If I could give more stars I would! This business is just full of incredibly kind, genuine and talented people! Brittany and Todd went way above and beyond. When I first called in, Brittany gave me her personal cell and told me I could text her with ANY questions as I was calling around to get quotes. She was so willing to help me and inform me, even when they didn't know if they'd get my business. Todd was so incredible too. I was worried that I was getting ripped off at a dealership and Todd took it upon himself to call them up himself to ask what the diagnosis was for my car. And this was all before we scheduled anything. I really couldn't believe my eyes with just how much they tried to save me as much money as possible and what great people they all are. When it came down to fixing my car, they were extremely thorough and make sure to get everything right with the fix. Super communicative with everything they found (not having me wait for days to get a response) and always open to any questions. The absolute best. I will recommend anyone and everyone here because they are a diamond in the rough.

Recommended by State Farm when filing claim.Replacement windshield today, installed by Atlanta Glass Services. Absolute professional team, outstanding work. I can't thank Atlanta Glass enough.Intend to share this positive experience with Facebook review, and forward also to my insurance agent to recommend to other customers.Older car requiring replacement glass to be ordered, kept me informed, and managed customer expectations. Immediately scheduled for install, which was flawless.

The two people who I spoke to on the phone were incredible. Kim(?) went above and beyond to try to track me down when State Farm provided them with the wrong number for me. Todd was great too.However, the experience of getting my windshield replaced was extremely different. I found Mike to be very unfriendly and just borderline rude. He also slammed my van door very loudly, and wouldn't shake my hand when we were done. The job was also not done very well. The previous windshield had a wide piece of rubber trim on the top. When he replaced the windshield, the new piece he used was about 3 times thinner. I don't know much about windshields but not sure if that thin, cheap piece of trim will even work properly. But at the very least, it is very cosmetically ugly because the thin strip does not cover up the rust that got under where the thicker strip was. Very disappointed and will not use them again.

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using the services of Atlanta Glass Services twice in as many years to replace the windshield on our X7. The good news is you can t go wrong with them! Absolutely exceptional service, quality and craftsmanship. Camie is exceptional and both times Steve did a superb job. Not something I wish to anyone, but if your windshield gets damaged you can t go wrong with them!

Atlanta Glass Services came highly recommended to me by a friend in the ATL automotive industry. So this is where the pros send their close friends, and I can see why. Within the past 10 years, they have replaced two windshields and one side window for me on various vehicles. Cammie provided amazing customer service and patiently explained what I could expect. Pricing was reasonable, especially considering they're the best in the city.Services: Installation, Auto windshield leak repair, Auto windshield replacement

I wanted to give Todd a well deserved thank you for a job done by a true professional. In an era where service and caring is all but gone Todd at Atlanta Glass in Marietta went above and beyond to remedy my windshield issues. I am a life long car guy with a high expectation for perfection and am rarely satisfied with dealer/specialty service. Todd delivered and exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend Todd and his team if you have any automotive glass needs!!!

Awesome company and the best customer service. AGS was recommend ed to me through Motorcars of Georgia and the local Audi dealer. I could not be happier with my experience and Camie took care of everything. Highly recommend them to anyone! Camie even called after the job was done to let me know that I did not necessarily need the expensive recalibration service through Audi($650 service) as they did not disconnect any of the cameras behind my mirror. Hopefully we do not have to go through this again, if we do then AGS is where I will be going again. Thank you Camie and team!

They came to install the glass, but they found a scratch in the new windshield. They were gracious enough to go and find another one and come back and do it the same afternoon. Very professional.
