I had exceptional customer service from Naomi, who kept me well informed about my updates on my fiat 500. Very impressed with her kindness and support! To the service department, you guys did a flawless job restoring my fiat back, to not being able to tell any damage was done to it! Caliber Collision representative, Mike S., was helpful, friendly, attentive, easy to work with, assisted with rental car details and coordination, kept me informed, and promptly ensured return to my rhythm of life, as the repair was completed and my vehicle returned to me prior to the anticipated completion date! Caliber made the repair process easy. As a certified AllState shop, they handled the claim, my rental car and did a fantastic job within the specified repair timeframe they quoted. Friendly and professional staff who kept me informed via text and voicemail. Easy process.

The repair to my car is fantastic. My rep Naomi kept me informed during the entire process. The estimate time of completion was about a week or two. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and it was ready Thursday!

I want to show the team my appreciation. This is my second time here for car accident repair. They do a great job getting my car fixed and cleaned. And they get it done fast! The customer service here is truly one of a kind. I was dealing with insurance and rental car company, the office manager lady (forgot her name) even went to hertz with me. I will recommend everyone to come to this location for car repair. Amazing team! Thank y all

Had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision. Michael took great care of my car. Brought it in to get repairs after a fender bender. He not only fixed the repairs, but he also had my car cleaned. It really felt like a new car when I picked it up. Thank you Michael!

It s been Over 6 months since I got my vehicle back and I said I would give an accurate review. My car is still running very well and looks great thanks to caliber. Insurance agents were a nightmare, but I m so glad Caliber was part of this process.

Had work done here , whole repair process went great. Had left a pretty expensive water bottle tumbler there, when I came back looking for it , front desk , young black lady with short hair, was extremely rude annoyed look on and unhelpful. Response was apparently no lost and found and all customer property us thrown away. The whole interaction really ruined what otherwise would have been great service.

The quality control person could not have gone over my vehicle prior to my picking up the car. There was a rust chip on the driver's side front bumper. The left side front bumper was not flush with the vehicle. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, there was not an apology offered for the oversite. I also had to demand an extension of my rental car with enterprise so that they could fix the problem.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Over the last seven years I've had Caliber (formerly ABRA) repair 3 different cars of mine after they were banged up. They always did great work. So when I needed to have the bumper cover on my Jetta repaired, they were the only shop I contacted. This was going to be an out-of-pocket job, so I requested an estimate using their online tool. The next day I received my estimate, and given that it involved a new bumper cover, paint, and labor, it was a lot more money than I was wanting to pay. I made an appointment for an estimator to look at it and give me a price for simply re-attaching the existing bumper cover. Service Advisor Ashley first took a look at it in the parking lot and then stepped away for a moment. She came back with a couple of small hand tools and immediately began working on the bumper! She then enlisted the help of one of the body repairmen and he got down on the wet pavement and put everything back together in just a few minutes. It might have taken all of fifteen minutes for the repair, but I would have been happy to pay for an hour of labor. But when I asked Ashley, "How much?" she just smiled and said "Oh, there's no charge." That kind of customer service needs to be recognized and publicized, so here you go, Caliber, Ashley, and the bodyman whose name I didn't get!

Very clean shop. Everyone was extremely courteous and explained,in detail, what had to be done. They gave me an estimated completion date and the vehicle work was completed two days early. Caliber Collision in Marietta ended up doing the repair when the Duluth shop was too busy. The Marietta shop was beyond excellent with communication and the repairs looked perfect. My car was returned and looking like new!

Front the moment I arrived at Caliber Collisions, I knew my car would be in good hands. The receptionist, Lindsay, was so sweet and ensured that I was comfortable with the process, being that this was my first car accident. The mechanics were also personable and kept me laughing!The pricing for my repair was explained in detail, and my car was able to be picked up the same day! Throughout the repair, I received text message updates on the status of my car, and they even went above and beyond to retrieve my debit card for me! My car was ready three days earlier than expected, but I waited till the due date to pick it up. I was so happy to see my baby, and it looks as if the accident ever happened! I am so satisfied with the service provided at Caliber Collisions.

All of the staff members were personable, professional and courteous. They also coordinated very well with Enterprise, making sure I got picked up and handling the drop off for the rental car. Had my car repaired after my neighbors tree fell on it. This is my second time using Caliber and they didn't disappoint. First, they got me back my car 2 weeks earlier than promised and clean.
