If you re looking for a great knowledgeable, honest mechanic with fair prices Al is the man!!! I had my vehicle towed to his shop on Sunday for timing belt issues that a previous mechanic attempted to do but made matters worse. Al was honest and upfront and started working on my vehicle right away Monday morning kept me informed every step of the way, and had it completed and ready to be picked up Monday evening. And upon arrival to my surprise he even went above and beyond and detailed my car for me. I will definitely be back for any future repairs.

Al was not honest or knowledgeable. He sold me a car on feb 26 that broke down before i made it home 30mins away. The radiator needed replaced. After i get the radiator fixed, the engine and starter went out. It s been a month and i haven t driven the car yet. Total waste and robbery. And he doesn t respond. Beware!

Car broke down in Atlanta after hitting a huge pothole and sliced the tire and damaged the battery. Spoke to Al and he had it fixed up better then before the accident on the next business day. Price was fair, and the turnaround was amazing. He's 10 minutes from where I live and I don't think i'll be going anywhere else for anything car related. Cannot reccommend enough.

Auto Tech has worked on my vehicle twice for different reasons and each time I drove away with a peace of mind. Al is honest, pricing is fair and the work is top notch! I always feel like he has a customer first attitude and I would highly recommend his services. One more thing, Auto tech services have a WOW affect. Not only did he repair my vehicle he even had my car detailed and cleaned which was an amazing touch on his service level. 5 star for sure

Our vehicle broke down in Atlanta Sunday at 4:00 A.M. while traveling from Florida to Indiana. Finding good reviews, I made a blind call to request service. Al returned my call on Sunday morning and after I had it towed to him, he went into his shop that same Sunday afternoon to assess the needed repair.The next day he made the repair and advised me of additional considerations which were prudent. He also assisted us with other arrangements which saved my family considerable time and expenses. I'm grateful I found him on Google, to say the least. I recommend him.Service: Engine repair

If you re looking for an honest and detailed mechanic shop, look no further. I called Al and told him my serpentine belt keeps breaking. He had my car towed to his shop and fixed it the very next day. He also took the time Dona detailed diagnostic and informed me of another small repair I needed. He had my car detailed inside and out and completed the emission diagnostic. He even took the time to go over why the issues occurred and showed me how that one issue impacts various components of the car. He s truly God sent. He has a lifetime customer. I ll be sure to refer my friends and family to him!!!!! I have been in Atlanta for over 20 years. I had at the great pleasure of working with Mr. Al. He did some major repairs to my car. The price was fair and the work was finished quicker than I expected. He sent me pictures as the work was being completed and communicated through out the entire process. Al Williams is great! My car was completed earlier than expected! Once Al began repairing my car, he realized that a couple of the suspension parts set to be replaced were in fact still good, which reduced my original price quote. Most other shops may not have been that honest. I really appreciate the professionalism and integrity and look forward to bringing my vehicles here to be serviced again!Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

Another great job. Auto Tech Mobile is our go to for all our car maintenance.I will not take my car anywhere else. We have used them for years to replace our tires and brakes, perform routine maintenance. They also just replaced my broken tail light a couple of weeks ago when I backed into my neighbor's mailbox. Always on time and great pricing. They also make sure your car is washed and delivered clean. Al at Autotech Mobile is a GREAT mechanic! I go to him every time my car has an issue and there is not one time he did not know what the issue was. He always explains everything to me that is wrong with my car and let me know what needs to be done. I m a woman and that is comforting that he does that! His prices are reasonable and affordable. He takes his time and always fix the problem. What a pleasant experience I had sending my Mercedes Benz C300 to your repair shop.I called before I dropped off my car to get an estimate of the cost, and Al answered my questions and quotes in a no-nonsense way. All prices included the labor and fair prices. After dropping off my car, Al dropped me off at the airport to get my rental car.The work was done when I was told it would be done, and it cost what I was told it would cost. I have to congratulate you for bringing honesty and integrity to the car repair business. My car body work looks like a brand new showroom Benz. I m going to tell everyone to go to your shop for repairs and body work.

Al is amazing. I was referred to him by my a friend and ever since then, I only allow him to work on my vehicle. He's a master mechanic. He diagnoses and completes repairs pretty quick and I've never had to bring back a vehicle to correct anything. I never do reviews,but my car was in pretty bad shape and he got me back running like a track star,so I'm super grateful for his skills. You can't go wrong at Auto Tech! This guy is stand up !!! I was told by several other mechanics and transmission shops that my torque converter broke and "probably " caused damage to my transmission. Everybody else said I needed a new transmission. Al had the best price on a used transmission installed so I had it towed to him. Once he got the vehicle he found out that my transmission wasnt damaged at all and only needed to be re-flashed and serviced. He saved me over $1800 by being gonest and had my vehicle done in just 2 days !!! I dont know many mechanics that would have been that honest and only did the work that was needed. I will definitely be bringing him more of my vehiclesServices: Transmission, Transmission replacement

The owner Al did the impossible. I had bolts that snapped into my engine block and he got them out easy. However, soon after that I began to face other problems. While driving, there was a lot of smoke coming from under my hood. I pulled over and found that my coolant hose was not properly connected. I called Al and he got someone to tow my car back to him. He replaced the hose and thermostat and made sure everything was secure. However, I didn't think I'd be charged for the hose but he charged me for it. I won't be returning or recommending to people I know.

Please do not go to Auto Tech Mobile. I lost over $600 dealing with Mr. Al Williams the mechanic. Reading the reviews I tried to give him a chance but I was totally wrong in doing so. He over charges and because of his incompetence I now have to pay double for a real mechanic who knows what their doing. He makes claims that the customer is the most part factor of his shop when in fact we are not. He will take your vehicle and joyride to find parts/supplies for other clients vehicles. I implore you to find another mechanic DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to Auto Tech Mobile.

Al Williams performed a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I bought. He was early to the appointment and professional in his demeanor. I asked him to explain to me what he was checking for, and he took me through each point of the inspection. He was thorough in his inspection and clear in his explanation. I learned a lot and it made me confident in my purchase. Al gave me a reasonable rate and secured my future business. The owner is a great mechanic with honest prices. Fast and reliable brought my 2015 kia cadenza in for a tune up and and ac repair and it was completed within a few hours. I got my car from the shop today. He gave me an estimate saying the car was $497 to get fixed and I got the paper. The lady to the title place went up there to look at the car so he told the lady that work for title max $800. He ripped me off. I got 2 different receipts with 2 different prices for the same thing. Awesome guy, very knowledgeable, did a great job on my 2005 Lincoln town car fixed everything. it rides perfect, he even went above and beyond and clean my engine at no extra cost I will definitely bring my vehicles to him.

This place is amazing. I have a 2020 Kia Sorento and my husband and son were traveling from Fl to OH when something hit the radiator and our vehicle was leaking and overheating. They first went to the KIA dealership and were told they were booked the next 2 days and there was nothing more they could do. My husband found this place and they immediately offered to help. Had a new radiator ordered and installed in 3 hours. Absolutely amazing!!!

I've called 5 times to schedule an appointment the guy who answered the phone said I will have the mechanic call you to schedule a time. No call back from the mechanic. I called the place again he said twice he was gonna call the mechanic to see what's going on and follow back up. Never got a call back. Rude and no phone etiquette. This guy is a fraud and shouldn t be patronized. It s imperative to read reviews before patronizing a business one comes across online. I was bamboozled by the 4.1 rating his page had before placing a call across to him without reading the contents of the reviews.Called him to check what was wrong with the brake of my vehicle. After he checked, he informed me it was some vacuum refusing to transmit whatsoever to whatsoever .I asked him to advise what the name of the part is and he told me he s struggling with getting the name on his phone that he would get back to me when he s able to check his laptop when he s back to office. I haven t heard back from him since then. I even called and he refused to take the call. That shows he s inept and doesn t have vast knowledge about cars. $50 wasted.

Don't buy any cars from this dealer. He illegally towed my car from Savannah Georgia and refused to refund the money. He's a con artist with an long wrap sheet of fraud and burglary. I have the car 2 months and it had problems. He and Deborah Burris swindled me out of hard earned money. Please beware of him he's not the business he proclaim to be.

My person mechanic referred me to him for under body work and he fixed it with no problem. Good business have an old car don t want to spend hella money on repairs bring it here!
