Customer service when it comes to returning parts was a horrible experience. They con't to give me damaged headlight then tried to blame us because of there damaged part . For a $700 headlight and being a business who has spent good money with Apo over the years need better management .

This place is fantastic!! Aluin Martinez, one of the employees, has the best customer service I've seen in a business in a long time. He represents this business really well. At first, I didn't want to buy the part because of the price, but after speaking with him, I felt very confident about purchasing the component. Excellent work, gentlemen!! More employees like him are needed in our company. I give you a five-star rating.

I called them regarding my automobile lights. They had them. However, the lights were expensive. I did not purchase the lights because they were restored beautifully. However, the customer service was good. If I need any other vehicle parts, I will call them first.

This place is extremely great!! One of the employees by the name of Aluin Martinez has The best customer service I ve seen in a business in a long time he represent this business extremely well at first I didn t want to buy the part because of the price but with his customer service I felt very confident about buying the part. Great job guys!! we need more people like him in our business. you guys get a five star from me

Great prices on auto body components. Can usually have what you need In a day or 2 if not In stock. Also stocks automotive paint and supplies. Nice guys at APO Marietta.

Nice facility. Great staff. Good parts and materials. I would have given them 5 stars but they just don't answer the phone. I was looking for a part for a customer and I had to email them to get a response. Which came 2 days later. By then I had started repairing the damaged part.

Make sure the location of the pick up confirms your item is there before going to the store.I called this afternoon to confirm and customer service advised I need to give the time to unload the truck but the item is on the truck.Got to the store the truck was offloaded but my part wasn't on it.Wasted a 80mile trip.Thanks guys!

They don't answer the phone at the location of pickup and the call center has no clue for directions. Waze wasn't helping at all but once you find the warehouse. The staff is amazing.
