Today I bought a car from C Link and it was the best experience. Jasmine was wonderful and so professional, she addressed every question and returned every call promptly with kindness. I am so pleased with my experience at C Link that I am going to recommend this dealership to all my friends. Not only did I get a great car but payments I could afford. Jasmine worked above and beyond and I appreciate her. Thank you C Link.

*WARNING WARNING WARNING* SCAM ALERT!!DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THIS LADY!!!The lady will sale you a lemon and when purchasing she guarantees one year warranty which she does not honor. She won t answer the phone after you purchase the car if there s a problem she will block your number and will not attempt to be the honest person she says she is. She has a gift for gab. Makes you think she so honest and good person when she is nothing but a liar and scam artist. My friend bought a car and the motor blew in 4 days and she now has the car and won t return and calls. If you want a good car please don t waste your hard earned money there.

I just want to say that I had the best experience at C link. And Jasmine was phanomal(Sales professional) . She answered every question we had and helped us with everything we needed. All with a great attitude and great customer service. I will definitely be referring other here. If you need a good running car with low prices and great customer service please go to C-Link Auto Repair and Sales.

Extremely unprofessional. Would put 0 if I could. Trying to buy a truck, viewed the truck twice because of issues with the truck. Would not sign my loan until issues were fixed. They fixed them, we agreed on buying the truck. Told them check was coming in the mail in the morning. Gave them a call to let them know I would be leaving soon to pick up the truck with check in hand. Said they sold the truck and hung up the phone while I was talking. Knew I had a loan coming that day, and couldn t even give me a call saying it was sold. Will be notifying the Better Business Bureau as well.

Whatever you do, dont buy a car from Central-Link Auto sales. I made the ultimate mistake of choosing them to buy my daughter her first car for Christmas. I test drove the car and it drove fine- so I bought it. Days later, it rained and the car flooded badly. I contacted Central link- Jasmine and they did say that they would fix the issue. I turned the car in to them. They kept my car for two weeks and when it was returned, there were items missing from the car like the spare tire, floor mats, car chargers, - all gone.....and the car was NOT fixed. I AM NOW SPENDING HUNDREDS TO FIX A PREEXISTING ISSUE THAT THEY KNEW FIRST HAND THAT WAS A PROBLEM. Even after keeping my car for two weeks, I felt robbed in more than one way. I called over a hundred times- no answer.DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM ! ADULTS THAT LIE , STEAL, AND MAKE FALSE PROMISES SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Buy at your own risk. Thank you, honest hard working victim.

These guys are great! They were straight forward, honest and didn't want me to unnecessarily waste my money. I came in concerned about my brakes after Pep Boys down the street said they weren't able to flush them due to rust. Robby took a close look at my car and reassured me that it looked good. These guys know what they are talking about and won't bullshit you. Thanks!

This place is beyond my expectations! They are first and foremost knowledgeable of what they are doing and very kind and polite people. My car is always in and out. They are not money hungry and will explain what you need. I really truly love this place. So whatever you do stop by Central Link before you go anywhere else. I promise you will not be disappointed

Do not buy a car from this place. They sold me a truck that broke down on my way home. I towed it back to be fixed and it broke down again after I picked it up. Sold me a truck with a bad transmission and when sent back wouldn t fix anything. Please learn from my mistake and do not buy from them. They (jasmine and owner) will lie and threaten lawyers on you. Please trust this review and do not go anywhere near there. Should have trusted other reviews and saved me a lot of money and heart ache.

Terrible business practices. Very unethical and would not return my money after they sold me a part, that they said would fit my car. Please avoid this business at all cost. All I wanted was my $100 back and they would get their rim and tire back, unused. Let me stress, it wouldn't fit my car. I wouldn't bring my bike to them.

I previously shared a negative review. The owner reached out to me to rectify the situation and in the end proved that he was not being deceiving. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond to protect their image as well as their business. I think that he's honest and really cares about making his customers happy. Copart on the other hand will be hearing from me until they make it right with me!

I give this company five Stars I bought a wonderful vehicle from here at a great price runs great also had a work done at a great price Jasmine is also wonderful she's a great help with a great attitude and great energy!! I will for sure be back again and again

The african guy working on the cars needs a serious attitude adjustment. He really needs a lesson on how to talk to female customers. It's funny how he adjusts his tone accordingly when addressing men. If you get so agitated answering simple questions about a vehicle you're working on, then you probably shouldn't be working on vehicles. You obviously dislike your job. Also the AC in the waiting room apparently doesn't work, extremely uncomfortable on a hot day.

Absolutely horrible. Girl at the front desk will literally sit there on facetime and catch an attitude when you ask questions. Super unprofessional as she was playing with the workers and walking around on her phone. We sat there for damn near an hour until she says "Let me call and see if they have the parts to bring over." She should have did that when we came INSIDE THE SHOP and told her what we needed but instead she decided to play around and leave her post. She also took my friends card and put it on a desk in some machine and LEFT and didn't tell her so my friend had to reach over the counter and snatch her card out. They are very careless!!!!! Will not go again.

I brought my suv for a simple brake change I parked my car in the first bay the so called manager got in my car to check my check engine light and the illiterate illegal that works on the brakes also got in my car to move it to the second bay once they were done with repairs they immigrant comes up to me saying door no open so I go and look and the door handle Is broken off I nicely said this was not like this before he looked at me and says I did not break I did not break I said well how did your manager get into my car to check the check engine light and then you got in it to move it to the next bay when you had to go through the front door to get in and now I can t even open my front door to get in it myself explain that. So the so called manager comes out and says we did not do that so I again said you yourself had to open my door and now it won t even open to let me in and she just shrugged and said I can play back the tapes and have the owner call you I know what that means so I just left they are so broke they can t even fix the damages they do not even a 15 dollar door handle

This "business" is the most unorganized and unprofessional establishment I've ever came across. They barely pick up the phone and lack proper customer service skills. Please do not let the cheap prices fool you because you get exactly what you pay for. They said there is new management but this place is still high risk!!!!!

I have purchased a vehicle from here and had service done to a prior vehicle. I trust them. Oil changes I have had done here also. Sometimes they are extremely busy but I will wait cause I trust their work.

They tell you they have a part, then drive across town to get it, and they say they don't have it. Unorganized business people. But they were polite. Just unorganized.

DO NOT COME HERE. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY LOST PARTS OF MY TRUCK AND ACTED STUPID LIKE THEY WERE NOT HELD RESPONSIBLE. I LOST MONEY AND TIME COMING HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE MANAGER IS CLUELESS AS TO WHAT GOES ON. PLEASE BEWARE.

My children were sitting in the lobby for 20-30 minutes waiting until someone finally walked in. Very Very unorganized and very playful while their customers were waiting for them in the front bay area.
