Riley and Ricky helped change my headlight. I had no clue what light to buy or how to change it. They both exceeded my expectations at this location. Will be back for any car needs in the future. Request Riley and Ricky! Great energy and great service!

I wish i could give 10 stars. Riley s customer service was incredible. I needed a light bulb for my headlight and he not only made sure I had the right one but he also took the time to install it for me. I know it sounds small but that headlight is extremely difficult to get to. Riley and Dee were outstanding. They saved me a trip to a mechanic. Highly recommend this store!

Riley was amazing! He assisted with everything I needed. He was very informative and even told me about the warranty I had on my brakes! Brought the brakes back the next day and he assisted with my return! Definitely a great employee and very knowledgeable! Will be coming back as long as Riley is working at this location!

Riley from the auto zone on Austell Rd was excellent, he did diagnostics on my car and gave me much needed information on what I needed to get it fixed. He was quick and informative.

This place is amazing. After waiting over three hours for a jump from AAA I finally got my car to start and drove to this Auto Zone. Riley immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. After determining I needed a new battery he checked for a warranty and found my dead battery was still under warranty. He replaced this old battery for a new one at no charge. I love this place.

I came to this AutoZone for help with my car battery and I couldn't have had a better experience! Riley provided excellent service from start to finish! He tested and replaced my battery for me. He was super friendly, thorough, and walked me through each step of the process which was very cool. I highly recommend coming here if you need help with your vehicle. I know if something else happens with mine I will certainly be back for Riley's help!

Riley helped me find the right head lamp, THEN, installed it for me in the parking lot. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Give that man a raise, or a bonus or something. He could have easily just sold me the part and sent me on my way... Instead he Riley took care of everything! He is an Extra Miler for sure.

Got my little kids loaded up in the car ready to head to school and my car wouldn't start. Eventually got it started dropped the kids off and took my car to AutoZone where Riley V really helped me out. He figured out I had a bad battery recommended a reasonably priced battery, replaced it and checked everything out to make sure I was good to go. He was friendly, professional and didn't try to upsell me. I will be going back for any future car needs and will request Riley!

Just want to say what a great experience I had at this AutoZone. I dealt with 3 of their employees, Ray, Ricky and Riley and I can t say enough how helpful and kind they were. I will drive out of my way to go here even though there is a closer auto parts store. Thanks guy for all your help. Ray I only dealt with talking on the phone but he was so jovial and encouraging on the phone. Ricky took the time to come out and look and see what was wrong with the battery and fix it. And Riley came out and checked the battery to make sure it still was a good one. Thanks guys for being so helpful.

Mr. Riley is definitely a great asset to the company. I came in because my car wouldn t start. Mr Riley, checked my battery, recognized it was dead and helped me replace it with a new one. He was also informative and knowledgeable because the person who put the old one in did it incorrectly. He fixed the problem and advised me of an issue that could be a problem in the future. I m so grateful for his service today as a woman who didn t know how to navigate this issue but Mr. Riley guided me in the right direction.

I was a little unsure with finding the correct fuse for my cigarette lighter and Z was the perfect person to help me. I actually started to stop at a different location but instead I drove a little further until I made it to this one and I am so glad I did! Z was awesome, by being very through and giving plenty of suggestions and ways we could fix the issue we were having. thank you so much again miss z!!!
