Was referred to this shop by a friend and they lived up to ALL the expectations. Justin was very professional, the team got the work done quickly, and at no time did I feel like they were trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn t need. Honest and professional shops are hard to find these days, but these guys are the real deal. Oh, AND I paid almost $200 less than what I was quoted by another shop for the same tires. I ll definitely be back.

These folks are the real deal. They're honest, they only recommend work if it actually needs to be done, and they communicate clearly. I'm a huge fan and have great respect for their ownership. The owner's son, Brandon, is also a stellar human being, and he has a dent-removal and auto buffing business that I highly recommend!

Honest & fair shop in EC that handles a lot of our automotive needs under one roof. You re able to make appointments and the estimated times on repairs are always on time. Drop off/Pick up is super easy especially for busy people.

Normally I dread oil change days or anything else that has to do with getting my car serviced simply because it usually takes forever. More importantly, the mechanics usually take advantage of female customers due to us not being familiar with a lot of car maintenance. Not here though, each employee I have encountered has been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I really appreciate them breaking down car mechanic terms and helping me understand what is going on with my car and the best way to handle it. I will be back.

I have used BP car care for a while now and I am always so pleased with the service. No wait for oil change and emission inspection and easy to make an appointment for other service. They are friendly and I always feel like a valued client every time I go for service.

I went in for an emission test and was seen right away. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and treated me as if I was the only customer there as he welcomed and appreciated me. I would definitely come back here for more services.

The BP Car Care Center is very professional and fast. They get the work done quickly and do so with very high-quality work. Additionally, they do a great job explaining complex car problems to someone who does not know much about auto servicing. Lastly, they called multiple times to check in and make sure everything was working properly after the job is done. They are good and honest people.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Came by to get air in my tires. It was noticed that my front tire ended to be replaced. No pressure sales or anything. I got an estimate from BP and another trie store near by. Went with BP and am very happy I did! Very professional and great service!

Fabulous, knowledgable and friendly staff!! Been taking my vehicles to them for almost 20 years now and never had a bad experience. They ve never tried to take advantage or gouge me with services I don t need. On the contrary, they do everything they can to help me extend the life of my vehicle in the most economical ways possible. The gentleman who assisted me were very knowledgeable and professional. I took my Tesla Model 3 here to have 4 tires installed (I bought the tires online from another retailer) and had a wonderful experience. This place was familiar with Teslas and also aftermarket wheel covers on Teslas; they didn t damage the wheel covers during removal or reinstallation. My appointment was for 8am and I was out of there by 9am. They were very respectful of my time and kept me updated with the progress. I will definitely be going back here and will be taking my other vehicles here as well.Service: Tires

Fast, efficient, polite and helpful. I came in for an emissions inspection, and they happily topped up my tire pressure when I asked. They even told me when I was due for my next service, when I asked.

Really like this place and the service I got was excellent. I think this is the first time anyone ever got my alignment correct after owning this car for five years. I thought it was the car that was messed up but apparently I just needed someone that you what they were doing For a change! I purchased a set of Uniroyal tiger paw tires for my 2010 Lexus RX 350. A friend of mine has these on both of his cars and loves them. Best tires he s ever had he said. After a week, I have to agree they are the best I ve ever had as well . A bonus for me was the owner of this company has a son who does bodywork. So on top of getting new tires I got a great paint job on my front bumper for a wonderful price. Very happy with this company and the fact it s family owned and operated. I was attracted by all the five star ratings, and I was not disappointed at all. Jeff, Justin and the rest of the employes at Tire Prows are first class, It is hard to find a shop in East Cobb to work on a Deisel truck. They can and do fix whatever problem I have.I recommend them to all my friends.

I have been a loyal customer at BP Car Care Center for the past 10 years, and I cannot recommend them enough. Every time I come here, I receive excellent service without fail. But the best part about this business is that they genuinely care about their customers.Recently, I had an issue with my car that I needed help with, and Justin and Tim went above and beyond to assist me in resolving it. They didn't have to do that, but it's clear that they truly value their customers and their satisfaction.
