Todd and the team walked us through every step of repairing our son s truck. He found the solution to our initial problem, and further issues that other mechanics had left half repaired. They resolved everything, talked us through the steps and costs, and then warranted the service. Had it back in 2 days! Thank you Alpha Omega!

The manager thoroughly explained the problem and how they would fix it. The work was completed quickly and pricing was near my expectations. It also includes a better than average warranty.

I wish I could give this shop 10 Stars! I found this shop by doing a Google search for electrical repairs. They were highly rated so I went in and the staff was friendly, attentive and not intimidated in the least over an electrical issue. I also had a check engine light issue. Both of these problems were supposedly fixed by other shops, but I was being jerked around and lied to.. Alpha Omega went above and beyond to help me out and their work was outstanding. I highly recommend this repair facility. They operate with honesty and integrity and are knowledgeable and capable. I also found their fees to be extremely reasonable. This was a used car purchase situation. I should have took it there before I bought it. Next time I will! Thank you Alpha Omega! My Pontiac had an engine overheating problem. I contacted Alpha & Omega through their online form and they called me the same day to discuss my car problem. I brought my car to their garage a few days later. They not only found and repaired what was damaged in the engine but also identified the coolant problem that was causing the damage in the first place! I've driven my car for over a week now and the engine is running smooth. I am extremely impressed with their knowledge, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Read ann articl about Alpha and Omega Automotive and when our car needed brake work we decided to try them. We were able to make an appointment on a Saturday morning. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the communication during the process was amazing. Not only did we get a phone call with the estimate but also a text message with break down of the charges which were very reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Great experience! Fantastic communication and was even alerted that one repair needed was likely covered under warranty (which it was). They went above and beyond to provide quality care with integrity. The repairs not covered under warranty were addressed expediently. Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks!

Any auto shop can change oil or replace light bulbs or wiper blades, but major repairs require extensive experience. Alpha & Omega, Marietta, has Todd.My 20-year-old Ford F-150 requires that special touch in order to remain in excellent condition. Todd has performed his magic on several issues that have occurred over time. As a result, my baby, performs as good as the day of purchase.The staff at Aha & Omega, Marietta, is friendly and experienced in all aspects of quality auto repair. Most of all, the customer service is unparalleled. A one-stop-shop. My daughter took her mustang in awhile back for a oil change and check up and was told her front axle's were "locked up" and needed to be replaced. The car has no front axles!!!!! Luckily she is smarter than the con-artist that was trying to sell her $2,500 worth of labor and parts that were not even real! Ive been out of the country since April and am just now hearing about this and I assume it's too late to do anything about it because it was well over a month ago, but please be aware of these shady dirt bags

I had a great experience at Alpha and Omega. I needed a starter replaced on our second vehicle. I got a quote on a Friday and dropped the vehicle off just before closing. Even with some employees out sick they were able to have the repair completed by early on Monday. Fast service at a fair price from an honest mechanic.

We highly recommend Alpha and Omega for any automotive need. We have been using their expertise in caring for our Honda cars and vans for many years. They will treat you fairly and give you the best price and service. We had an issue with our oil pan that resulted in an oil leak. They assessed the problem, took pictures for us and then fixed it. We are very thankful! Pete is very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept us informed throughout the process. James was the automotive mechanic that did the job for us. Problem fixed, we are thankful customers!

My name is Jae C and I use the location in Kennesaw GA for service and have yet to walk out disappointed. Pete, the Store manager is AWESOME and so are his mechanics that work on my car. I always get the honest truth about what's needed for my car, and a very fair discount to get the repairs fixed when discounts are available.Today 4/21/22 I had to get my brakes done and Pete gave me a really sweet deal, and the mechanic on site did the job within no more than 1 1/2 hrs. I recommend this location to everyone who is looking for an honest auto shop to get repairs done. These guys are great.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection

Pete, the general manager was amazing and took great care of myself and my friend as well. He was very communicative and let me know about what i need to look out for in the future and what needed to be replaced soon. He was very friendly and helpful and made the car experience easy. He really treats you like family or one of his own when taking care of you! I highly recommend this place. Alpha & Omega is a great place to take your auto for repairs. I have had them replace my radiator, a battery and some work on my air conditioner. My first time using A&O was as great as the last time I have had to use them. Their customer service is top notch and Dalton has been great with any questions I have or further explanation I might need. I will use them going forward with any work I need on my old car! :)Service: General repairs & maintenance

The team at Alpha and Omega are GREAT! Very professional, friendly, fast and very good customer service. Dalton was AMAZING to work with! He went above and beyond to prioritize and assist me with getting my car repairs covered by the 3rd party warranty service I'd previously purchased for my older model car. He was very patient yet diligent and didn't give up, where other repair shops did (literally)! I can't thank him and his team enough for taking such great care of me and my car repair needs and I HIGHLY recommend them if you need to get your car repaired, especially using a warranty service. My husband and I had a great experience with Alpha-Omega service on Bells Ferry. They took our call on a Tuesday afternoon, we took the car over that day and it was fixed by 2:00pm the very next day.They were so helpful and kind, called us with the report of what was wrong and gave us a quote. When we picked it up the next day they had to do a few more things to the car, but held to the quote that they gave us . We are on a fixed income as seniors so it gave us peace of mind knowing that we could get the car repaired at a trusted shop.I am so pleased at how quickly they were able to get my car back to me, save me money and treat me like one of the family.Thank you Jeff and Danny for the great customer service and caring about out needs, and doing a great repair job. My car runs so well, better than it ever has.If you need your car repaired please call them. This place is AWESOME! Look no further for your car repair and servicing. I have a 2007 Chevy Suburban, over 250k in miles. Been having extream issue with it in engine performance, really weird event, something that 3 other shops, including Chevrolet dealership in Smyrna could not fix, or have a clue on why it was acting the way it was.But here at Alph & Omega, from the first day I walked in, Steve welcomed me in, asked what they could do for me, listen to my problem. He then went and got Todd, the Master Mechanic. Todd came out, listening to what I was describing was wrong, He then took my truck to the back, and immediately felt and heard the problem. Him and his guys worked on it for about a week, and finally was able to identify the culprit of my 2 months and 3 different shop headache. I've now have my Suburban back, been driving around now for a day, NO PROBLEMS at all. It's running GREAT!!!! You will be my 1st choice for all of my vehicle services. Thank you.

This is a great automotive place. My AC wasn t working. They got me in to evaluate my car in less then 2 days when GMC was 1 week wait!! They evaluated my car, ordered my parts, handled my warranty and fixed my AC the next morning. Dalton is wonderful to work with and the mechanic is very nice. The onlyThing is they don t always answer the phone right when you call but they call back in no time at all. Great place, great service. I feel like I can trust them.Service: Air conditioning
