My experience with this particular classic collision was great. David Brown went above and beyond to keep me informed. He was extremely professional and polite! Julie in the front office was great as well and very eager to help. This is a drastic difference from the Classic Collision location off Cobb parkway. Geico sent me to both locations. The Cobb parkway earlier in the year when someone hit my car while it was parked. Then recently when a rock tore a whole in my passenger rear bumper on the interstate. I explained to Geico that I can not go back to the classic collision on Cobb parkway, that was such a horrible experience. But the one on industrial was great and truly made re evaluate the company as a whole, thankyou guys!

They are more than unhelpful. They lied to me multiple times about speaking with geico. Because I am a black woman who asked a question about my vehicle and did not blindly agree with everything being told to me, they said I was yelling at everyone . I never yelled at anyone.. I actually only spoke to one person my entire experience and we chatted and laughed together. She told me how she learned about cars from her dad and grandfather the same person who lied continuously. She also lied when completing initial steps to have my car towed there. The also decided they wouldn't be servicing my car after having it for 4 days.They also insisted that the damage to my tire (on my brand new 23 vehicle with 15,000 miles) was not from me driving the vehicle post accident and that my tires must ve been like this before the accident occurred . Photos of my tires the day after the accident and almost 1 month later are included. Horrible service. Worse energy.In end they did me the BIGGEST FAVOR by not working on my car. ( I didn t want to take it there to begin with but they had immediate availablity. Always best to trust your gut ). It's being fixed by people with humanity, integrity and actual personalities. I ll drive better and more at peace knowing people who wanted to help me, helped me!

DO NOT use this body shop. I was referred to this store to fix relatively minor body damage by GEICO. I had an appointment scheduled for 9AM on Monday but had to drop the car off AND KEY off in their secure drop box Sunday afternoon as I was heading out of town for the week.I call on Friday upon my return and the lady on the phone says that they had been wondering whose car was parked in their front lot. No inspection and no work had been done because they are apparently too incompetent to communicate with anyone to try and figure anything out about the random car that s parked in their front lot despite me having an appointment and getting confirmation of that appointment from both GEICO and Enterprise (that is apparently on-site). Wow.So I just tell the lady on the phone that I will come get my car and reschedule the inspection. Then she informs me that the shop can t find my $1400 Mercedes key fob and refused to replace it. When I called back saying that I would be bringing them the bill to reimburse me, the woman yelled at me and then hung up on me. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.The photos are of the secure drop box. Great experience. Julie is so nice and helpful and they did a great job on my car. I was shocked how quickly they fixed it and how pleasant the whole experience is.

Beware of theft shop!!! I was recommended by Progressive Insurance claims department to company. This was my second time at Classic Collision for the same work. So far, the bumper repair is good, but they have a theft work in the shop there, less get started,my Sliver change was stolen, my glovebox was open, and my armrest items were moved around and my dash camera was disconnected and turned to the passenger side. I left my concerning with one contact me back about this issue..Please stay away read they reviews.

It's never a pleasant situation dealing with the ramification of an accident, however when I arrived at classic collision Janies welcoming smile and disposition made me feel at home, John the attending mechanic was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and extremely helpful in informing me that the work would be done well.,which made feel secure that I was in good hands thank you and blessings.

When I picked up my vehicle after the body work that was done, I found out that employees who worked on my vehicle stole all of the change from the change compartment. Prior to dropping my vehicle off, this compartment was full of quarters, nickels and dimes. Now it s completely empty.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Update: The response to this review is comical. They clearly did not understand what my review was saying. My car was already fixed when I wrote this review. My issue was the communication during the process was non existent and when I did get responses, they meant nothing. The items in my vehicle, that I was told would be fine, are missing and I do not expect to see them again. This shop is rude, inefficient, and ran by thieves. Do not give them your business.First let me say that my vehicle looks great after the work was completed and Josh was very friendly. That s probably the only positive I have about this shop. Overall it took about four months for my vehicle to get fixed. Three months waiting on parts and three weeks for the vehicle to be repaired. I never received any updates unless I called myself and asked for one, even then it was hit or miss. There s also items missing from my vehicle and I was told they would maybe be returned to me when the work was fully completed. That was not the case. The items I had in my car were not of high-value (cleaning supplies, backseat pet cover, and clothes to be donated), but it is still frustrating. I would not recommend this shop. I only went here because my insurance said that my vehicle would receive priority and it felt like the exact opposite. I m happy with how my vehicle turned out, but my experience with this shop from start to finish was a headache.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Wife closed the garage door on the hood of my Mercedes Benz GL450 by accident. 3 deep scratches, all the way to the metal. Took it and got an estimate.Dropped it off on a Monday, was told it would be ready on Wednesday. Got a call on Wednesday saying they had noticed some imperfections in the paint while buffing it and would need another day. Frustrating, but glad they stepped up and didn't try to hide it.They stripped the hood again, repainted it, reapplied clear coat and had it ready for me to pick up Thursday by COB.And the price was within 6 cents of what they quoted me.Nicely done. I'm a fan. Go check these guys out if you need a repair.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. The team was knowledgeable, responsive, kept me updated, and got the job finished a week early. I highly recommend this shop to anybody looking for body repairs.

Great experience with this collision center. I brought my Mitsubishi to them after an accident 2/28. John kept me informed every step of the way during the process. They told me that it may take extra time due to parts being backordered/shipping issues..however my car was finished before the estimated completion date. It looks good as new. Very satisfied with their customer service, their communication, and the work they did. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Don't plan on needing to come back, but if I do..I will definitely return to this location!

Worst place ever. More concerned with review than performing the work. Tried to give me back my vehicle with a scratched bumper and damaged light cover. They were nice enough to make it right, however from that point on there was a lack of communication, no sense of urgency, and I felt I was doing the work of making sure the repair was completed. When the day came to have the work fixed (scheduled appointment), there was no call and as it got close to closing I had to call to find out the work wasn t even started. It was a whole nother day before I got the car back. Avoid this place.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

This place has definitely the worst customer service. I took my wife's vehicle here since Geico recommended this place (I don't know why). Now it's been over a month since we've been waiting for our vehicle to get completed, mind you, the vehicle was not involved in a serious accident. The reason why they have terrible customer service it's because every time I call they tell me one story and when my wife calls they tell her a different story. Literally their employees don't know what's going on with the vehicles and instead of being honest they prefer to just lie about it. Will definitely be calling corporate and hopefully they can figure out what's going on. My guess is that this place is greedy, therefore taking on a lot of work they can't support.

They did an amazing job on my car and did the work professional and didn t take foreverMy cell phone holder was taken out my car and never replaced at all.But overall great place communication through text worked well for me.

I left my car here for two weeks and they neglected to fix the main thing that was wrong with it. I went here because my car got hit on the right rear bumper and tire. The tire was damaged and had a slow leak and broken valve so getting air in was difficult because it did not seal. I told them about this at check in. Classic Collision fixed everything but the tire and valve which was the main problem. I told them at pick up they neglected to fix my main complaint with the car and they did nothing to correct their mistake. They told me I had to contact my insurance and go through the whole thing again.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Horrible customer service!! Zero stars should be an option for service this bad. Can't give an estimated time for how long a small dent repair will take and touch up paint on a 2x2 area. Can't give an estimated time on how long to get to the vehicle to look at it. Can't give an estimated time on when it will be available for pick up. Completely ignored every question we had. If this wasn't an insurance claim repair I would never never never!!!! do business with Classic Collison Marietta!

I truly do not know how this place is in business. The staff is SO inconsiderate of people s time. I never get clear communication on anything that s happening with my car, whenever I call to get updates or an ETA of when my car will be ready it s always we ll call you right back and I never get a call back. This place is truly ran by clowns to say the least, I bet if you tried to fix your car yourself you d get further along than with these people!Services: Tires, Electrical

Another driver recently hit my parked car, and Classic Collision was the closest acceptable repair shop. I have to admit that, on the front end of the experience, everything went very well. They explained the process and set expectations. Fast forward a day and I am told I need my entire driver side door replaced. After I picked up the car and drove to work I realized they didn't align it properly and I had to come back to get it fixed. Not a big deal, but who doesn't open and close the door after installation to check their work prior to telling the customer to pick up their vehicle? This in and of itself is not a big deal, and would warrant a 4 Star review. BUT.. turns out one of the mechanics took all the change out of my change jar (~$10, but I use it all the time and is extremely convenient to have in my car!) as well. I called the shop to tell them that one of their technicians thinks $10 is worth more than their shop's reputation and was told the GM would call me back. A full week passed and I still haven't heard a thing. What a joke.Conclusion: Yes, they can probably handle basic repair work in a more or less satisfactory fashion. But they don't check their work, steal from your vehicle, and have difficulty keeping their word. If you value integrity, trustworthiness and diligent work, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.**Note: After they responded to this post saying that they take this very seriously, I have not received either a call or email outlining steps taken to ensure this does not happen again. Looks like they only respond to negative reviews to give the impression that they care. Beware!

Worst place ever. They are all over the place, they never know when they are finishing the car, keep postponing with different excuses, poor communication and, when you call to get an update, they put you on hold for like 20 minutes! Horrible customer service. If your insurance gives you the option to choose please Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take your car here!

My car looks like brand new, I was updated throughout the entire repair process, and it was done in a fraction of the time originally estimated. Great experience all the way around. Had a pretty nasty bit of damage which took a week and a half to repair, but I received update calls at least every other day, and the young woman (I believe her name is Erin) at the front desk was a delight. More work to be done soon, and this location is definitely where I'll be going. Easily the best repair experience I've ever had.

Terrible communication. Didn't respond to email. Treated the car owner/customer like an idiot.Caught in them several questionable calls. Debra said that Kaufman tire gives them a special tire price when I asked why the tire shop invoice said 175 and they wanted me to pay 309. So I call Kaufman tire and get a quote for the same 175. Debra then says that all of her other places gives them discount. Is that a lie? In my book it is. Manager said then corrects the tire type on the estimate and the price is now 215. Said they get to charge a 25% markup over the 175. Had I not paid attention to the price and tire type I must wonder if they would had pocketed the difference. Wonder how often they do that.I asked Debra who did the alignment and she said Kaufman. It's was not on the Kaufman invoice. So the manager says that their mechanic did it. So who lied and was the alignment even done.I asked for the tires to be mounted at Kaufman tire. As that's who mounted my other tires and they have the hunter roadforce tire balance machine. This is a unique tire balance machine that only a few shops have. Despite that's what I asked for they failed to have Kaufman use the roadforce balance. It was not on the invoice. Manager said well that's who you asked for and that I should had used their mechanic. That their mechanic has the hunter road force balance. Hunter road force website doesn't list them as a provider for the balance. So who is lieing for this one.My red valve stem caps are gone and they now have silver "nitrogen filled" caps.Car was dropped off and when picked up the odometer had an additional 40 miles. My car daily trip meter said it had been driven 24 miles that day with the last trip being 12 miles. 12 to and from the tire shop. Where is the extra 16 miles?I have a dashcam facing the rear and it was no longer mounted and placed in the side cubby holder. It could have fallen off from heat. But it's was much hotter during the summer months and never fell off. Now it's fall weather and I doubt it fail off.My wife was in the rental car when I picked up my car and she heard the employee driving my car really hard.

Spare yourself the drama and just go to the Classic Collision on Cobb Parkway. The Airport Rd. location needs a lesson in customer service because it's lacking severely. This place just has a weird vibe. The Cobb Parkway location is friendlier and will greet you with a smile. Also, this locations waiting area was not customer friendly nor does it seem like they have cohesion amongst their staff.Just my opinion, we're all entitled to it.Thank you Classic Collision Cobb Parkway, Airport rd. should take notes.Happy Holidays and be blessed. No need to respond I've already spoken to corporate.

I called this place and the woman who picked it up couldn t answer my question about the date scheduled for my car. So instead of letting me know she couldn t help me, she hung up on me. I called back several times and she hung up on me again! I can empathize with having a bad day at work, but don t bring it out on other people. It s so unprofessional.

Was referred to the Airport dr location after a front end Collison , it took an extremely long time for them to " disassemle" and they seemed to look for any little thing to add to my claim bill only for it to be a total loss , although it was only front end damage and the other car involved in the accident wasn't even damaged. I highly advise anyone to just take your car elsewhere and save the headache .
