I am writing to express my satisfaction with the service I received when I had my aftermarket tires installed on my Mercedes-Benz GLE 53 AMG at your Marietta, Georgia location.The process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I've been coming here for about 5 years. They've reworked my Chrysler 300's rear suspension, repaired the front end, replaced brakes and tires on my car and my on wife's car. Things are always done on time and the repairs have lasted. The staff is super friendly and they give plenty of price options with no effort to up-sell to the highest priced item. I recommend them to my friends who want tires, wheels, or suspension work. (They probably do more than that but so far it is all I've needed.) I don't like having car repairs but when I need repairs this is my shop.

Customer service was top notch as expected. My sales associate really spent the time addressing all of my questions and he was more than happy to display several different wheel options next to my truck so I could get a better idea of what looked best. Because they spent the right amount of time with me and throughout the whole process I never felt pressured, I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the wheels and tire package that day. They had my new wheels and tires installed and me out the door within three hours. If you are looking for a fair price, outstanding customer service and a zero pressure sales approach then Butler tire is the first place you should go.

Wayne from Butler Tires and Wheels was great to work with. He gave me all the information on my wheels, tires, and even sorted out fitment with spacers. Super knowledgeable and helpful, made the whole process a breeze.

Wayne and his staff were awesome they were able to align my Tesla & rotate my tires. You would not believe how many wanna be tire shops asked me if I wanted the oil changed in my Tesla. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for!

I came from Tucker and my tire pressure light came on. I passed by Butler Tire and Wheels to get some air in my tires. They were persistent that I go in , open up a ticket to get it checked out. The owner, Gary insisted I do it because he would rather me be stuck here than on 75! Welp, he was right!! I had a nail in my tire and they took care of it, even at closing time. God really loves me and so does Butler Tire and Wheels. I avoided a flat tire on 75 .Thank you Gary and your team for top notch customer service!!

Butler Tire is the BEST! Been a customer for almost 40 years and they always provide the best service, great tires, alignment and balancing at fair prices. They know what they are doing and you can always trust them to make the right recommendation. Don t go anywhere else.

The guys at Butler are wonderful. I frequent the shop in Marietta. Wayne sold me the tires for my Subaru Outback and worked with me to get the exact right ones for my needs. I am off the beaten path a good bit. I was in yesterday to have the tires rotated and balanced. Their service after the sale is wonderful. Obviously not just about selling me tires. Thank you to everyone there for the wonderful service.

Everyone is really nice and they communicate well. They may charge a little more than other places, but things get done the right way. They even shined my wheels, which was a nice surprise.

Wayne provided great customer service from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done to fix my tires from cupping. He scheduled me the following week, and my service was completed in a timely fashion. Wayne was very helpful and answered all my questions. Best customer service I ve received in a long time.

Came here after another shop in Kennesaw was having issues with my tires. Got here and the people were really friendly. Got my tires put on easily, and even gave me a small discount due to my issues with the other shop. Very great place and worth every penny!

Amazing service! This is the best place I have been with my cars. Everyone is super friendly. The tires come with alignment, rotation and check of breaks for the lifetime on the tires. This is our new place to go.

Cory took care of my black sq5 with savini wheels. Just got my second pair of tires Michelin 4s great recommendation by Cory. They cost little extra but you get the what u pay for. They have great grip and cornering speed. The car feel so much more stable and has great control in high speed and corner speed, thank you Cory and butler for being the best tire place in Atl.

Butler Tires have done all my cars for the last 20+ years and always done a great job. Yesterday they installed my special ordered Vossen wheels on my RS6 and as alway the result was perfect.Very professional organization, the only place to go for wheels and tires.

I love Butler Tire.It is well worth the drive from Savannah, GA.I will be getting my brakes upgraded next.I was surprised to see my car made the Butler Tire website, after I purchased my rims and tires back during 2020.

I assumed going into Butlers to get two tires I BROUGHT in myself on a Wednesday around 2 pm would be a better idea than going in on a Monday or Friday or Saturday right ? WRONG! I got there and there was barely any vehicles in the parking lot or garage. I gave my keys to the advisor and I sat there for over two hours. FOR TWO TIRES!! After the first hour I had to ask the guy with the Australian accent how much longer it would be? I had to basically update him on what I was there for. And by his reaction I was totally forgotten about . I waited an additional hour only to get up & look through the service bay window at my car sitting there complete, as 4 techs were having a jolly old time leaning on my car basically playing paper rock scissors. When I finally got my car back I was offered ZERO compensation, but actually charged $106 for a two hour wait AMAZING!!

terrible communication with the customer, they left my car at 12 pm to do an alignment, tire rotation, they said it would be ready in 2 hours, they only told me it was ready at 4:15 pm and they still didn't do the alignment which was more important, I lost the day for them to do just one tire rotation... I don't recommend it! poor organization and communication with the customer.

Huge fan of Butler Tires & Wheels. Wayne specifically helped me out a ton during the stressful time of replacing a flat tire when I had no spare early in the morning. They got me set up with a loaner wheel for the day while the ordered the matching tires so I could still get my day going. Thank you Wayne and BT&W Team. You all have earned my business moving forward for any of my tire/wheel needs.

I picked up my first set of wheels ever for my 2010 Nissan Altima here. They were very helpful in helping me find a set that was compatible with my car and explaining to me the dimensions and their meaning. installation took a couple hours. All together I spent ~$1200.

Drove 3 hours to have some wheels looked at but not serviced. Cost me $100 and a day off of work . And called before hand!The best thing was I got to see a set of wheels for my next project. But I will purchase from someone else.

Great customer service and knowledgeable about their services, plus the waiting room has everything you need to pass the time. My personal favorite is the outdoor high top tables to enjoy the weather.

Gary and Ziggy were great in taking care of my car and getting it in the next day for tires, suspension work and an alignment. I would highly recommend them, especially for performance cars.
