck there for service because I wasn t able to pass emissions. Not only was the problem fixed for a reasonable price, but then I took it myself for emission only to find out it s already done and passed. I got emotional. Christa communicated well throughout the process of having my Camry towed and repaired. This business stays busy but they were worth the wait for my tune-up. The straight forward invoicing and the cash discount are benefits to me.

I brought my 2010 Silverado 4x4 to this company due to another company not honoring their work. I had a DOD/AFM delete kit installed from another company. The other company did not replace the oil pan gasket with the kit. I had a reasonable oil leak. They also damaged the OEM oil pan while installing this kit. It looked like a screwdriver had been used to pry the timing chain cover off of the oil pan. The team at CS Automotive immediately zeroed in on the issues with my truck without me informing them of every detail. They were professional. To the point. And offered a good price for the repair. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received from CS Automotive. They also have a dog, that likes to play tug of war with seatbelts (not the one from your vehicle). Which is awesome. Do not go to these guys.They do not communicate with customers fondly. They say they have you down for a weekday with open availability and then you call to check on your car and next thing you know they didn t hear from their brother that they were expecting your car drop off.Very unprofessional, no communication within their staff much less the family .When asked if I could bring my car back to do a light bulb change they said they didn t like how I gave their brother grief.There was no screaming, there was never any swearing a simple misunderstanding and they got the job done but because of a time crunch and miscommunication they told me they choose not to do business anymore.Highly unsatisfactory and unusual petty customer service. Would not recommend even to a new driver of this shameful business.CS Auto you need to do better.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Scott at CS Auto Repair was fantastic!! I called and explained what work I thought I needed and he said just bring it in. I dropped my car off in the morning and not even 2 hours later, he called and said what needed to be done. He didn't try to up sell me or make any unnecessary recommendations. The price for getting both sets of brake pads plus an oil change was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop to any person I know!!!

Been taking the family vehicles to CS Auto for a number of years. My wife has even taken her car for estimate and repairs, and she never once felt taken advantage of. I recommend these guys highly. You will always get honest and straightforward answers from Scott and he never tries to sell you services or parts you don't really need. You know what it is like out there in the auto repair world and guys like these give you faith in humanity again.

One of our vehicles decided to not start..while at work. A co-worker referred us to CS Auto and decided to have the vehicle towed to them. Let me tell you, they took care of us. They were professional, excellent at maintaining communication, and meet our needs. I am so glad we found a truly honest and amazing auto shop. It is a little ways out from where we live, but it is worth it. They are definitely our go-to from here on out. Thank you CS Auto for taking care of us.

This is a basic auto repair shop. By basic, I mean that I had a 5 speed manual Mazda 3 2008 taking to the shop to have my brakes diagnosed. They claim that they can get the problem fixed in a few days and it is just a master brake cylinder and brake booster. So we went forward with that part. We thought the problem was fixed but it wasn't. 10 days later, I notice after checking my fluids that the brake reservoir was already half way down again. I take my car back in and the owner claims that it may just need a bleeding. I get a call a few hours later stating that there is farther damage to be repaired which included my clutch cylinder. I ask why there was no recollection or notice of this problem initially and he responds that they just don't work on many "manual" type of cars. If that is the response to get, than I do not trust my manual car with in your shop hands. There are plenty of other shops that do work on classic cars especially and multiple other types of cars with clutch systems. I took my car elsewhere and saved my time .

Fantastic customer service, great work done very quickly and at very reasonable prices. Got twice as much work done on my car for much less than the competition quoted. Had an absolutely wonderful experience and will not go anywhere else for future auto repairs. Highly recommend.

Honest and agreeable. Note that this is not a body shop (they recommend a place on Canton Road for that). I dont believe I have ever been cheated here, though a couple of times the labor hours seem to be pushing it. I have "questioned" procedures a couple of times that they told me would fix the problem. When the procedure did not fix the original problem, they did refund my money (at cost to themselves).

The guys at CS Auto are the most honest mechanics I've ever come across. They have always given me great service at a fair price. I've trusted them for over 10 years to handle everything from basic oil changes to major engine failure issues. They get my highest recommendation.

Had to take a company truck here to have some fuel pump work done. The guy was very pleasant and easy to dea with. He tried to get us fixed up while my driver waited, unfortunately it turned out to be more involved than we were hoping. I asked how long he thought it would be. I was thinking a week or so before he could get it back to us. He looked busy but he said he would probably have us back on the road by Monday. I liked the way he is handling this truck so I asked him about another issue I already had a quote on and explained the problem. He said there was a much easier way to fix our blown out spark plug problem for a lot less then the place we went to first. So I'm bringing that truck to him as soon as possible.

Scott Simonds runs CS Auto Repair on Canton Road in Marietta, GA. He replaced my '99 Explorer's condenser and got my A/C running properly in under 3 hours on a 95 degree day for a very fair and honest price. He really knows his stuff. They do all types of auto repairs there. HIGHLY recommend!!! (written 8.23.2019)

Owner Chris Simonds is the most honest man you could hope to meet. CS Auto will treat you with respect and tell you the truth about your repair needs. They will also do a great job at an incredibly reasonable price.

I have used CS Auto Repair several times over the years. They are always honest and fair. They let you know what the problem is, what it will take to fix it, and how much it will cost and there are never any surprises. Cars are expensive to own and maintain but finding a reputable repair service that you can trust is priceless. CS meets that standard.
