For over 15yrs I would send everyone asking about a mechanic to Nick and everyone said the same thing. He was always honest about what was going on & offered affordable rates. Maybe time and people have changed him. I hadn t had a service need in years, but when my heat stopped blowing, he was the first person I thought of. Yesterday s personal experience made me permanently delete the contact info. I know a little about cars and was seeking clarity on what it was he found wrong (blower motor/heater core/electrical issue etc). Never got a clear answer. And then to say Im just waiting for whatever dumb question you re going to ask was even a bit much for the New Yorker grace that he s been afforded by so many. I d rather pay more for better service elsewhere. He could have saved me the time and said I m no longer interested in having customers. I m certain he wouldn't have have said that to a man. Such is life .You don t have to SHOW me twice that you don t want my business. I wish him the best in the future.

Good custer service. They replace my water pump on my lexus es 350 .much cheaper than the dealership and everything seems to be back normal. Would highly recommend l.

Had my Rack and pinion completely replaced which would have cost me over $1000 anywhere else. Nick did an inspection and then showed me options for saving money. He showed me where I could get the part from a salvage yard for only $68 and he only charged me $300 flat For labor. I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing in case something happened but everything has been great since. This is an awesome business! UPDATE: year later, car is running perfectly after having my rack and pinion replaced and a new ac compressor put in. They do AMAZING work and they don t cheat you!

Excellent service. I had a rear main seal repaired on my 2005 Chevy Silverado. He got it and out quickly. No more leaks.

I highly recommend coming here for all your service needs! They will NOT rip you off and treat you with so much respect. Especially being a woman, he made sure to explain everything to me and show me everything he was doing. My Honda Civic was having trouble turning over and I went to advanced auto and other places and they told me it was my alternator. I got recommended to come here and Nick did everything he could to figure out the issue - he even got a new alternator put it in and it still had the same issue and didn t charge me a single penny for it. He then recommended I go to a dealership to get it checked out. But wow, what amazing service that is!! THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

This has been my mechanic for over 5years, THEY ARE THE BEST!!! It s always my one stop shop- Anything and Everything I need Nick and his Team gets it Done! The service is efficient and prices are amazing. I trust him the most and I will recommend Big Apple Auto to everyone!

Amazing mechanic!!! He does not beat around the bush and fix unnecessary parts. He is honest and extremely reasonable. Very kind, easy to talk to, highly knowledgeable, and gets you back on the road quickly! I am forever grateful for the referral from my co-worker. He is the best in town! As long as I live here, he will be my mechanic!

Arriving from out of town and faced with a 4 hour return journey driving blind after our wipers stopped working during the intense rain today, we stopped off at Big Apple autos in the hope try could fix the issue.The manager Nick was super friendly and the mechanic Isaac was incredible; stripping and replacing the wiper motor, and having us back on the road in 20 minutes. Amazing service and incredibly reasonable pricing.

It's hard to find an honest mechanic, but he's one. He says there no reason to upcharge or rip people off because with time, all cars need servicing. So if he treats the customer right, they'll return over & over and send their family & friends. He's right, I've been taking my cars to him for over 10 years & he hasn't let us down yet. I've sent numerous family & friends his way too.

These guys are amazing! honest and top notch service. Highly referred! Fixed my AC in under 20 mins while my usual mechanic was asking for 3 hours! Nick is now my preferred mechanic as long as i drive.

Wow, this is the best mechanic I've been to in my years of driving. Straight talk, no fluff or wooing into unnecessary service. Nick was up front about the problem, how to fix it and what we might see down the road. Fixed my car the same day, and in under an hour. I am so pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to refer my friends to Big Apple, or to approach with any problem, big or small.

HONEST! Absolutely fantastic! I believe my husband was meant to find this place. We have had so many issues with mechanics trying to suck every penny they can. A wrong turn and we found the kindest man who owns a shop on the side street off that road.. He helped my husband and refused to charge us... No questions, scams, or sweet talk...He listened, said bring the car in, and started working on it!!! I know this sounds crazy.. It was labor, no parts but I have yet to meet a mechanic working to lift a finger for free. I am grateful and this will be our new mechanic...as long as Big Apple Automotive my husband and I will be loyal customers for any automobile needs.

Treated like family. Knew I wasn't getting ripped off. The cleanest and nicest shop I've seen, not on TV. Very comfortable waiting area. On top of all that, the work is exceptional.

Just an amazing place to go. Been knowing the owner for year's and I will never go to another mechanic as long as he can service my vehicle. Great staff as well. I love it! Definitely recommend this place.

Quality of Work, Quality of Character, Fair Pricing. I am closing in 15 years with Nick. Smart, honest and straightforward. He may not tell you what you want to hear. He tells you the truth backed by Automotive Institutional, Intelligence, Training and Experience. It matters.Nick has serviced at least 12 of my cars including those bought for my children - Mercedes, 2 Caddys, 2 Kias, 3 American made Trucks, Hondas, Mitsubishi, A Jeep, and A couple of Chevys. Came to the ATL from Chi in 1979 and have known a lot of business owners over the years, Nick is my go-to guy, period. I have been a hard-nosed self-employed business owner for decades. Respect amongst business owners has to be earned. Nick has earned it.

Im telling ya these guys...Nick..Patrick...Issac r the best ever. Not only r the good...honest n great mechanics but they're just great guy's. If u go anywhere else to get ur car fixed ur crazy. They're honest..hard working n really really care about ya. Believe me u have to go n check them out u wont regret it

If your looking for an honest, fair mechanic, look no further, I went to 3 different mechanics for estimates on an oil pan, when I finally went to Big Apple, Nick said I didn't even need one and was able to do the repair for a fair price... Excellent work, I will never go to another mechanic!!!!
