I had a wonderful experience at CarSpa on Windy Hill from the affordable pricing to the wonderful staff. It was a pleasure from beginning to end.Verrnell s attention to detail and the overall customer experience was exceptional. I will be making this my new car wash home.

This place is amazing! Cheapest oil change I ve had for my Lexus. The service was very quick, I came on my lunch break and it took less than 20 minutes. I love how you get a free car wash with your oil change. They always have discounts and are great with helping you find them.

Initially, I had a really good experience with this location. The service is quick and user friendly. I could not say the same thing about the company website. I moved to a different area after getting a membership. I canceled the membership online right before I moved, but the membership fee was still being charge to my card for a few months. I was extremely upset at the fact that the site did not provide me with any confirmation that my membership had been canceled. While the customer service was not helpful at all with this situation, the store GM - Vernell was great. He called me directly and straighten the whole situation out. This location truly cares about good customer service!!

I highly recommend the Car Spa on Windy Hill in Marietta! I love that they have memberships so I can go through the car wash as many times as possible. That s especially helpful during the summer months when pollen is high. The GM(Vernell) is very friendly and professional and always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car is super clean and spotless. I always have a great experience.

The attendant was very funny informative and professional. Answer all all questions with a joke and a smile. A lot of discount offers that I will be taking advantage of. The car wash itself was very good and really put a shine to my tires and rim . The free vac suction was really good . I was impressed I do recommend!

This place is a gem!! I m very happy that I stumbled across it. The staff for the oil change was so informative and helpful. It was the quickest oil change I ve ever gotten. The prices are great! And I got a free car wash. This place was definitely God sent. Thanks Pat

I enjoy coming to this car wash especially when I m in a hurry. Gets my car in the condition I need it when I don t have the time to do it myself. But this particular experience was exceptional because I pulled up literally when they just closed but Amanda came out and allowed me to run through the tunnel however she didn t have control of me being able to use the vacuum as they are on a timer.

I usually hand wash my baby but every now and then I have to go to a car wash. When I do I only go to Car Spa on Wendy Hill. Vernell is awesome, always friendly and provides fresh towels! I love the touch less dryers.

Wow!!!!! This was my 1st time here. The service with excellent. This location has self vacuum before or after car wash.Oil change and emission services as well. My visit was quick and easy I needed to just wash the nasty POLLEN off... silver bullet is soo clean now even my TIRES look so much better Thank you Vernell..

Fast and simple for the cost! Used to have a subscription elsewhere but really just need someplace to run the car through once per week and wipe down my wheels because I take care of my own interior. So for around $20/mth that s not bad! Love that they have working vacuums and towels for self use.

Patrick and his team were awesome!! The scanner wasn t working so he just gave us a wash for free this first time! Super nice guys, easy service to use and fast!!! Very quiet car wash it didn t feel like a tornado very affordable prices as well though and they offer oil change services! Love

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a car wash that left a lasting impression. Not only were the workers polite, but the entire facility was clean. Upon arriving to get an oil change, I was greeted by the attendant. I received an oil change, which took about 10-15 minutes. I was then instructed to show my receipt to the attendant at the car wash. Once I pulled up to the car wash a gentleman who was very polite and pleasant directed into the line. My only issue, there were no clean towels at my booth or spray bottles.

Our service agent Pat was very friendly and kind. Gave recommendations and was good at up-selling additional services (not in a pushy way lol.) The location has easy access from Cobb Pkwy and Windy hill at the corner and don't forget they do oil changes and have a gas station on deck!

D was a nice young man managing the in coming cars however being the only staff is a dis-service to the business. There was no one to restock clean towels, cleaning fluid for the inside of the cars was empty and garbage cans over flowing. Since it is now self serve, the vacuum need to have stronger pressure. Great bargain at $5 but need better staffing.

I ve been to many of these auto car washes in the area and this one does the best job in my personal opinion. It s right off the exit and very accessible, and there s always enough employees on site to handle the amount of traffic to ensure the line moves quickly. Vernell is very approachable and always super enthusiastic to see you and help in any way; he and his team are always working diligently to make your car wash experience easy and expedient. The detailing stalls are spacious and well-maintained. And unlike most other car washes, navigating your vehicle through the car wash pavilion is super easy and hassle-free with ample space to move freely and two different exits. I recently went through a competitor car wash that charges 3x the price and was amazed at how much better my regular car wash does than the more expensive, big brand car wash. Membership is well worth the price!

I initially pulled in just for the free vacuums , until I was greeted by the GM , Who ended up further assisting me to actually get my car cleaned through the wash ! Everybody was so nice and sweet. It was such a good first time experience. Will be back soon !

Mr Thurston and Mr Vernell both gave me a great time. Mr Thurston helped with my oil change and perfectly explained to me the differences between what type of oil I was getting. The change took about 10 minutes or even less and then the General manager Mr Vernell was a very enthusiastic and fun dude that helped with leading me to the car wash. They were both very nice and I had a great first time experience there

I am from New Orleans and when I pulled up to this car wash Vernell(GM) gave me that ATL family hospitality. I was having an issue paying and his lively personality made my day. He got me together and his colleague Patrick as well. My car is so fresh so so clean. Thank you baaaaaaabae in my New Orleans voice.

My fianc� and I both have their membership wash and have always had a good experience. Staff is friendly, especially their GM Vernell! They do a good job prepping your vehicle before going through the wash to get any spots that are typically missed at other automatic car washes.

D was extremely helpful and paid close attention to details when washing my vehicle, he got the tires very clean, which had rust from break Dust that I couldn t get off just on the basis wash. Car Soa provided Quick service with free vacuuming, I even got upgraded. I will be returning.

Amazingly fast and very thorough cleaning..I honestly had doubts before even giving them a chance.. But once I inspected the vehicle? As clean as the showroom. (And they have the compressed air) to super clean the interior. Shanti was a pleasure and the shift manager was AMAZING. I will be a monthly member..

Vernell was very helpful, generous, nice patient and very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the location and its amenities. I wish all car spas had courteous service as such. This was an impeccable experience and I will be coming here more often. The price is lower than where I usually go.
