Though they did not fix anything for me, but the owner lady was super helpful and referred me to some other place, which worked out just fine. did not add 5 stars as we did not do any business.

Best shop around. They work quick, never overcharge, and are super communicative about what you ve got going on with your vehicle. My father and I have taken cars here for YEARS and could not recommend a place more.

I started taking my car to Atlanta Auto Works, then Guinn's Tire, when I taught across the street at Southern Polytechnic. I could leave my car in the morning, walk to work easily, and return in the afternoon. I developed such trust in the quality and professionalism of their work that I now drive 20 miles each way to have my car serviced there.

took my diesel truck there recommended by someone else. absolutely good service with very good communication and fair price. I have been to other mechanics and can tell these guys know what they are doing. The lady that works upfront was very accommodating knowing that i needed my truck back asap to keep working. very happy how they treated me, i will be bringing my other vehicles here from now on.

New owners same great, fair service. I have been a customer for 10+ years and I have been very pleased with their service. Even with a new owner the service has gone UP. Now you can get an Uber or Lyft to drop you off anywhere and have it added to your bill. The service is quick. I have only good things to say about the team over there and the quality of their work.

I'm putting a Dodge Sprinter van back on the road. It is near impossible to put air in the dually rear tires. Google searched nearest tire shop and found this one.Pulled in and ask if they could level off my tire pressure. Too hard to reach the back dually. Sweet middle age lady at the counter said "No problem" and got a mechanic on it right away.Mechanic had to bring special fitting to reach back tire. Took him 10 minutes to bring up proper air pressure in all six tires.I went to pay at the counter. She said "no charge". I felt bad taking all the techs time so I gave him $5 tip.Small family own business do it the old fashion way, give a little service to the community when you can.Made my day. Sweet from beginning to end, my visit there.

Had a warranty with drive time so I was forced to take the car here. I needed my brakes changed. I waited 7hrs. From 8am to 4:30pm. They said the work was done. I drive 5000 miles in less than 2 years having the same exact problems. I take it to my mechanic again to find out that the brakes were never and has never been changed since the life of the car. They did recieve their money from the warranty company with no work done and a 8hr wait that was just fluff..women and mothers do not go here for your driving safety. They do not do what they say.

They really want to help you here. The best customer service I ve ever had for an auto repair shop. If your in a jam and need excellent service at reasonable prices this is your spot.

Don t trust anyone else with your car! Guinn s always gives a fair price and honest advice - no pushy sales people here. After making the mistake of taking my car back to a dealership for work, I will only go to Guinn s from now on. If you re a woman, you KNOW how challenging and infuriating it can be to even step foot into a car repair shop, but I ve NEVER felt that way here. Can t say that about anywhere else I ve been.

I've been going here for over 6 years now. I've had work done on my acura tl, honda accord and BMW M3. This place is family owned and honest. Sam is the owner and is beyond a professional in his line of work. I've tried the dealers and other places as well, but it just doesn't compare to the price and high quality of work. If you don't need something done, they'll be the first to tell you. Keep it up guys.

Over 200 dollars spent and they didn't "have the right tools" to even figure out what was wrong with my car. I wish they could have known that before they charged me so much. They charge less then Pep boys to get business then jack up the price on "shop hours" so it ended up costing twice as much as Pep Boys.

Extremely unsafe practices. About a month after brake work, a rotor had been destroyed after two lugs were left almost finger tight and the others were all different torques. Opposite wheel was also not torqued evenly. Never dealing with these clowns again. Literally two minutes of work in checking could have prevented this.

Absolutely horrible owner. Tried charging me over twice as much as quoted. Then got really upset when I refused and took my car to a neighboring shop. The owner spoke very malicious and disrespectfully about the other mechanic shop. I would NEVER do business with this place, they are NOT honest or trust worthy.

I used Guinn's Tires & Auto all the time when I lived close by. After moving away I have returned to them due to their honesty and quality. These guys will take care of you.

If possible, I would give 2.5 stars.... I came up here Monday morning to have a window fixed under warranty on a BMW 530i. When they FINALLY got to it after oh four hours, the part had to be ordered.... Then, the order was placed after the deadline, so instead of it being fixed on Wednesday... I am here now. waiting just like Neil said from two years ago. I believe there is a way to better organize your workflow so you can be more efficient. Maybe they should have one or two techs that only diagnose issues and the other four only work on them. ts like being at Walmart and you have fifty people in line but over half of them have ten items or less.... It I dont know. The repair is covered under warranty and if its done right, Im happy... however, this excessive waiting is a pain in the butt. Free wifi next door helps so I can do some work while I wait.. still should be unacceptable for a four hour wait EVERY time you come. I guess having a help wanted sign out front shows its needed.

Second time i have been here and had to wait 3 hours before they could even tell me what was wrong with the car. Owner seems nice, but plan on taking the whole day off!!

They don't take appointments and they are always 'too busy'.You will have to wait for hours and hours for a simple oil change.Do not come here.

1st, I came here after getting off work this morning, so I had NO Sleep, I've never been to a Repair Shop as CLEAN as this place, they are friendly, & professional, although I've been here since they opened, 5hrs & counting, they're working on my car, but it was alot that needed to be done before my warranty expired, I'm satisfied with the service so far, I live in East Point, but I will make them my repair shop, cause it's worth it!
