Zack at Cars Compound provided an excellent experience and great service when having body work completed on my BMW sedan. Prior to earning my business, I completed the necessary research of my repair and collected various quotes from all sides of town. Zack was able to provide the most competitive quote and turn around time. Even with a minor inconvenience, Zack was quick to remedy the situation and go above and beyond to compensate me. Picking up my car detailed on the inside and out was an added bonus! I would highly recommend this auto body shop, with the service provided by Zack.

I had the absolute best experience with this place. I was quoted the job taking two weeks he got it done in a week and the price was extremely reasonable. They did such a great job on the body work I am extremely happy. They even vacuumed my car and washed it I will definitely use them again and I recommend anyone in the area that needs any kind of body work should definitely check them out.

I have done business with Cars Compound twice and was incredibly happy on both occasions. Both cases included the restoration of the paint on my car, while the second included the replacement of four body panels following an accident. This is definitely the place the go, especially for work done on classic cars. I was uniquely impressed with their ability to restore an older car no longer in production (Firebird). I also want to note how consistent multiple members of their staff were in communicating with me through the entire process. They kept me up to date and confident in their ability to restore something special to me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When walking into the store front, to schedule my appointment, I noticed a dead rat just laying on the floor. I informed the manager about this but they did not immediately dispose of the dead rat. They just said "Oh okay". I needed a new rim and I agreed to have them install it as well for a fee of $125 in total. The manager told me it would take 30min to an hour. At the hour mark the manager informed me that the tire pressure sensor would need to be replaced as well, since the wheel is being replaced. (which they didn't mention at first) but I agreed to the $35 add on. In all this process took 2 hours... (note: other shops only take 5-10min to take a tire off) and To top it off they charged me a HIDDEN *SUPPLIE FEE which I was not informed of !this place is only good for parts... do not get the service they just want to rack up fees..

I needed to replace a damaged door (more complicated than you would think) and contacted Zack at Cars Compound. His quote was less than other shops, but most important - the repair was done right. Good people there, I highly recommend them.

I have never written a review online for anything. ever. But I have to write this review. Zach is truly a miracle worker. I went to six other dealers who gave me ridiculous estimates and told me that they need at least 2~3 months to repair the damages. FYI I had a scratch and some dents on my car. I couldn't believe what they were asking for. Cars Compound was my last body shop that I went to. Zach was nothing but great and he gave me great estimates with a reasonable timeline for repairs. I not only saved money but I saved time. I truly recommend Zach and Cars Compound. Zach has earned my business and I am more than confident to recommend Zach to anyone. Zach thank you so much I really appreciate it.

Very satisfied on repairs done on our 2023 Camry that. Other body shop would not do the repairs because the car was to old. Price for the repairs was very reasonable.

Cars Compound has been our go-to since moving to Marietta. They are trustworthy, prompt, and communicative. We ve used them for multiple auto body repairs as well as other maintenance like brake replacements. Great both directly and through insurance. Highly recommend!

Service wasn't good had to get our money back. They wasn't timely on getting my friend daughter a car tag registered so we didn't get the car and the location building/parking lot is extremely raggedy smh

I had the pleasure to meet Zach. I was quoted 250 dollars with no warrenty for a battery at another location. With Cars Compound i was able to get the same battery for slot less, and with 5 years warranty. Very friendly service. They also specialize in other things like interior repair and body work. Highly recommended.

Trying to do some touch-up paint and find this good place! Zach is so polite, welcoming, and professional! He asked and respected my requirements and helped me with the scratches on my car. While we are waiting for my paint to dry, he showed me some of the painting work they finished, which is fabulous. I could not tell the difference if he did not tell me. I will come back if I need any other car services in the future because of the great customer service and repairing technique.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Zack when I arrived at Cars compound.I stopped by many body shops in Cherokee and Cobb county, and I decided to choose Cars compound due to excellent customer service and fair estimates.Zack was extremely knowledgeable, fast and sufficient at helping me with my car issues. He did an amazing job fixing my front bumper on my Jetta R-line. He was able to repaint and fix the Front bumper on time.He is very professional & polite. He took time to kindly explain everything he was working on, as to not keep me in the dark. I absolutely love this place. They have excellent attention to detail and amazing customer experience. Zack was very helpful and professional. This was my first time. My car needed some external repairs and full paint. Zack explained the process clearly and the prices are very competitive. They were able to do the work in less time and they stayed in touch providing updates. The entire service was incredible. I am super happy with the results. My car looks like new. Zack has been amazing to work with!I first brought my car in for an oil change which they completed extremely quickly. About two weeks later, my check engine light came on and turns out I needed a new catalytic converter. Zack and his team worked with me to get me a great deal and I was able to drop off my car and have it repaired in one day!! Everyone I worked with at Cars Compound have been amazingI don't often write reviews however I felt inclined to in this case. Both gentlemen Wally & Zack were friendly and welcoming. Being new to the Georgia area they made me feel very comfortable and in good hands. I especially appreciated the extra time they took to detail my car inside and out which was not expected. Very professional. Great customer service. Patrick and Zack are very nice and know what they are doing. I was told I needed an alternator for my Acura from another company. After a full diagnostics check. Turns out it was only the battery. I would definitely recommend Cars Compounds to anyone who needs a great mechanic and I would definitely return for future service on my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service.

I love this place. Their process are good, mechanics are good, honest work and affordable price. After searching so many garages, I found them as 1 stop shop, total transparency and good customer service. Zack is very good patiently explain everything and excellent customer care. I always take my mazda cx9 for their care.

I have been using cars compound since I got my van earlier this year. They have always been so helpful and very good prices. Zack is the one the usually takes care of my car and he always keeps me updated on how long it will take and the price. They also are very upstanding when I bring my 3 young children in. This place is amazing!

Zack to the rescue! My A/C died on my Honda Accord. I also needed a new passenger side mirror. I knew the only place I was taking it was Cars Compound. Zack ordered the parts last Thursday and set up my appointment for yesterday at 10 am. I was comfortable hanging out waiting for everything to be completed. When I left I had a beautiful new side mirror and I was freezing my A/C was so cold in my car. Everything was done quickly and I couldn't be happier. Cars Compound gets the job done right, the first time. I have taken two family vehicles there and each time the experience was excellent. The technicians and staff are professional and courteous. They offer a wide variety of services and the quality of those services, is top notch. I left feeling confident that the repairs made to my vehicles was done correctly and in a timely manner. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Everything started off very promising with this business. It all went downhill once my car was returned to me. Trying to get things done correctly on my car was the absolute worse. To avoid a long story I was left with my trunk no longer operating properly and panels not on the rear correctly.

Wonderful staff. Zack is very nice and professional. I moved to GA in September 2018 and bought a beautiful 2015 Nissan from Chris at VIP Kars next door and added a Maintenance service package. I have had 3 maintenance services here which include LOF, complete maintenance check, tire check and rotate if needed, a thorough hand car wash, vacuum, quick wax, interior clean & armorol - all the guys do a great job! Zack and the entire staff at Cars Compound and Chris at VIP Kars are terrific!
