Lacey got me booked on a walkin without an appoinment within 4days. Joey and the crew called me in sooner than expected and finished my Mercedes paint and repair from being vandalized very quick. I accidentally left some very important paperwork with personal identification information in a car that was serviced at this location. The staff member that found it mailed it to my home with no hesitation - she was truly a Godsend. I had no real way to show my gratitude but I wanted to make sure I shared this kind gesture. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Thank you for your kindness.

Needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced. Received the estimate on Friday and was told that I could pay in advance, they would receive/paint the part, and then I could bring my vehicle back in to have the mirror installed while I waited. Worked exactly like that - paid for/placed order on Monday, they called me on Tuesday to let me know the part was in and scheduled appointment for Wednesday morning.When I arrived on Wednesday morning, I was informed that I was due a credit because the mirror assembly came already painted. I really appreciated that because I wouldn't have known the part was painted when it came in ... a less professional, unethical team could have kept that to themselves since they already had the full payment.Very happy with the professionalism and the finished product.

Got some front end body work done here through a Geico insurance claim. Got my 2012 Honda Civic back after some post-collision work and I am very impressed with the service. The work was done in less than a week, and I got my car back two days earlier than expected. The car looks like a new penny. The paint is beautiful and a perfect match to the original. They did not cut any corners. They cleaned up after themselves too. You can't tell anything happened. You can't even tell anybody sat in the driver's seat! Thanks guys. I don't know how you do what you do. Auto impact I is amazing.

My Jeep was in a minor collision a couple weeks ago. A door panel and the quarter panel were banged up. Auto Impact at Loredo Drive came recommended by a car savvy friend of mine. I chose Auto Impact Marietta as their schedule fit mine a little better. I met my GEICO insurance adjuster there and we went over the damages. He was helpful. The shop's customer service is excellent. They called me in after a week to pick up my vehicle. When I came in I noticed a paint drip where they had done the repair. When I pointed it out them they immediately said they'd take care of it. I left the vehicle with them for another two days. They covered the cost of my rental car for those two days, painted up an unrelated scratch on the back door and detailed the interior. I hope it's never the case but if I ever need body work done I'll be back.

Not only did they fix my Jeep commander in a timely manner, they also clean the inside of it. I was really please with the professionalism from everyone and the time they took to explain the process to me.I even receive a tour of the shop.. Super clean and well organized!!!PS. Unfortunately my BMW is now being worked on however I am pleased to know that Auto Impact is doing the work~Charles08 Blk Jeep Commander

The employees are so friendly, always smiling. The lady at the front desk I believe her name is Victoria, went above and beyond to help me. I had Auto Impact do some paint work on my truck after it was scratched up pretty good by some careless shopper neglecting to properly put their shopping cart in the cart corral. I seriously thought I would have to get the entire truck repainted but they told me they could match my paint and only do the quarter panel WIN!! They did just that, too. Matched my paint color perfectly and the panel looks like that dumb shopper never existed. Great job guys. Stayed on budget AND were on time. I ll definitely recommend ya!

I ve used Auto Impact for years and will refer anyone in need of services to them. No job too big or small for these knowledgeable repair experts and your concerns become their priority. Victoria in the front office is awesome too by way!

I had AutoImpact paint front-to-back stripes on my car. They took about 4 weeks to do the work instead of the week they initially estimated. I had to take the car back to them twice to clean up scratches in the clear coat that they caused. They improperly reattached the wiring in my trunk causing a leak because the trunk couldn't seal. They also left a blemish on the trunk that resulted from how they removed the clear coat to do the paint work. I finally gave up and paid my car dealership to fix the paint job. Do not use these guys for custom paint work!

I walked in with no appointment, I walked out with an estimate in less than 20 minutes. Friendly staff, and a very clean waiting room. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible service. They didn't even test drive my car when they were finished. It was dead when I went to pick it up. The ac was done wrong. The headlights were put in wrong. I rear ended someone, and they didn't even check my alignment.
