You can't beat the service you receive here. Brian S Logan was very friendly and professional. He explained every move he made. The service was fast and so convenient. Definitely better than the big name places.

I have used this location for years when I lived in the community. Now, since I moved, I go out of my way to come here for the service. They are always pleasant and very quick. Never a long wait.

Pros: Quick service.Cons: Terrible customer service. The woman who did the service was curt, impatient, and controlling. I thought it was weird, as I was the only customer, and it was a Sunday morning, not a busy time.

Easy and quick. Also knowledgeable. Let me know my other 1997 vehicle didnt require emissions testing. Scott was awesome!

This place was great. I realized that was days away from my tag expiring and also found out that I needed an emissions test. Saw they were open on a holiday (Labor Day). Drove in and less than 10 min everything was done, loaded into the system and paid. The technician was clear on instructions.From there I drove to the 24hr Kiosk and had my new tag. Would 100% use again and recommend to friends and neighbors.Thank you!

I come here every year. Never have to make an appointment. In and out in less than 10 min. Last year, I had my 2 year old with me and the gentleman gave him a toy truck.

Efficient and friendly service. I had my son with me, and they were so kind to surprise him with a small toy while our test was running. For a test that s the same wherever you go, this one managed to make it a surprisingly good experience!

Just got my 3rd emissions here so this is my 3rd year in a row using them on my Volvo S80 and it s because they re always so fast and friendly. This place is very reliable and affordable too. As local East Cobbers, my wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Berhan Emissions at East Cobb in Marietta, Georgia for the past five years, and we have been nothing short of completely satisfied with our experience getting our annual emissions testing. What ordinarily would be a painful chore to get done every winter is instead handled quickly, professionally, routinely, and efficiently by the owner and his consummately competent staff.As local small business owners ourselves, we too like to support outstanding, like-minded small businesses in East Cobb. In this current business climate of inflation and rising costs of goods and services, the price of getting emissions testing done at Berhan Emissions is fair and very reasonable. The testing setup is a convenient drive-in, drive-out in the heart of East Cobb.We intend to continue going to Berhan Emissions in the years to come (at least while we still have cars with internal combustion engines!).

Convenient and quick service (if you come at an off-peak time, otherwise it's just one station and one fellow, so assume about 3-4 minutes per car ahead of you). It's been the same friendly and competent fellow for a couple of years now (past older negative reviews may have reflected now-gone staff), and he gets the job done, and helpfully lets you know about your options if you do fail (30 day free re-test, getting Cobb extension, etc.), which 2 out of our 3 cars did this year :( !

I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. It seems they are under new ownership and the I don t think they really know what they re doing. They banged my door against the wall and left a nice scratch for me to fix.
