My experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta was a great experience. My sales person was Mr. Eric, He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I wanted. He wasn t aggressively overbearing as a sales person if you know what I mean. He took out the time to show me the vehicle that I wanted. Even though it was cold he didn t hesitate to make me feel comfortable and coming back and getting the vehicle that I desire. Thank you all for everything!!

My service advisor Ruben has been absolutely fantastic. He makes taking my truck in for service an easy and seamless process. He is extremely responsive whenever I contact him. He always keeps me informed as to the status of my vehicle repair. He even pulled my truck up ahead of time when he knew it was finished up and I was coming in to pick it up. Always quick, responsive and 5 star service. Thanks Ruben

My experience would have been 5 stars, my salesperson Greg was very helpful and I'm happy with the car I purchased. However, things started going badly at closing when I was told that I needed to clear my record because they couldn't apply for the tag and title. They proceeded to close the deal and gave me a borrower's agreement instead of a temporary tag. The next morning I called and the trash office told me that my record was fine, and that I shouldn't have even been asked to make the phone call because I'm paying the dealership a fee to do so for me. I reached out to the salesman and the closing officer both who were off that day and said they passed it on to a manager. Later that day I called the dealership as I had not heard back. After leaving a message and waiting an hour I called back to learn that the issue was with the previous owner and the dealership sold me a car without a clean title. They assured me they would deal with it. A few days later I reached back out and was told the tag should come in the mail in a few days. Still nothing. I reach out again and am told it's being passed onto management. Finally j reached out and said I wound be returning the car as they had 30 days to get the title issue resolved and they have failed to do so. I was told the tag clerk and manager would resolve it. I still don't have a tag or any documentation that the process has been started. Don't buy a car from these people.

The service on the car was wonderful. The challenge was having the service department to answer the calls in a timely manner. I spoke with Mr. Collins in the Sales department more often than the service department. My car was in the shop for a week after being towed. Thank God my daughter was able to take me back and forth to work. Maybe discounts on rentals would help in the future.

I made a service appointment for recalls for drop-off at 7am Monday. I was given no ETA by the service advisor I dropped off with. I called multiple times for 3 days to try and get a status and ETA of when I could get the vehicle back. Each time I was told that a message would be relayed to a service advisor and I'd get a call back. I finally got a text wed afternoon that it was ready for pick up. Good communication with the customer is free and goes a long way toward customer satisfaction. It seems to be a common thread with comments here regarding the service department.

I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, I would much rather rave about the great service received. However, that is not what I experienced yesterday, on 3/27/24. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am, discussed why service was needed, showed the service assistant an example of what was happening & he agreed that service was needed. I called and then sent a text at noon to follow up on the service, but I could not get in touch with Ruben, the service assistant. I tried again an hour later & still could not get in touch with anyone. Finally, after going through the sales team, I was routed to Ruben for a follow up. He was clearly annoyed about me getting others involved to get a response from him. He stated, "The website says all vehicles serviced here takes 24-48 hours for an update on service. This has been the case for 4 years now." I told him I did not schedule my appointment through the website, that it was done over the phone with the Service Dept. I also let him know that I was never informed that it would take 48 hrs to receive an update on my vehicle. That is really excessive! I was not happy with the customer service or the lack of communication I received about the timeline to service my vehicle. I would have appreciated a "We Care" attitude. The way this was handled is a sure fire way to lose a potential customer.

I bought a new car from Carvana, after my purchase, it told me the car was recalled. You could understand the frustration. However, I call AutoNation Ford to make an appointment and once I got there, everybody was very nice and told me they could get the recall done within an hour and a half on the same day. They got it done within an hour and were very nice about as they sympathized with me just getting the car.

I used the on-line appointment scheduler and It was easy to get an appointment. There were a lot of times available, so I could choose what worked best for me.On drop off, I was greeted cordially by Dean and quickly written up and given a reasonable timeline for the work to be done. Once a technician evaluated the problem, I was given an estimate for the repairs. Which was what I paid. The vehicle was completed that afternoon and as soon as it was ready, I received a call. When I arrived, it only took a few minutes to be on my way.

They have always been very helpful when it comes to my car. I remember the first time I drove off the lot I knew I was in great hands. It s been 10 years now and I have loved every minute of service.

I purchased a used Ford Escape from this dealer in early 2022 and ultimately traded it in a year later due to some issues with the vehicle. The sales process took a lengthy amount of time and, upon trading the car in, the dealer has not been cooperative in cancelling and refunding the extended warranty policy, even though the policy has cancellation procedures. I really had hoped for a better experience.EDIT: After this review, AutoNation has corrected and resolved the matter. Adding a star for the follow through. Thank you!

Greg and Carl were absolutely terrific to work with! These two are the most experienced, seasoned, and respectful men. They made our experience and made sure we were taken care of. My five star goes to these two men!

My husband and I arranged to purchase a pre owned car from a dealership out of state. That dealership was not particularly easy to deal with so we showed up at the Marietta location already annoyed.Holly was an absolute JOY! Not only was she pleasant and knowledgeable, she explained the whole process to us and answered all of our nagging questions even though this dealership isn t making anything on the deal.So grateful to experience top notch customer service from Holly. My husband is already planning to go straight to AutoNation Marietta when we need our next vehicle.

I would like to say Ty went above and beyond while helping me figure out what car I really wanted. I never felt pressure to buy something I didn't want. The staff was amazing as well, will be referring all my family and friends to purchase or at least look at the inventory.

We've brought our 2019 Ford Fusion here for service 3 times this year and it's always been great! Both David and Dean know what they're doing and work hard to make sure you have a good service experience. I fully recommend either of them!

Purchased a truck recently. Found it online and connected with salesman (Greg). Vehicle was not on the lot. I was kept informed through regular emails regarding the vehicles progress getting to the dealership which was extremely helpful in planning the purchase. Was advised when the vehicle arrived and scheduled an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Everything was set up for an efficient process to purchase the vehicle. Wanted some equipment that the standard vehicle did not come with. Greg went above and beyond in locating the equipment and setting me up to get it installed. Overall, a great purchase experience.

Entering the doors of AutoNation Ford everyone was kind, nice and respectful almost felt like they were family. Truly my first time EVER experiencing a dealership with NO HASSEL!! I kid you not, I contacted Tyron my salesman and I at first was very skeptical that he was going to give the same chaotic run around ALL dealerships give and come out unsatisfied, but he did NOT. He listen to my concerns and what I was looking for in a vehicle. I provided all information that was required and got a call with in a very short time (because I don t like things taking all day),to come and pick up my keys. His service was a kind, respectful, fast and efficient. I would recommend Tyron to all my family and friends.

Mr. Greg C. from the first time we talked it was like I knew him for years. I felt like I could trust what he had to say and he was looking out for my best intrest.Mr. Larry,Another person who I felt comfortable with. He made sure I received the benifits from the programs that were available. I didnt feel like another sale as most companies tend to do. If every sales / manager in the store are like Mr. Greg and Mr. Larry the future of that business is bright.. Thanks again!Vince Grasser.

Sitting in the waiting room I was shocked to see and hear a client call a salesman every thing but the child of God and no one from the showroom came to defend their co-worker, or call the police till aleast 10 mins.which is enough time for this client to have shot up the place with everyone in it.This may sound extreme but due to the climate that we live in, my mind goes there because it happens to often. My heart went out to the saleman. Although the saleman was professional and finally ask the client to leave or the police would be called. Finally someone came from the back to again ask the client to leave or the police would be called. I literally felt unsafe to the point that I removed myself from the area to an outside location to be safe.I wanted to leave but my car was in the air and being worked on.I would like to see some type of protocall put in place so customers and saleman are protected.Just sharing my experience and the level of discomfort exposed to all. I may look for a new location.

Thank you so much, Alex, Corey, and especially to Kourtney! You all saved the day. Thank you for helping me transition out of my old work vehicle into something so much safer! I got the maximum value for my Honda Civic. I left releasing one car ready to acquire the next. Thank you for seeing the value in my vehicle and offering me the credit for all that I put in it! I love it when we all can help each other out! Everyone goes home happy! Your hard work, care, and value for the customers is truly outstanding. Thank you for helping me out of a bind. My transportation is so important for me. Thank you for taking care of me! Thank you for having my back.

I had been looking for a Tesla for about a month, I actually had put a down payment on one for it to be sold in another state. I found a Tesla at this location and told them I would be there Friday and they held on it for me. The customer service was great I recommend them. Appreciate the help

I had the most HORRIBLE experience with this dealership. I bought a 2018 model Ford F350 at this dealership, and took same truck there for maintainance 3-4 weeks after purchase. The repairs was delayed due to non availability of parts. In the process the issued temporary tag expired and I was unable to drive the truck out of their yard. I visited the tag office to find out why I did not get the permanent tag in my mail and realized that the delays was as a result of their internal administrative issues. The Vehicle was bought in September and I did not get the tag in the mail till January of the following year. I have all documentary evidences , even from tag office to prove their administrative inefficiencies. I visited the dealership in February to remove my truck but was told that they can t find my truck (Truck was stolen in their lot). There was no camera footage provided nor manifest to show who drove my truck out of their yard. This I considered very shocking , Insane and unbelievable. I am still in shock till now as I write this review. I put down a down payment of $20k and still paying note till date in a truck I don t have nor drive. I am pained and in severe crisis because I just can t afford to mess up my credit due to their carelessness and negligence. I am very confused about this incident. A claim was filed with the superior court , series of depositions were held between my Attorney and the dealership s Attorney but for some reasons they got a final judgement in their favour and left me alone to deal with this ugly debt and situation. My Attorney was not aware of the final judgement and I personally also did not receive a notice of same final order from court July 29 2022. I am in severe pain now and want my voice heard. I need to be given fair hearing and my voice needs to be heard. I am paying note on a truck bought September 2021 with a down payment of $20k till now and still in debt on a truck I don t have nor driving. What do you all feel about this?

Avoid Service Department, complete waste of time. This is not a rant about issues with my car or complaining about a fix or cost of repair. This business has zero respect for your time and they prove this before you even bring them your car!I booked a service appointment online for an available time. I arrived at that time for service. After pulling into a service bay with one other vehicle ahead of me, I waited 2-3 minutes by my vehicle when someone finally greeted me. I said I had an appointment for service of a brake issue, and briefly described my issue and what I wanted checked out. He told me to wait a moment and he d be back. He proceeds to get my mileage and keys. Then as I m pulling a few things out of my car to wait, he asks if I m planning to wait and I said yes. I just wanted a brake issue checked and validated and if it wasn t a quick fix, I d get a rental or Uber somewhere as I had a few appointments for work. I go to the single table in the waiting area and wait.About 10 mins later he tells me that the service advisor I made an appointment with wasn t going to be there for another hour, which was funny because I booked online and definitely didn t select a service advisor in the first place. The person saying this was in the office next to that person and had no customer waiting. Odd.15 mins later, the person returns and says that actually, the service advisor I was assigned to wasn t even working that day. I asked if anyone else could help me and he says they won t actually look at my car for another 24-48 hours so it wouldn t matter either way. This was after I booked online for an available time, was assigned to a person to help me (who wasn t even working on the day of the appointment assigned to him), for a car they couldn t even look at for 1-2 days, AFTER I had waited almost 30 minutes at the dealer. I m sorry what?!?! Why would he even let me wait in the first place?I politely explained I wasn t going to wait if it s a waste of time since they can t look at the truck for days and got my keys back. As I was packing up and leaving I asked him why the website showed the appointment available if that s the case and he said it just has everything open regardless. So the website is wrong and misleading too. Wow.I m sorry, but there are so many levels of failure involved in that and they DID NOT EVEN WORK ON MY TRUCK.They don t respect your time and I seriously doubt they d respect your money or vehicle. Avoid at all costs.

We were very pleased with the team we worked with in purchasing our very first truck, a 2023 F150 Lariat. Mr. Eric was our salesperson and Mr. Emmett was our finance manager. Actually, the entire management team was super friendly and professional. We highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase! You are sure to have a great experience!

I had great experience purchasing my truck. Everyone works there super friendly. They know a lot about cars. Muhammad is the sales manager in this branch and he really does take care of customers. When I upgrade my truck to bigger trucks like f-150 or 250, I will definitely come back here and look for Muhammad.

Experience was a 10/10. Nick, the service manager, is very attentive, and gets your car back to you with no problems! Very communicative about the situation, and very honest to work with. Nobody wants their car to be in the shop, but they make it feel like you never dropped it off!

Waited 30 minutes on my service advisor. Was checked in by another advisor. Never saw mine yesterday! When I brought this to Fred's attention.., it was handled ASAP. Did spend longer than expected for just an oil change and fluids check. Had to have brake pads and rotors changed. Was there 2 1/2 hrs but understandable that brakes were additional time.

Extremely unprofessional service of my vehicle, my truck was under Autonations care for two years not for my lack of trying to contact them multiple multiple times, I received no call back after leaving several messages and actually purchased parts and provided my two sets of factory keys to them to reset my anti theft system. They decided to then have my vehicle removed because they wanted to wash their hands of the problem, proceeded to not contact me through phone or email while I was out of state working and had it sent to a wrecker yard, then received certified mail almost a month later stating I have to pay 1100$ to release the vehicle which I did, then paid 300$ for a tow to my property to find the truck was taken apart where they attempted to fix it, and all parts were scattered through the front and back seats with no screws left with anything to be put back together and my keys aren t in the vehicle so now it s a whole other issue to resolve for me to be able to tow the vehicle because it cannot be put in neutral! Absolutely one of the most horrendous mechanics I have ever dealt with. They should truly be ashamed of what they have done with my vehicle. I would never recommend anyone buy or have anything repaired by them all of the money I have spent to get my vehicle back in the condition it is in all over a 333$ bill that they had for labor on the vehicle which I gladly would have paid for!

I own quite a few vehicles from top dealerships (Lexus, Audi, etc.) but my experience with AutoNation Ford Marietta eclipsed all I've experienced. The MOMENT arrived, all workers did what I value: LISTENED!Not a single person pushed a car on me, low-balled me, overcharged me, hid fees, or acted any generic sales way. Coming from someone who despises being bullied into buying a product, AutoNation pushed ONE thing: Customer Service. Whether you bought a car or not, they wanted to help you find the right fit, even if it wasn't at THEIR dealership. I want to name drop three people here:Kourtney----Whom I would hire for my business if she didn't have a job already. She was incredible.Alex---Didn't quote fraudulent numbers for me just to make a sale. He knows his stuff, he knows how make things happen, even if he has to contact multiple people. He'll get it done.Fred---Head of all the previously mentioned praises I've provided. So this speaks for itself.I drove from the complete other side of Atlanta to experience these people. Thank you all.
