Very Pleasant to Work With, Jennifer was very courteous and helped me a lot with this whole thing with my car. She was always so pleasant on the phone and dealt with my adjuster and the dealership accordingly, I would absolutely recommend her to deal with any of your collision repairs.

Do not get your car repaired at this location, 6 months ago my girlfriend needed collision repairs, we had her vehicle sent here because they had the fastest time estimate for completion and were recommended by her insurance company. The first time we received the vehicle back she went over a speed bump and the drivers side front collapsed. We had it towed back to this location due to them having just worked on her car. They made a repair stating they replaced an upper strut mount and bearing. After the vehicle was returned from that repair there was a constant creaking noise going over bumps, braking and even initial acceleration. We returned the vehicle for a third repair from this location. Upon them returning the vehicle on the third repair attempt the noise was worse than when we dropped it off. At this point we decided to take the vehicle to a toyota dealership to have it inspected. The Toyota dealership found multiple loose nuts and bolt for the front suspension, they left the under engine cover off the vehicle completely. And the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly was bent from the collision and was not replaced. This place is a joke there is no quality to their work. They tried playing the creaking noise off as a normal noise the car should make saying there was no way to get the noise completely gone, try tightening down the parts you replace.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So my 2023 Jeep got rear ended. Jeep was in the shop for 147 days. These folks got my Jeep feeling and looking brand new. I am still scared but i know it s just Nerves. Plus the Warranty is Awesome. Kevin is the man keep me posted on ever step. He assured me it was ready for the Road!

I was involved in an accident and needed to find a reputable shop to repair the damages on my vehicle. Autonation Collision made the entire process extremely easy and seamless and worked greatly with my insurance company. Kevin kept me updated with the progress of my truck and informed me thoroughly about the work that was being performed. If you are looking for a body shop for any reason, I highly recommend AutoNation Collision. The work they perform is amazing, I can'teven tell my beautiful truck was ever involved in an accident, and the team made sure the entire process was as efficient and seamless as possible.

Kevin was great! My GLE looks brand new again. Great communication. Awesome work in a timely manner. There was an issue with my headlamp that was beyond AutoNation's ability to repair. I highly recommend this place. I got into an accident and needed the whole front of my truck fixed. I really enjoyed the service. Everything was very practical, fast, with little bureaucracy. I received updates almost every day by email, telling what they were doing that day and my car was delivered before the deadline. After being rear-ended, I decided to choose AutoNation Collision Center for my car repairs as I got my car at an AutoNation dealership. Initially everything was going well, but there were a few delays to me getting it back. One of the delays was caused because they didn't realize that the rear window was single use, but it only set my car being finished by a day. Shortly after getting my vehicle back I found one of the body panels was over sprayed and you could see/feel where the paint flooded but the rest of the work looked alright. All was well with my car until it suddenly lost power and I had to get it towed to a local dealership to figure out what happened. Turns out there wasn't just over-spray on the body panel, there was paint covering wire grounds and wiring was pinched between panels in my car. I had to pay $400 for the wire and ground repairs on my car, so I called the collision center to ask about the issues and was told that there wasn't anything that could be done since they'd have to be the ones to fix the issues. Unfortunately the paint had already been scrapped off and wires had been repaired by the dealership to determine if it was the cause of the issue, which it was. I attempted to ask the Collison center representative for a corporate number so I could contact them about the issue and I was told to search for it online. I wouldn't recommend bringing your car to this collision center, they didn't manage to properly repair my vehicle and damaged it, costing me $400 out of pocket for repairs.

After being struck by an 18 Wheeler tire, I had front end and undercarriage damage. State Farm recommended they repair my vehicle. They were fantastic. Continually kept me informed of their process and estimates and the technicians that worked on my vehicle called and updated me on the repair progress with an estimated date of completion. I picked up my car on the date promised and they had even washed and vacuumed my vehicle, which looked great. Friendly, courteous, professional. If needed again (hope not), they will be my choice.Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

I recently engaged AutoNation Collision Center services to make repairs to my vehicle. The service I received was great and met expectations. I have been an AutoNation Nissan customer for a while now, and I wanted repairs to be done by Nissan certified professionals. My experience was hassle-free and the process was smooth from beginning to end. Victoria was my main point of contact, she was very receptive to my feedback and provided great customer service. Initially, the front bumper was not installed to my liking, but after providing my feedback Victoria made sure the bumper was readjusted to meet my expectations. Furthermore, after a couple of weeks or so from the delivery of my car, I noticed my fog lights were not turning on, so I took it back to the shop and they fixed the issue promptly.I am very happy with the customer service provided and the final delivery of my vehicle. I definitely would recommend this shop!

Great customer service! Justin was great guiding us through the repair process. Kept us informed with daily updates and my car looks good as new. Everyone that we came in contact with was extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Aaron and the staff at Auto Nation were Outstanding in keeping me updated on the status of my repair and offered great customer service! My car looked brand new again after completion. I would definitely recommend their services in the unfortunate event that your in need of collision maintenance.

I drive a 2021 nissan rogue and there was a recall on my car s muffler. I took it to the autonation nissan dealership but I was told I would need to have it taken to the body shop. I called autonation collision center and the woman on the phone was rude and took a nasty tone with me claiming that they didn t do that type of work, they were booked until July (seriously??) , and that I needed paperwork from corporate otherwise I would have to pay for the repair myself since I believe july is when the recall warranty expires. I believe I have the necessary paperwork but I did not appreciate the rudeness of whoever I spoke with and utter lack of assistance I received. I even tried to call back and the phone call was answered and immediately hung up afterwards.

I was involved in an accident in my Toyota Prius and had to go here for the Farmer's insurance coverage on the vehicle. Justin, the on-site Farmer's rep, took excellent care of me. I had to have my headlight, quarter panel, and bumper replaced. They did an excellent job and Justin made it very easy for me. I was placed in a rental car that morning and he made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything.The only reason I give 4 stars, instead of 5, is that they are VERY busy. So, it took longer to get the repairs done than I would have preferred: however, they made it a very smooth process and I didn't have to worry about anything.Highly recommend this place: provided you have the time. If you go through Farmer's Insurance: Justin will make sure you're well taken care of!

These are THE most honest professionals I've ever worked with.Our car scraped up against the garage while pulling in. I didn't want to mess with the damage so I didn't make it worse.When I brought in our SUV, instead of giving a quote, they used paint thinner to remove the paint from the garage to assess the damage and do a quote. There was no real damage to the car. No $ owed.

I took my vehicle into AutoNation shop for repairs of scratches to my front hood and front grille and on both rearview mirrors. I felt they gave me an reasonable quote for repairs. When I went back to get my car they told me they couldn't get all the scratches out for around 150.00 dollars and I also had them to repair my back driver's side taillight. I paid them the quote bill and wasn't very happy with their work. Not one time they offered me any discount because they were unable to fit my vehicle. I then took my vehicle for another repair at MACCO and they told me to take it to a professional Detail Shop which they gave me. I did take it to that shop and they bluffed all my scratches off my vehicle for 60 dollars and I gave them a 30 dollar tip because AutoNation were trying to get me to paint my vehicle for around 2,000 dollars in which I felt I didn't need. I will never recommend AutoNation Collision Center to no one because they gave me bad customer service and I'm glad to wash my hands from this bad experience. Thank GOD it's better company out here to serve our community. One other thing which companies will use a photo of one of their workers sleeping in a chair and that why I believe my vehicle didn't get repaired properly. Google AutoNation Collision Center and look at their Photos to show there company. It's a Shame

I took my SUV here because I thought it would get fixed properly. Clearly they only wanted the money. They did not give an estimate for everything that was wrong with my car, they only gave an estimate for what the appraiser wanted them to give an estimate for. There is more damage to my car and I felt that it was unfair and unprofessional for them not to examine the entire car. They removed my battery which had nothing to do with the accident and put it back in wrong. This caused my car not to start days after getting it back. I had to get a jump to get to work, the I paid $165 for a new battery only to find out that it was installed wrong. The car was making a loud noise and wobbly. The repair person claimed to hear the noise but not feel the car riding uneasy. The said they test drove the car but none of this was noticed. They did fix the wheel but the car is still riding wobbly and should have been written off. They did tell me that they told the appraiser that the car had too much damage to it and it should be written off. At no time did anyone reach out to me and ask me what I wanted. Now everyone got paid and I have a jacked car because of an accident that was not my fault. I would never recommend them for anyone. They kept my car way longer than they told me. It has been a headache.

I called to set up an appointment to have car fixed. KEVIN answer, worst conversation, no interaction, rude, and unprofessional. He was racist and said that he couldn't understand my English. I ask for his Manager, he laughed and said I'm the only one. Unacceptable behavior.

I have used AutoNation Collision several times they do good work which is the reason I insist on going back. Ms Pattie is the office manager I believe and she is a joy to encounter. I took my car in for repair a few weeks ago. It was there about 9 days during that time we had a lot of rain. After receiving my car back there was a smell in it i called the next morning to inquire about as it smelled like it had gotten wet. The gentleman that answered the phone said he'd have someone call me about it. Still no call, i am disappointed.

The dealership was trying to rip me off saying it would cost $325 to instal a rocker panel. Called AutoNation and over the phone I received a strong estimate saving me $280 and my car was ready in only 15 minutes. These guys are lifesavers!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Christopher was very help he made sure that my 2013 Hyundai Elantra that I brought in from getting hit in the back that the bumper and everything else that was done correctly I give him a high star. I brought my car here with the expectations of having a fixed front bumper, a new one actually according to the shop. When I looked at my car at the shop the area that was noticeably damaged was fixed but after taking my car home and inspecting further there were new scratches on the bumper. I immediately called the shop when I noticed about an hour or 2 after picking it up. First after calling the receptionist says that the person who helped me is at lunch and would call back, I waited a few hours no call back so I call again. This time I was asked to send pics and after the employee looked at the pics I was asked if I ran over something while driving on the interstate bc there's nothing in their shop that would cause that damage. I was called later in the week to bring the car in for a look and they tell me the same thing. I live almost an hour away so that was a waste of time, I was also told that a manager would contact me but no one did. In conclusion I would not recommend going here and if you do make sure you get on hands and knees and fully inspect every inch of your car with an employee before you drive off bc they don't voluntarily do it.

Went for an estimate on my car which was sideswiped. They ended up giving me an estimate for my front bumper. If they couldn't identify two damaged doors and rear quarter panel. .....i am not sure what kind of work would get done. On a positive note there was no waiting.

Great service, they kept me updated on repairs by calling me almost everyday. I had some issues after the repair, and they are on top of it, fixing it with no hesitation. Would definitely recommend Auto Nation of South Cobb Drive for your automotive repairs!
